  1. Keep in mind that you don't need 75 crafting, you can always just req assist the level from someone iwht 75+ to make them, and trust me an inv of them will last you for MONTHS! ( If you don't use Sumona all the time that is ;) )

More than 1 people can use the altar at a time fo sho ;) , the only thing that they updated as far as using house altars for training prayer was the added feature of pray x to reduce clicking.
  3. I would also HIGHLY recommend you do rfd for the barrows gloves, or at least rune/dragon gloves; it's like wearing 3 figheter torsos in terms of strength, a sw cape in terms of defense, and 2/3 of a defender in terms of attack. If not that, you could at least get the gloves from the stronghold of player safety or FoG gloves and they have decent bonuses.
  4. I've tried both and haven't seen a significant difference.
  5. Yaks are very good in terms of pure exp for rangers/meleers but they don't profit at all so if funding is low you might want to kill fire giants for their drops every once in a while. Knifes and darts are also good ranging weapons, but they are almost impossible to buy so you'll have to make them for yourself :? .
  6. Ok what lvls should I aim for to be ready for the first one of these "bosses" you speak of? Mid 80's for melee, range and mage, at least 70 pray, and 69 summon will probably be a good goal. I'd add some skilling goals in there if you get bored of melee like all 40, all 50 etc.
  7. Personally I slay and quest for fun, I suppose since you want to murder things fast I'd train all forms of cb through slayer, put the profits from it into prayer and summoning, and once you get your levels high enough go bunt bosses like Dag Kings and the GWD Bosses.
  8. im sure your mage defence is 80% mage lvl 20% defence lvl No, it's 80% mage lvl and 20% mage def bonuses for armour, def level doesn't help your mage defense at all.
  9. Construction would be pretty fast too, a bit expensive especially if you go for teak tables instead of oak larders but still pretty fast (Not sure of lvls so tables might be out of your reach :???: )
  10. Ergo, defense pots work against specters. It would mean the difference between wearing a better piece of mage defense equipment. I would like to know where they found this information? Defense potions would do bugger all since they attack with mage, a magic potion would help reduce hits but that's a pretty terrible use of a mage pot imho.
  11. I would recommend the fire titan for castle wars, not only because the magic attack hits meleers more often but you get mage exp which is more valuable than the other exp the other titans give you.
  12. Since you're focusing on one skill go with morphic, but if you're bored one day it's fun to use the volatile tool and just go train with whatever tool you get.
  13. To be honest an EE is another decent weapon with a healing spec with only a 500gp price tag (And the seer's diary but that's pretty easy), if you boss hunted and slayed I would say keep it as it's a decent GS but it's not worth it just for slayer. In addition to the other suggestions you can also spend some of the money on cannonballs and cannon tasks like bloodvelds.
  14. BGS is also a great weapon for special because if you get a good hit you can lower defence and make the fight a good amount easier. And why does he have to borrow them? He assumed that he doesn't have them, which isn't an unreasonable assumption to make as they are an expensive luxury item only practical for specing. Also you can wear a Karil's top for better range bonus without having to worry about it degrading, probably an archer for the ring slot too since you'll get everything back that doesn't have a destroy option.
  15. Yeah, that was my thought process too but the void seemed simpler since I already had it  , I guess I'll just finish the chins I have and then restock for more fun killing time.
  16. I'm using void and praying hawk eye, and I'm not so concerned with exp rates as I am with making sure that I am not wasting money on chins, because it seems like I'm burning through them but barely killing any.
  17. Well I tried to speed up my nechs tasks today by chinning for the first time, but I think something is wrong with my method. I checked the last big lure and I used somehwhere around 20-30 chins for that group, and I've used up like 350 just to kill around 60 nechs, so I think something's up. I'm doing it exactly how it's said in the AoW guide, I have range pots, a bunyip, using bronze kinifes to lure, and a rune xbow with broad bolts to kill the last one. Any help would be appreciated before I waste more chins, thanks :) .
  18. That's my plan atm :^_^: .
  19. I agree for the most part, especially making instanced dungeons for small group raids, but I cannot imagine making a boss TWO TIMES HARDER THAN NOMAD! Maybe as hard as, or even a bit harder, but realize the limits of levels, equipment, weapons, and food in the status quo.
  20. Yup, believe so - it's also featured in a quest so doubt they'd remove it. I'd say Falador's water pump or Edgeville are both great recommendations, Edgeville seems closer in my head, but you may want to check them both out! You might want to consider that the well makes a bigger target to click than the water spout, seems like a trifle but it reduces frustration by a lot  .
  21. If you're going to be using it a lot then yes it is, especially when you count the time you save using an SS over a d scim; I guess it would also depend on how much spare cash you have though. im doing all right for cash right now. had 30m in my bank and wasnt sure what to do with it. i dont have any bandos though, nor do i have a fury or berserker. i just got membs back actually. is ss the right buy for me right now? I would go for a fury/zekrer/both first since the SS only adds 5-10k exp per hour, but don't buy a bandos piece since that will drain too much of your cash. sounds good, thanks. so essentially your saying: zerker=fury>ss>bandos? any other big ticket items worth buying? Fury>Zerker because it can be used for other combat styles, but all I can think of right now would be karil's for better mage defence :???: .
  22. I've always heard that Sumona gives better cannon tasks but that outside of that Duradel is better, but I haven't personally tested it so idk if that's the truth.

If you've already completed it/finished the part where you'd get it you cannot get it back <_< .
  24. You can also raise a pet while alching, I'm planning on doing that while watching some castle wars :P .
  25. The only way Sumona becomes faster is if you cannon all/most of her tasks, in which case you will get faaaar less money and maybe actually lose money.
