I've been making a bomb ass pasta for lunch the past week. A handful of Penne mezzani rigate Mix in a whole smoked sausage sliced up seasoned with a little curry powder topped with arrabbiata sauce & a lot of parmesan cheese Simple, yet amazing.

I wish graduating university guaranteed me 100K. Three months post graduating, I'm currently living in Los Angeles unemployed search for any job available related to my area of study. Starting pay will most likely be no more the 30k a year.
  3. Unless their is special film that will modify your shots with a light leak, I don't think there is any other way to do it other then photoshop or messing with your camera. When it comes to the camera itself is there anything to look for? Any particular camera brands/models?
  4. Saw 30 Seconds or Less earlier today and was a bit disappointed. The majority of the best jokes you see in the trailer and the plot is to simple, the characters are never really challenged so you basically see them run through all the make plot points without any mistakes or roadblocks.
  5. I didn't know that, I always thought it as PC only.
  6. Interesting to see it on a console and since it's going be available through XBA & PSN it'll probably come in at a nice $20 price tag.

I love Washington. Sadly, where I live, there isn't a whole lot of green. But I'm sure you'd be able to find a nice green, rainy place on the west side if things in Canada don't work out. You live on the eastside? I grew up on the westside in a small town east of Everett.
  8. We got about a month before we really got start worry but as things look now we're looking at a shorten season.
  9. I like the troll face one. lol

British Columbia is nice and is the only Canadian province I've spent time in as I grew up in Washington State. Vancouver is an awesome city and in my opinion one of the best cities on the entire west coast.
  11. Has anyone got any experience with film photography? I'm interested in picking up a used film camera off ebay and was wondering if there are anything thats noticeably different from digital?

I don't like in Canada but a lot of these questions depend on where you want to move, just like any American city. Metric system is easy to learn, the currency holds about the same value as ours (theirs is slightly higher but not much), the people are about the same it just depends where you go really just like anywhere in the world. The weather of course is a bit chillier then the US (Think like Maine). You can survive in Canada without knowing french and I can only assume it's like living near the US-Mexican boarder where their is a strong spanish population, it only helps but isn't necessary to know the language.
  13. She's looking good. I'm surprised.

My roommate made those a few months back, they taste amazing! If you ever have a chance also try deep fried oreos.
  15. I used to own like every wash Levis made of their 514s, great pair of jeans.
  16. Congrats man!
  17. It'll be interesting to see what happens, don't know if anything will come of it though.
  18. I've never looked at it, but I'm going to guess that that thread isn't an accurate representation of TIF. Of course it's not the most accurate as not everyone has posted pictures of themselves but it's the only proof of what the community looks.
  19. If you can get your hands on a rowing machine I'd also recommend it, but cycling is another great cardio activity, you just have to make sure you're challenging yourself.
  20. Moved to our 'Achievement' subforum as it's a better suit for your topic. ~Stevepole
  21. The CD came out today at 12AM Eastern/ 9PM Pacific via iTunes, it didn't leak. It's the first major production that hasn't leaked in knows how long, a true accomplishment. However knowing that you think it leaked, you should probably go and buy your own copy and support good music. (Physical copies of Watch The Throne go on sale Friday)
  22. But statistically it is more likely that they are, because gaming is a sedentary hobby, and non-gamers tend to have more active hobbies. When I wrote the post at the top of this page, there was nobody who had admitted to being overweight. In a largely US/Euro-centric community of gamers, that was highly improbable. I guess it would be fair to say tip.it's user base are not your average gamers. My only recommendation is to look through tip.it's real-life picture topic so you can see first hand what other users do look like.
  23. The assumption that all gamers are overweight has become a bad stereotype just like women don't play video games.
  24. My brother and I had bearded dragons but we had to give them away after 10 yrs because we had moved away to university.
