This quest marked the first time that I have turned on the in-game music for a while: The normal ice temple music was very serene yet desolate and reminded me of Metroid music, the boss fight was exciting, and the final cut scene music left me feeling unsettled and satisfyingly disturbed, great job :thumbsup: !

No quote Garfield, where else can you take a 3 hour nap and call it sport? It would probably be worth it at something like barbarian fishing (Unless you need as much inventory as possible, I'm not sure) where you need constant attention, but it's all about what you want from the skill.

If you have a decent summoning level they aren't worth the time as the Ibis will give the same boost and forage, and they would be worth it in theory I think most people just don't want to deal with them as fishing is a very relaxing skill.

Just some clarification, what you you mean you won't do the quests between now and six months(Because those quests are worth the time a thousand times over and then some)? Herb farming is definitely something to do which brings in profit.

SS might be out of his price range. The obby sword and berserker necklace purportedly has good XP rates for low defence monsters. True, but the obby necklace is almost unbuyable now since the shop update has make fury amulets faaaaaar to profitable for anything else (Should balance out eventually...)

Yes, I am planning to sell my rune gold, but dragon platelegs, get the one helm from the Freminik Isles Quest (whatever it is, I forget name), and then platebody, shield, and weapon have me stumped. So far are they good choices, though? Thanks for all of your guy's help already! br3tt0wnz For the legs do the same as the chest, stick with rune until 70 at which point you should upgrade to barrows (Either Torag's Legs for pure defense or Verac's Skirt for respectable defense with a good prayer bonus). The best shield for power training is the rune defender which you should get, an obby shield or a Blessed Spirit Shield (If/once you get the stats) for more defense. For weapon a whip, d scimitar, or Saradomin Sword are all worthy choices for most purposes.

I think I failed about a total of 15 times during that quest with terrorbird boosts, also good to remember that full run energy supposedly makes you fail less often (Anything's worth a try :mellow: ). An EE is also invaluable here, it saved me many, many bank trips.

It's 4 regular melee exp for every slayer exp, you can figure it out from there (I would but it's far too late :P )

GP <_< . Seriously though, you can make cash much faster than junk, you can let it accumulate normally or train fletching if you really want to but it is better just to make cash and let it gather on the side.

Not to 80, that's certain. If you slay/kill waterfiends for more charms you should aim for around 2k crimsons (That was about the amount I used for 69-81, but I also had a lot of other charms since I slayed for them).

Moonclan group tele costs more than 60 fire runes. If you're weilding a lava staff for your earth runes that isn't a factor whatsoever :wink: .

Clintonio is another one, but that one seems to be having issues for the last 5 months, so much that I'm probably going to switch to one of the two mentioned above.

If you really want to avoid banking at ZMI you could always wait until someone did a group tele to Lunar Isle, but that cuts down on exp/hour significantly, just bank using fires like suggested.

Yeah, I think I'll just continue to mine iron at piscatoris and use a dueling ring to bank. Having to boost so much would just be annoying. Remember that the new ardy cloak gives a teleport to the monastery which is the closest teleport to iron anywhere and it's free too :thumbup: .

If you really need to stay you COULD go back into the pass just to the altar and rest/rapid heal, but that would take forever to get to a reasonable amount of hp so you may as well just try again.

Or if that sounds like too much, greater demons and cockroach soldiers are both viable options :thumbup: .

You could try your luck with burg de rott ramble/temple trekking and skip/run from the combat events (No matter how profitable), they give exp books (Though they are designated for 1 skill only).

The reason pures are effective in pvp is because they are able to fight lower leveled characters with high hitting characters, bosses levels are not dependent on yours and therefore there is no reason to keep certain combat levels lower to fight a boss. In short: no.

The nice thing about this method is that the teleports are all free, but of course the minimal cost of the faster methods mean that shouldn't be an issue except for the most cash-strapped. Belongs in guides, but this is a fairly decent method :thumbup: .
