I did not go off of those, but rather the pictures provided by Jack of T0. As you said, those zoomed in pictures could have come off of any fight and are therefore inconclusive. I instead examined Jack's evidence more closely. Clothing (your basic clothing seen when not wearing armor) cannot be changed midfight, therefore it can be used to identify people. Picture 1 - Starting here. The three people to the northwest are all in the middle of their attack animation with a maple short bow. One is clearly a girl with dhide vambs, one is a man with rune (t) helms, one was a man with dhide vambs and fighter boots. This brings the ranger count to three for KCR. Picture 2 - There is another girl, but she cannot be distinguished from the one in picture 1, so that is disregarded. There are two men, one with metal-cap sleeves (far right) and one with pale skin in leather boots and full dhide who are distinctly different than the other two men seen in picture one (middle). Note that while these two are not in the middle of an attack animation, they are in typical ranging attire. That brings the ranger cap to 5, which is what the rules outline. Picture 3 - This is where KCR is proven to break the ranging cap. Gougle is clearly seen wearing blue default clothing that is unlike any other person seen so far. There is also another man in the picture but he is most likely the man in the middle from picture 2 (see above.) This brings the question: was it enough to change the outcome of the fight? This is where the most discussion took place over. Two styles of combat in any increased number has been, in the past, grounds for rematching. Adding to that, I had mentioned earlier in the ruling post that there was no consideration or discussion as to whether or not this cap meant there would be a max of 5 rangers throughout the entire fight or no more than 5 rangers out at once. Because of this, we decided that a rematch was the most fair outcome we could provide to both clans to give them a fair and earnest war. When you agree to something, there is a degree of assumption if things aren't spelled out explicitly. Things were not spelled out explicitly, as I explained above, so both sides are riding off the assumption that their interpretation of the rule is correct. This is where issues arise, and why when KCR and T0 rematch they may either choose a range off fight or a range on fight without restrictions. I assure you we always analyze the evidence ourselves and take no second-hand help in doing our jobs. Were we unable to verify the legitmacy of the evidence provided, the victory on the field would have stood. I hope this clears up any issues you (or anyone else!) might have. Next time, feel free to PM me or any other member of the staff if you want detailed explanations.

Had an old friend who introduced me to an RSB clan in RSC. That never worked out too well. Later when RS2 came out, I tried going for clans once more and spammed w2. Someone from Empire of Falador (an old RSC clan that didn't live out well in RS2) found me and I joined. Eventually through there I joined The Death Squad, which was my first established clan on RSC who had just broken into the top 20...then later died 4 months after I joined. Oh well!

To be honest, I've got 30k fire runes and rising. Haven't bought a single fire rune since I started training slayer. I can never sell them and I can't sell 'em back to the Tzhaar...so... Bring on the fire rune wasting staff!

Getting overloads gives you access to elite boss hunting teams (corp, arma, etc), which should raise your ability to make money, which will eventually enable you to get 96 summoning via rock lobs. Assuming you enjoy boss hunting. (EDIT: I would recommend thinking about it as you get 94+ attack or you'll have a marginally harder time joining groups.) EDIT: That's just my opinion, anyway. Going to corp constantly with a good overloads team is massive profit, especially if you get a sigil.

If you want to make money: kill saradomin mages. If you want fast exp: kill zamorakian mages. Cheap way to go would be maxing your mage def and bringing a fruit bat. Fast way to go would be maxing your strength bonus and praying mage with similar inventory setups like Eldest recommended.

Spear has all fight styles. Maul doesn't. If you're not hybridding extensively you should want the most versatile weapon you can get your hands on, IMO.

With your mage? Maybe 15~/kph? I've never really thought about it. It might seem like an arduous task, though, so maybe do it little by little. 20 points a day, maybe. I do think it's worth it, really. But no, it's not necessary. Barrows would be your easiest transition into good moneymaking. I recommend the black salamander method. It's covered in detail quite well in this guide Alternatively you can switch up your gear and use ancients. Maybe someone else can elaborate though because I'm not too sure on how to do it. Presumably you just use an ancient ice spell to freeze the brother, go one spot diagonal, and attack him with the salamander....but I don't know a gear set-up for that. Sorry.

With your stats, I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe invest in getting 90+ defense, 90+ ranging, and maybe 94 attack and strength.

Oh sure. It's one thing to know how to DDoS. But if you don't have access to a botnet, which to my knowledge no one from either LND nor TPR does, you can't do anything. Sure you can join flood yourself, but it's not that hard to ban one person from the server. I would learn to differentiate between one person causing trouble and an actual DDoS attack. I'd like to think that if both sides didn't over-react, it would've been nice to see the second round fight without the disconnects. But it seems no one could be mature about it and stuff like this happens. There's rivalries that are productive, and then there's things like these...Ah well. I was hosting an Armadyl Trip for Solace members, so I couldn't make it. Good job in actually fighting--that's about the only thing worth congratulating here based on how both sides are acting lol.

As such, the Clan Staff are asking that True 0wnage and Kurimo Clan Reborn have a rematch. When you negotiate your rematch, the terms must include one of the following: either range on without a cap, or range off. In regards to ranging, these are your only two options. Please use your original negotiation topic to work out the rematch. Let me or another clan staff member know if you need any help working through negotiations. In regards to the accusations brought against KCR regarding extra members: these have been proven to be actual members of KCR and KCR have been warned (earlier on the topic) to keep more accurate records in the future. Can anyone confirm this? The added time to bank would be worth it if it means significantly less food burned. The Lumbridge range is least likely to burn food out of all the other ranges and the distance is comparable to catherby's range. It's up to you whether or not it's worth it. If you're pretty far away from your food's 100% success rate (ie no burning) it would be better to use. Lumbridge range > All other ranges > fires in terms of success.

Consider doing the quest Smoking Kills before you resume training Slayer. It'll help you block/skip tasks that really aren't suited for ranging. Yup, here's the link. Check the General Equipment section. Also, if you ever find yourself bored, I recommend obtaining full void range when your defence level gets higher. It doesn't have a lot in the way of defense but for tasks you have to pray/safespot, it does wonders if you can't afford Arma.
