Smithing help for exp weekend
The fastest exp would always be to make the highest platebody you can, and since the exp bonus decreases over time that'll probably be your best bet with saving money; also since gold gaunts are multiplying the exp you get for smithing gold they might not even work with the 2x exp.

Wilderness Agility Help
He doesn't have the level to efficiently go to this course. Also the bonus exp from horns won't work for the weekend. Anyway, bring summer pies instead of normal food. You get a lot of health + more experience due to the agility bonus. Wilderness course seems like a safe bet. Try a few test runs before tough! And be ready to log in and start immediatly. Good luck reaching 70, it will be hard tough. I think he was implying to train agility before/after the 2x weekend with the horn and use the bonus exp more effectively, but I think that the wildy course is a good plan.

Wilderness Agility Help
Also remember that the boosted exp diminishes over time, so pay attention more when you begin and if you need to talk to people do it after a few hours.

Summon @ XP weekend- question.
I would get 57 first because spirit kyatt pouches aren't buying, and I'm planning on just making my own from scratch.

Nomad Help
You just see which one attacks after all the others, and that's the real one so attack that Nomad. Also, looking over your set-ups, normal resore pots with 3-4 pray pots work just as well and are A LOT cheaper than using super restores.

What Skills to level?
It says his status is P2P, but honestly just because you're not close to anything important from expensive skills like herb or construction I would just train combat at least into the 40's; it's one of the best money makers in the game at higher levels and the more you can get it up now the better. Would you prefer to level skills though?

Shades vs Vyrewatch
I actually enjoyed Vyrewatch burning: I maxed out my flail (Hopefully will be useful for the next Myreque quest), got pretty decent loot including nice seeds, and I got a fm lvl out of it as well as some pray exp. I've tried shade burning, and what I hated was all the running back and forth between the temple, cemetery, and the pyres; if you're fine with that then I don't know what to tell you but I like Vyrewatch hunting a lot more. But aren't you running out to kill vyrewatch, going to for oils, and then going to the salve temple to cremate as well anyway? Since you did both, did you feel like the rewards from burning vyrewatch was better? I killed Vyres in batches of 100 in order to power up my flail, running between the bank and the area Vyres are found, then banked in Canifis for the logs and bodies and burned them in the temple and went back for more till had to kill. I made the logs ahead of time at the ge, so there wasn't any need to go to the temple for oil. I enjoyed the rewards, and what I liked about it was that I had a goal of maxing my flail (I was gonna go trekking with it, but it turned out to be not all that great for that; still is awesome though).

Nomad Help
I think regular would, since you can boost range if you so chose; unless you have 95 or 90 there really isn't much difference between the two against Nomad.

fastest way to infuse pouches?
You can also just run between Piscatoris bank and the Obelisk, that's pretty fast...

Money Making Advice?
Just to help with herb runs, I'm on lunar too, but if you wear climbing boots and slayer ring tele to slayer caves you can go a bit nort-east and use the secret passage into the stronghold. It takes a while, but for a disease-free patch it's totally worth it  .

Barrows
Nope, not the way that it works, just different kc unlocks different items to get, ie chaos, death, and blood runes, and bolt racks, half keys, and d meds.

Nomad Help
Well for sure you'll want to get a high def shield like a DFS or BSS, because the offensive bonuses of the Zammy book won't do you much good.

How Much GP Made from each Skill?
Because people don't know this; if you just do this "take a best guess and average it" method the results aren't going to reflect what actually goes on. Figuring out popular methods, exp rates and gp/hour and then extrapolating it till 99 shouldn't take more than 20 mins per skill, if you're so interested in this that you invest so much time in bumping your thread then a few hours of easy math should be a breeze.
-
Barrows
After 20 or so kc the benefits disappear, and while I don't do barrows often if I recall kc only affects what items can drop but not the amount that is dropped.

fastest way to infuse pouches?
I remember using the bank at Zanaris, fairy ring teleporting to the ring south of the Kyatt altar, infusing and then running back; all with a terrorbird to hold supplies and restore run. It's probably nowhere near as good as the house tele option, but the more choices the better. Oh, and the quest to unlock the ballons in Enlightened Journey if you want to do that.

Earn Money Trainin Defence
It would be useful to know you're current combat stats, including slayer because that unlocks a lot of decent training options.

Dragon Pickaxe
Alright, thanks, appreciate the quick feedback. I'm assuming the Dragon hatchet is around the same increase as well, seeing as that is also on my list of 99's coming soon. Both the d hatchet and pickaxe are a 15% improvement over their rune counterparts, and since you can sell both back when you're done they are worth every gp.
-
Dragon Pickaxe
It's worth: it has been proven to be 15% faster than a rune pickaxe, and you can always sell it back when you're done and pocket the extra time as pure profit (It shouldn't fluctuate enough for it to not be worthwhile, though get it after the weekend because it'll probably crash a little afterwards).

Bursting on the weekend
Use them on rock lobbies for charms now; it'll still be crowded but not as much as during the weekend, and use the charms during the weekend (Gather the seconds yourself if you have to).

Quickest RC exp?
I'm pretty sure combo runes wouldn't be a bad idea at 74 magic since he can't cast magical imbue to combine without a tally. I also assume he's done Lunar Diplomacy for Ourania Altar tele, because without that ZMI isn't nearly the fastest method.

Solo'ing kbd with melee
Without a DFS as the shield you'd be taking a hell of a lot of damage; it'd be managable but far less kills per trip since you'll use more food (Probably around the same number or ppots though). With Super Anti and Piety/Melee pray, the bunyip overheals me. DFS isn't necessary, Anti-Dragon will do. That's with maxed stats though, not 76/80/81 melees, also do you mean pray both melee and piety or just one or the other?

Best item to high alch?
Here's Tip.It's high alch guide, it has a lot of popular items to alch and their prices, though they don't factor in nature runes so keep that in mind. I usually alch various bows, but I very rarely do it en masse so I don't care too much about large gp/exp losses  .

Bursting on the weekend
Staff of Light would be the best staff to use by far, and yeah Rock Lobbies for charms are the best places to burst (Nechs are also pretty decent, if you've ever chinned them the method is pretty much the same).
