  1. We try to look over every declaration but we cannot remember every detail of every war that has ever been posted--the responsibility of scheduling their own fights is entrusted to the officials themselves, as we hope they are able to handle their own schedules. The TWR and those who run it are not babysitters. :) And we still are. I appreciate that you sent me Titans Revolution's side of the story. We are currently waiting to hear from AK's story and for whatever evidence they have to support their claim. I respectfully ask that you have some patience as we try to resolve this and get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks :)

  3. Don't need to go through all that 'red tape' just to find friendly practice fights :P Good luck on your practicing :)
  4. Just logged into Catherby bank to see a level 78 holding a pet rock and having a lovely little discussion. I love runescape.

I'd be interested to know why you don't think they count. Because they died/reopened I didn't think they officially closed but instead went community for a bit.

  8. If you look over your head right now, you'll see a joke flying over it ;) We like to haze Rainy_Day ever since we found that skirt in his locker...

The Moriquendi is about 5/6 years old from July 5th 2004. (it was called "Dark Elves of Mirkwood" back then)
  10. What I'd like to know is how the heck does this relate to the phrase, "Ruby Dragon"? :s
  11. The way this was implemented reminds me of the Thieves Guild in Oblivion... They've been doing these newsbox leaks repeatedly. What's going on via their end that they can't coordinate these things, I wonder.
  12. Most I've posted on this thread...ever! XD But this is my most recent bank picture, give or take maybe 10mil in misc supplies and rune armor that I couldn't squeeze into one inventory load.
  13. None of your images work :$ Some of them work now. :D I had an exam from 5:30-6:45 so I missed the entire fight. Good job TK, don't know what happened to our tanking today. Looking forward to a rematch in the near future.

  15. That's fair enough, but that's also the reason why Jagex announced these things ahead of time in very public and well-covered ways. It seems a shame to essentially 'nerf' the nice give-back aspect of these events because of a completely unrelated issue: merchanting clans and the grand exchange. That, I think, is more unfair than just asking people to plan for the future. After all, is the every day casual player really going to get so distressed about not being able to grind out 'til the end of the multiplier as someone who is making long-term goals and going for maxed stats? Not really.

  17. Yet how is that going to solve anything? The reason things were bought out for weeks was because it was announced WEEKS in advance. And you could buy things from the ge/players--you just had to be prepared to wait for a bit or shell out extra cash. By limiting or lowering the exp bonuses you are not solving the problem, as merching clans will still buy out the stock so long as there is advanced notice. Now though that we know to expect bonus weekends in the future, have either a cache of money or supplies squirreled away for future use. Complaining about what future bonus exp events might have when you know they're coming is like complaining that you were told to move out of your house because a hurricane was coming. Be prepared.
  18. Seeing things like this makes me feel inadequate.
  19. Pretty much my feelings to a tee. What were they thinking by setting the prices so high? They do huge research and developement into security code-generating USB dongles and make the (smart) business decision to not go into production because prices will be so ridiculously high that no one will buy them...Then they seemingly put so little consideration into how much they'd have to charge in order to break even / make profit that it's shocking. I hope they realize we won't be getting drunk until after ticket purchases...
  20. Quite the opposite. We are all expected to do so more often.
  21. Oh okay. That image didn't come to mind because I was thinking of rubies n' such. Oh well, let the speculation keep rolling!
  22. From RSOF, coincidence? Pictures would be lovely. :ohnoes: I'm studying for finals atm (taking a bit of a break now though!) but if its true...nice find!
  23. Limiting the exp gain at a capped amount kind of makes the whole bonus week pointless while still adversely affecting short term economy as you explained to such detail in the same exact post. :/ If you read my post again you will see several skills missing from the list, ones I consider buyable and thus excluded from the bonus weekend. The capped amount would entice people to train a variety of skills rather than grinding one particular one too so will spread the demand for stuff out. Oh no, I took note of that. But I think you're being a bit nearsighted. You don't think that these non-buyable skills you listed still won't consume items from production? Food, herbs, potions, chins, arrows, weapons, armor, runes, feathers, etc... The impact on the economy will still exist. Thinking it won't is, forgive me, thinking only in the mindset of a pure skiller. And if you're going to impact the economy at all, I'd rather everyone have a shot and not just those some exclusive set of people happen to disdain because they're 'buyable'. You're not the only one who feels this way by any means. The rants forum were filled with similar sentiments on the RSOF. But I'm sorry, this feels like the "I hate buyable 99 capes" argument dressed up in economic excuses.

  25. LGZ will need to rehost their images so adequate points may be given. Your initial images are broken. I recommend in the future using imageshack.us.
