  1. goes in the study no construction level required benefits will not be known for another 8 months barring the possibility of someone hacking runescape or something along those lines
  2. taverly teleport is just as fast as balloons, less complicated, more items per inventory, recommend you stick with taverly teleport but to answer ur question, it works by teleporting to cwars, taking a balloon from cwars to taverly you need to do a quest (forget the name)
  3. kyatt is up to a run per 30 seconds your method is about a run every 60 seconds with a pack yak, taverly method is equally quick as a kyatt but most people are just gonna use the kyatt method anyways, since even with a pack yak, the kyatt method is still comparable if not better
  4. I'm personally altaring bones for prayer while I wait for the construction stone fletching ammo, alchemy are also viable in your house if you want to, you can always have your butler deliver you logs for you to fletch into longbows(u), and just drop the longbows(u) or something
  5. i've done it both ways, about 2 hours with full RC loads and 2 hours 1 by 1, either way it seems a little ridiculous I mean this is true, but on the other hand, there is some pressure to complete the statue every week. Which is impractical without grinding.
  6. I prefer to look at it as "I need to collect 30 rocks every week for a while." It isnt as discouraging. :P Am I only finding it discouraging because of RCing stones? is anybody else finding that it's taking hours an hours to get just the RCing stones? whereas most other stones are doable in 5-20 minutes?
  7. *cough* monsters have been updated to the extra max hit digit after the HP update ... don't shoot the messenger!
  8. Lotsa ideas =D, personally liked the POH book thing, very quick and... free :P thanks guys, glad I asked
  9. is there any quick way to get your bank cluttered with random stuff you can easily throw away later?
  10. [closed] I don't have the same software i used to make my sig anymore.
  11. smelting gold works, dunno about superheating though, can anybody confirm? :P im pretty sure smelting gold doesnt work, im trianing smith with gold ore and after 2 hours decided to get the rocks by smithing iron bars to knifes. Got them both in 10 minutes... i got a rock from smelting gold right before i posted that, it works, but looks like it's luck
  12. smelting gold works, dunno about superheating though, can anybody confirm? :P
  13. havent tested, but shouldnt soul split heal more now, due to less round off error? deflect prayers hit alot more often, but for single digit values usually.
  14. so i presume we don't even need to click knock-out anymore does our character still perform an animation? or does the gargoyle just die if we deal 105 damage? anyways this update was kinda meh aquanites are arguably a bad task so i'll never add that and in the end, auto-knock out is not a huge difference to most slayers the ice wyrm update successfully crashed the price of SOL's =D maybe it won't last but meh 2k slayer points is a reasonable price. I woulda paid it if I didn't already have a firecape TBH question, did jagex fix the focus/hexcrest glitch yet or not? i've heard mixed reports.
  15. summer pies ftw totally worth it to access higher lvl agility courses and to boost your level to the point that you stop failing
  16. i'd imagine you'd be able to put pairs of them on the base each time but still... this update is a troll jagex should just come out and tell us what the reward is, unless the reward really is massively awesome, which my gut doubts
  17. What skill were you doing? Fishing What is your level in that skill? 82 How long before your 1st/2nd rock? 0 monkfish for first rock 10 monkfish for second rock What skill were you doing? Farming What is your level in that skill? 99 How long before your 1st/2nd rock? 7 herb patches (1 dead) for 1st rock, no second rock yet 40 herbs total between the 7 patches
  18. Well I totally disagree with your explanation. Either way you can't prove your 'theory,' because afterall it is a theory as you do not work for Jagex. Therefore you do not know EXACTLY how it works. humans also havent proven maxwell's equations yet because we're not gods doesn't mean we can't make observations and intuitive inferences it's not uncommon for games to run on DND systems like the dice roll attack is commonly accepted to affect whether you hit or not, jagex may have even stated it explicitly at some point sure you can't know for sure. But you SHOULD listen to 3hitmage, because chances are by far that he is correct
  19. +1 there's nothing wrong with not understanding something completely. it's another to think that you do, and take inappropriate actions based on inappropriate understanding. but not too surprised, self-IQ inflation isn't unique to runescape. jagex said that we're getting a defence AND hitpoints update so far this looks like just the hitpoints update
  20. Jagexx has some really bad logic, the amount of zero's people hit will be the same. <_< actually the # of 0's hit on accurate hits should be 10x less it's possible to hit a 0 even if you did not miss. It's just hard to know when you miss or not, since a miss and a 0 hit look like the same at lvl 1 strength, 50% of your accurate hits will be 0's. now only 10% of your accurate hits hits will be 0's at lvl 1 strength
  21. honestly i recommend you DONT use any charms on summoning at low lvls the xp u get per charm is far too low train construction and farming normally. Plant herb seeds, build stuff in ur house as for summoning, train it through tears of guthix + penguin hide and seek + quest rewards until it is about lvl 60-70 then maybe start using charms.
  22. [spoiler=random speculation]runescape's attack system works on a dice roll, during which case if the attacker and defender roll equal die, the defender wins i wonder if the hitpoints 10x also indicates a 10x increase in attack/defense dice rolls is so this should mean fewer incidents of attack = defence, and an overall increase in accuracy, particularly for lower level players of course this might be hard to measure, because the "accuracy" will seem to increase on its own, due to 10x fewer 0 damage rolls ignoring the strength implications, this could result in an overall accuracy increase on the order of 5-10% for near max players, with a much much more substantial increase to lower level players anywhoo, less speculation it looks like shattered hearts requires 2 of each stones before you can start a new statue could be bad for players with max stats, having to train skills they have already maxed. I personally do not look forward to having to spend extra money on herblore, just so I can get shattered hearts in other stats PS max hitters are gonna have some fun with this update lol <3 10x less likely to hit your max =D

  24. jagex's lips are pretty sealed right now some people think it's going to be the location of new F2P boss monsters some people think it might be related to the new skill some people think it's the new high level dungeon nobody knows for sure though
  25. depends on the shop, but for MOST shops its about 24 hours other shops like the trollheim leprechaun shop respawn much faster (~3 minutes for the trollheim leprechaun shop)
