Very productive week overall. Really focused in on shoulders, chest, & back along with an extensive mix of cardio. The focus on upper body is due to me hurting me knee on a bike ride so hopefully it feels better after the weekend.

The hottest I'll go before I'll I have no choice but to wear shorts is about 90F or 32C. Otherwise it's just way to hot. Especially after it gets hotter then 100F, you just feel like your roasting.

Are you serious?... :blink: Yeah, beer adds a lot of flavor to food, you have to try it. This man has a point. A friend made a barbeque dipping sauce using Budweiser beer as one of the main ingredients which was fantastic. For my money, its better as a dipping sauce than a beer. Im sure Jack Daniels do a range of sauces as well. Yeah, Jack daniels has a number of BBQ sauces here in the US. A local brewery has beer battered french fries, which are some of the best french fries I've had in my life. My family also steams oysters/ clams in beer too.

There isn't anything complicated about it, she'll simply will become William's princess or duchess if Williams takes on the title of a duke. It's the classic fairy tale.

I was wondering why recently there was a lot of media cover surrounding the wedding then I realized yesterday that the wedding is Friday. I don't plan on watching it though, I'll probably be stumbling home Friday night around 2am anyways so watching a wedding will be the last thing on my agenda.

Funny, Nike's usually run small. A lot of you also have big ass feet. My smallest footwear is a pair of boots which are a size 9. My largest shoe is a size 10.5. I don't know how universal their sizing is across their line of shoes but both the Nike track spikes I purchased ran large. Oh well that could explain why, I've never owned their track spikes.

I've always thought P90X thing is a awful gimmick. People do them for instant gratification but either they give up because it's to hard, or they don't see results fast enough. I always feel the best way to improve your physical strength and whatnot is by going to the gym and finding a routine that works for you. It won't be fun for the first couple weeks while you learn your way around the gym figuring out the best workout for you but in the long haul it's totally worth it and if your dedicated, you could be in great shape by the time august rolls around.
