More easily hit while not attacking
Ok cool, but that doesn't answer the question. Why did Jagex even put it in? Also, just like everyone has said, this DOES NOT exist. For some kind of aspect of realism/depth to the game? We could easily have teleports to go everywhere, but Jagex made a charter system to take us around for varied prices depending on the destination and current location. Most members have more than 10k sitting in their bank, so why does Jagex bother making the Ring of Charos reduce charter fees by a small percent? Or make it reduce other things my small percents? How can you say this does not exist when you don't have thousands of lines of data proving your point? If its something so easy to add in, and might just make a difference, why not? Have you ever watched all those Spec KO videos? Where people unleash DDS specs all over the place and get massive KOs. It surly cant be ALL based on random, there are factors that sway fights, so Im sure this does exist to some extent.

7th May 2009 - Development Diary: Tools for Games
SAILING Ahem, sorry. This looks like a really good update. Lots of room for expansion, might actually make me interested in clans.

101 Suggestions, #19 (again), #20, and #21.
The Alchemist arena isnt random at all, there is a pattern to it. Im not sure about the Enchantment arena, but Im sure there is a pattern to it somewhere. In fact all of them have "patterns" so to speak. There are set mazes in Telekinesis There is a set order in Alchemy There are set locations for the piles of shapes in Enchantment There are set locations for the piles of bones in Graveyard However, the Alchemy, Enchantment, and Graveyard bonuses change randomly. Since there is no equivalent in telekinesis, there should at least be randomly generated mazes. Its hard to have it randomly generated, with that type of maze anyway. The only option is to make more mazes, but, that will become old after while too. I would agree that they need more mazes, and probably more points, it seems to take forever half the time.

More easily hit while not attacking
You people keep going on and on about "too much time and effort" if (target.isInCombat() == false && isFirstHit() == true) { target.defense -= (target.defense * . 20); } This goes pre-hit, swap the variables with ones jagex uses, and your defense is slashed by 20%. Have it reverted after the hit. Damn, I just deafeated half your arguments about "too much code"

1 May 2007 - Bots and real-world trading
It's annoying because people think that it's a new update, I know my eyes skipped over the 2007 in the title completely. -.- I checked the Runescape main page twice before I saw "2007"

This a glitch/bug?
Glitch indeed, and to think this has been around since the introduction of BoB? (Not sure if they came out right away with summoning)

Option to make lower level monsters agressive
What do you mean walk around for a couple of minutes? Obviously, you have no trained there long enough to notice PATTERNS. For example, for Giant spiders (this applies for f2p and p2p) in the South-Middle Room (the one where a small encalve in the north has spiders but to the south are Catablepoons and spiders, if you train in the spiders-only area in the north and they get unaggressive, all you need to do it run all the way south as far as possible, then all the way west as possible (or all the way east, I can't figure out the pattern, sometimes I need to run west all the way, sometimes east, but never through a door) you reset aggression. Takes all of 15 seconds and all you waste are 2 prayer points to make sure your strength isn't lowered. Im pretty sure all it takes is for the game to load a new map area, so just walk away till it "loads" a new area and walk back. Its really not that bad.

The ring of wealth is a LIE!
Beat me to it, at least your the only one who said this. Thread rename plz . But then you would have to calculate exactly how much faster you get kills, and determine all those factors. It would create an argument bigger than this one.

Runescape lag-switch?
As said above, the server handles all processing. Unless you can start messing with it, you wont be able to override the action limit and cause these "massive kills to death ratio". (Which makes him sound like a FPS junkie, all the more he doesnt know what hes talking about with runescape)

Baller's Log-In System Idea
As long as they do not interact in any way, there are no problems. If this system was to be implemented, it would probably be safer than the current one. You could recover characters, by say setting a pin/recovery details to EACH ONE, so a username and password got you into the selection, but a pin got you to your character, and if someone steals your account, you can just have your characters transferred to a new account with the standard recovery details like we have now. Also, for the pin thing, I think that when you go over each number, ALL the numbers should dis-appear, making it impossible to track. (Currently, a keylogger could have a picture taking addon, that when it detected a pin screen, (which is already possible, just look for colors) that it takes pictures of each user click, so having ALL the numbers dis-appear would just give the hacker a blank pin screen)

MechScape Research Summary
Impossible because too many people will hoard them. The seclusive thing about party hats is that so few people played then, and very few, if any, thought to hoard them. Jagex still makes mistakes. Ill be hoarding everything, and lots of it. Should the rate of getting something change, Ill be the one sitting on piles of it

Some 'blogger' parent thinks RS makes kids fat
I read this and the rest of the page became invalid. Does anyone know half the stuff posted on ED? Its meant to be a JOKE. And she thinks the process of 1-99 is 'simple'.

Slayer Point System Suggestion
200 points to choose your next task... Or a handful of death runes. Silly, and probably wont ever be used unless the person is insane.
-
Under updated areas
This is why I don't support half the suggestions to make the game 'balanced'. Its always "Do three quests to get this" and "get high skills with quest this" and all these complex steps to get something, so it just becomes redundant in the end.

I pay, so why ads?
The only way Jagex could tell would be logging in. And I doubt anyone would want to login just to remove ads. Honestly, how long do you spend on the homepage? Or just get adblock.

Hopping Down Bunny Lane... Again
I used to do all the holiday events. Till I realized I didn't even use the items, and they just got thrown away minutes after getting them. (Or a few days later when I emptied junk from the bank.) So now I don't do them anymore.

Piety Dominates F2p!
No, cause this isn't new content to be released. It's part of their upgrades. We're not clamoring for all the new upgrades. They're doing that on their own. Plus a week after quest 150 they're wasn't a need to throw this upgrade out. They botched it. #-o No. You go on the RSOF and you see pages of threads all saying the same thing. "Nice update...NOT" "Wheres my update this week?" "New CEO, gf" "fun filled exciting week![/sarcasm]" Everyone rushes updates. A content update or a upgrade update, its all the same to them. If the front page looks the same as it did the day before, they click their bookmark icon for the rants section. Its simple as that.

The crash code - µ
Fixed for a month. Way to bump an old, discussion lacking topic.
