Wyvern Task
I have almost your exact stats, and I can get ~110 kills per hour with turmoil/overloads/soulsplit/packyak no cannon not sure how much a cannon would contribute to the kill rate. The cannon hits pretty inaccurately there, but I've yet to test it.

General Mining Tips&Tricks?
superheat gold ores whilst mining @ living rocks doesn't interrupt your mining (Ie you only need to click the rock once) it does interrupt yoru mining if you try to cast it too soon though, just watch your timing. but yeah great method, it'll get you very close to 99 smithing + magic by the time you get 99 mining, without slowing down your mining make sure you wear gold smithing gauntlets and ... er... chyeah

The Most Clan Merchanted Items (F2P/P2P)
Better immature than immoral. Here's another item you should buy out: spirit shards. It's been a long time since merch clans hit ranging mixes(2) last big buyout was after the PVP update and the recent herb update I think they deserve another look

constitution, prayer, and summoning
I guess that would make sense, and I'd support it if this happened, But I personally like looking at smaller numbers I don't have the intuition with max hits i used to.

just a little pray tip

Calculating the max hits of Magic
it works differently now max hit is boosted by 3x magic lvl bonus max magic bonus is 7 so the max bonus with potions/wolpertinger is +21%, not +40% 322/1.15 = 280 whoever told you that the real max hit of fire surge is 283 is probably a troll :D I know that with every boosted magic level you get a 3% bonus, and I know that the wolpertinger and the extreme magic potions increase your magic strength by 21% now. But that doesn't answer my question :P Oh and this is the topic where some guy is saying that fire surge has a base damage of 283: http://forum.tip.it/topic/257549-post-all-rs-screenshots-videos-and-sounds-here/page__st__1940__p__4159575__hl__fire%20surge__fromsearch__1entry4159575 Whoops misread your first question then. Never heard of reports of 47 damage with barrage. I personally would not believe something unless I observed it myself. I'm tempted to disbelieve such a person. But perhaps you just did not get lucky and roll your true max hit. The odds of your full max hit occuring are much lower now anyways. sooorry

Quick Turmoil question
What? where did you get that? Personal testing, with overloads and 90+ stats, there will be a difference of a max hit or two depending on whether you use the (99+9)*1.23 or (99)*1.32 interpretation.

just a little pray tip
that sir, just blew my mind. *imagines doing it with overloads* if i weren't so busy with school i'd think of more possibilities...
-
Quick Turmoil question
other than that it might be useful to know that the turmoil bonus is additive and multiplicative if your turmoil boost is 23 + 9 = 32% and lets say you have 99 strength then turmoil will boost it by (99+9)*1.23 as opposed to 99*1.32

COnstruction and Smithing help
I personally prefer gold ore smelting/superheating for smithing and oak log -> demon butler no SC hammer for construction construction is fairly cheap as it is right now gold ore smelting is fairly cheap as well, compared to other smithing methods. i hate SC, so these are the methods I turn to. They are actually more efficient than using SC hammers at sufficiently high incomes (over 1 mil/hour ish? something like that)

iron drags
you don't have any better gloves? I'd toss the cape for a cape with a combat bonus, if you don't have that then a spottier/spotted cape as for the leggings, i'd go with monks robe bottoms to save weight. def doesnt matter since you're praying. you really shouldnt need any monkfish at all. unless you intend to prayer flash or something.

Extreme Prayer potions
It's about 500 super prayer potions per hour, including grinding times

New Age of Monster Hunting
I stopped monster hunting a while back, in favor of merchanting. But I think the age of monster hunting has just begun. Monster hunting received a superficial boost thanks to inflation, but ignoring that I would say GWD, TD's and such are not as profitable as they used to be. More people are simply realizing that they are great money makers. Jagex has promised alot of new bosses, and higher level gear. My money is that these new bosses, high lvl dungeon instances, etc, will be where the money is at. Just a matter of being prepared the moment those bosses are released.

Butler or demon butler?
demon butler is only nice if you're using oak logs and paying the demon butler to take the logs to the lumberyard for you demon butler + noted oak logs is a bit slower than the butler + noted plank method, but you do save a little money. it's 600 gp/plank after you factor in the cost of a butler to do the butler + noted plank method vs 460k gp/plank for the demon butler + noted oak logs method it's even cheaper still to use a plain butler + noted oak logs but then you're xp rate will be essentially halved for that savings. Whereas a demon butler can do the same with only slight xp rate losses.

Post and discuss all Jagex Twitter updates here!
Sadly, I agree. I would be happier if the easter bunny just handed out the items. T_T i hate runescape holidays. but I try to make the most of it. Jagex has this bad habit of beta testing future content on low level content (tower of life, holiday events) remember the halloween event where the grim reaper made you go down a slide... twice? <_< gf Jagex. I guess it's nice that they're involving us in the beta testing. But seriously... I think we'd be a lot more eager if they effectively advertised the beta testing as a good thing, instead of covering it up. They advertised tower of life as a huge beta test, but the whole affair was rather half hearted. I don't expect to see anything different this year.

Mith Drag Hunting
Using Turmoil or flash praying requires attention. Attention requires energy. So you get exhausted mentally. So best thing to do is lay back and just kill without Turmoil. If you do with Turmoil and you don't pay well attention most of time>waste of prayer points. depending on gear, it only costs 100k-200k gp/hour to turmoil endlessly. Definitely worth turmoiling, even if you don't bother with flashing.

Mith Drag Hunting
Just from an economic standpoint, I'd say that there is a good chance that mithril dragons are great money. Because for the very reason that they are poorly documented. Remember that when good data and a guide comes out for a money maker, that money maker usually crashes in terms of money. I wish I had more data... but I don't I've personally logged about 200 mith kills without a DFH if that means anything to you I'd say go for 500-1000 kills if you're really curious. If you don't get a DFH by then call it off. If you do find that the drop rate is on the order of ~1/500, you may have found one of runescape's lesser known amazing money makers best money makers are always the ones nobody knows about afterall. nothing ventured nothing gained aye? ;)
