Chins
Depends if you're going for nechs or monkies, the former pays itself off and occasionally profits and the second one is about 100kexp/hr faster.

Raven's Egg
It's a very rare egg, so have patience, but the fastest way to do it would be to cut willows near BA with a strung rabbit's foot, and banking logs at the deposit bank in the BA building. Or you could chose not to waste your time and just cut ivy for far more exp/hour and just pay enough attention to not let nests drop and vanish  .

Help for avi's :D
Here's a very good guide on Aviansies, it should have everything you need (Also you NEED to complete Troll Stronghold up until you fight Dad to get into the GWD, don't forget a rope!).

Waterfiends
Might depend on the weapon you're using too, z spears have more accuracy but less str and sara swords have more strength but less att. Then again, I doubt you're using the ss because you're "anti-strength" so if you're using a z spear go with the zerker.

IRL Practical joke with runescape symbols...
It's the one where the guy pops out of the trash can, the other guy hits him and a 99 splash shows up, and then the guy who punches backs away with a prot melee prayer up, if I'm remembering the same thing that you are.

Money making
Slayer is alright for money, but it's not very fast or consistent; herb farming, mtk, green dragons, and runecrafting are all popular ways of getting money through skills. Pking and merching are more dependent on your skills rather than your characters, but they can have higher profit as well.

back after a while, doing slayer
ok, im not going to be training str, and not much attack, mostly def. once i get 75 att/70 str ill be training only def to 90 so z spear, bandos, dclaws, beserker ring, and maybe in turmoil, are not really needed, right? No, all those are luxury items that aren't necessary, though the z spear is pretty cheap and helps in a lot of unique combat situations where a whip isn't as useful.

Junk
Super energies can be turned into spec restores for training herb, so they aren't useless. But, anyways, junk items are just items whose ge values are higher (Usually a lot higher) than their real/street values; that gap in price can either exist because of price floors or because it is crashing from merch clans/speculation.

Can I do GWD?
Defense and mage would be good to improve, as you take less damage.
-
crystal key
Uncut Dragonstone is always dropped and Rune bars, random runes, some coins and a half key may or may not be part of the rewards, though you usually get more than just the Dragonstone.

Cheaper/Whicher 99: Smith or Herb?
Herblore would be faaaaaar more expensive but also faaaaaaaaaaaaaar more useful, and if you go that route making extremes for personal use would be a better way of training than sara brews. Not sure about the speed, but I would guess herby would be faster depending on what you're making.

Faster Cash: Monkfish or Sharks???
Monks are better money and faster exp, the only things sharks have going for them is more gp per exp.
-
Charm-collecting choice now
They are not "free", since the opportunity cost of you keeping the runes would be to sell them and get gp for them. It's not a bad idea to keep the runes that you would be using to burst/barrage, but don't assume that they are free.

Need a setup/invo for MEP2.
If you're concerned about run energy you can wear monk robes and just pray melee until you can hide from them, if you have a fally shield you shouldn't need any pray pots. It's also worth it to bring a terrorbird for more food and the run restore, and the EE is also a good healing weapon if you get low on hp. Best of luck!

How Much GP Made from each Skill?
Well I found this and figured I may as well be productive and prove a point. That was found completely by accident, with a TAD bit of research you could find a whole lot of data like that. Even by asking for each skill at a time people would be more willing to look at different methods in greater detail, giving you more accurate data. It would take longer, but the data would be more precise and you wouldn't have half the Help & Advice forum miffed at you. Please, please, PLEASE just research by yourself or take things one step at a time and try not to act so deserving and lazy.

Best Item To High-Alch?
There is never one item that always profits, since if an item profits people will find out about it, demand will increase and so will the price; many kinds of strung and unstrung bows are popular, though I doubt they rarely if ever profit. This page has some more info on prices, but realize that the price output doesn't include the cost of nats or fire runes. Best of luck alching.

Economic Projections?
If prices are unstable, like they are right now, the best thing to do with rares is to hold them since in the long run they always go up.

15-Mar-10 Lumbridge Catacombs & The Blood Pact
Never thought about that, this might be a way of localizing the game to India, since now low levels have even more training options than cows.

Cheap Herblore exp
There's two kinds of profit, economic and accounting, you're talking about economic profit and he's talking about accounting profit. But he's right, since the "cheapest" ways usually incur some kind of loss in time, whether that be slow exp or a hard time selling/getting rid of the potions you make. At any rate you should wait a while before considering training herblore since the market is so flooded with potions atm.

can i do barrows?
You CAN do it, but with those levels you by no means should unless you just want to try it for the experience.

Going from 62-65 Hunter
I have no idea of how to do that Do you mean you don't know how to get there? Look at this: http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=temple_region_map.htm Use the spirit tree to go to the battlefield and run southwest. Not really sure what you mean. Equipment wise, bring arctic bears if you can summon them and you really don't need hunter camouflage gear. Also, fourside, you can't get rocks from net traps :\ I mean that I dont do hunter, so saying red sallies means nothing to me. Where do I hunt these things, what equpment do I need to hunt them, what boosts should I bring...etc... Just go to their location, just south of the entrance to the ZMI Altar, with 5-10 ropes and nets, click the small trees to set the trap and when they get caught or pick up the items if the trap fails, and release the sallys after you catch them. Rinse and repeat. No armour or weapons needed, though if you want to bring a spirit laurupia or arctic bear for the hunter boost that wouldn't be a bad idea.

defence potions
You'd be better off using them as junk, since they have a high price but no value.

Mining Granite
I'd wear charged water tiara+varrock armor. Agreed, or bring waterskins and lots of humidify casts; if you only have 3 empty spaces left then you can do the drop three method (There's a guide in the General Guides that explains it very well).
-
my armor
Probably either too expensive or he hates the degrading; if it hasn't been recommended get a rune defender, it really is one of the best shields of the game. EDIT: No need to make 2 threads, either.

Pet Gecko Question
This is not true, Overgrown Cats do not have to be fed, and can not be fed. That's why he said SUMMONING pets; he is saying that all pets with a summoning level requirement need to be fed in every form, cats are obtained and maintained separate from the summoning skill.
