  1. Pretty sure they never said anything like that.
  2. Second hood I've found after binding my own. Sadly no one with me to give it to this time.
  3. aww =( At least, some people knows now :/ Everyone who did the quest knew :P
  4. Never the case for browsers. I know you're aware of the risk, but please don't advocate the usage of outdated software, especially considering the environment we're currently in. Other than that please let's get back on topic. :)
  5. DEEEEEEEEEEERP. I'm an idiot and got so focused on the fact that I knew TI was a monthly activity, I forgot that JOT is a DAILY thing. I am a huge idiot, and I apologize :P
  6. The wiki was never hacked. I think he was referencing when there were some malicious ads that placed java exploits on the person's system. Myself and a few other people I know were hacked as a result. Rswiki corrected the problem advert quickly, though.
  7. Troll Invasion isn't a weekly activity though and it's about 50k and up a month. Penguins are about 30k/week, JOT usually around 8k. So it's not really 100k a week. Depending on what levels and how many points per peng etc you're looking at what, 60k/week? Maybe 80k? If you divide Troll Invasion's exp over the course of 4 weeks and you only include non-skilling things as you said. (So no wicked hood, Herblore Habitat, Shattered Heart, etc)
  8. The list is a bit longer than that, you might have forgotten to include Shattered Heart rocks, the crafting and mining exp from red sandstone, and so on.
  9. It's always a good time to brew beers, especially when you have the stuff.
  10. Thursday, February 16th *dusts off the topic and picks it up off the 2nd page* Since I last posted, I've gained about 800k Dungeoneering experience, level 88 crafting, and level 88 fishing. I gave up on c2'ing my entire low-floors. It's just too boring, and not very fruitful. Instead, I'm only going to be c2'ing my frozens. But today, I desperately wanted a change of pace compared to simply bank-stand skilling. Decided to start slaying. Black demons, suqahs, and abyssal demons. 2 out of 3 ain't bad, eh! I decided to tort my ashes, considering I now have access to speedier agility shortcuts. All together, I had about 400+ infernal ashes, 5 rune chains, 61 suquah items, two clues, a handful of rune helms, and about 150+ crimson charms. The swag ended up being close to 2mil, so I'm quite pleased despite increased task times. Unfortunately, a good chunk of that tasty profit was dented by my future c-ball purchase to bring my stock back to 2k. Also unfortunately, I did not get to do so because I had problems with my account. Thanks to some good friends, though, a thread was posted for me in the account help board on the RSOF and I got a recovery form submitted in short order. And since managing to pop back into my account once, I made sure everything was locked away safely in my bank. I'm trying to stay positive :) For now, I'll occupy myself with playing on my spare account, Dorelei, and playing Arkham City.
  11. Unique is the wrong word. You mean something along the lines of 'common' or maybe you mean to say it's slightly less of a grind, which is a huge difference. Maxing can't be 'unique' by definition. A customized heraldic/completionist/clan cape is unique, because potentially there's only one of that particular style. Everyone has the ability to max and there have been people maxing since well into the early game years. This segway was brought to you by the letter D. /sesamestreet
  12. If that is disorienting for you, you probably have difficulties calling directions/etc too. Not the fault of a compass, just your inexperience. (Not a bad thing.) Definitely not something they need to change though. Static compass? It IS static. The compass points don't change. Your camera does. So if you mean static camera angles...well that's just asinine.
  13. Extremely doubtful because jagex clearly stated their intentions for effigies weren't to be horded. Though I would love to see a sequel to the dragon kin storyline. That's completely irrelevant to what he was saying. Personally I think it was just a shoddy lore-patch to make it in line with their new philosophy. Why would dragonkin effigies fear the dragonkin? You're feeding the knowledge of this land to the dragonkin. Unless they're referencing the Elder Gods, in which I'd have to give them credit because I didn't think The Elder Kiln would see such a quick progression.
  14. If we're hijacking this to a TMHT suggestion thread then have you guys ever considered using Tip.it's Teamspeak during your MH trips?
  15. I wouldn't mind if someone did an unofficial livestream on justin.tv or something of the TMHT bosshunts. It would get kind of boring though. I mean, if you're just watching it you might as well go to the event.
  16. These words I do not think you know what they mean
  17. That's the point I was trying to make. I thought they were considered different things, overall damage output versus attack and strength bonuses. Sorry I made a goof, I'm not quite as knowledgeable as you haha. :3 How do ferocious rings boost then, if they aren't boosting strength? I stopped being lazy and looked on RSWiki myself to see when the bonus was applied. themoreyouknow.png Thanks again for the help.
  18. Different multipliers, if we can trust the flat descriptions. FSH boosts Attack and Strength, where (again, if description is valid), TokZo boosts damage. Wasn't this why things like Salve E and Void worked togetheR?
  19. It's better to get and use joat until you save for greenfingers than get it and maybe get 6 more herbs a day's worth of runs? IMO.
  20. No, what makes you think that? Because now we know that the TokKul are the remains (and memories) of the TzHarr. The Tune Bane Ore is made to work on the remains of creatures to 'tune' the ammunition to the creature. But there is a lot of remains that we can't 'tune' to :3
  21. They are, but they're EXTREMELY hard to buy via the ge. I had to buy the ingredients and make my own because I couldn't buy over 2k median price.
  22. Logging still works.
