My knee-jerk reaction would be to chew his/her ear off in private. But that's why I try not to act on instinct. Sometimes things like that will happen and if you're not staff you don't always have the power to go against it. You have to hope that the idea will prove not as disastrous as you thought or convince the leader to change his mind. If the leader's doing his job, he should be willing to listen and compromise. If not...well, why are you in a group where those in charge don't listen to the needs and wants of a community? It's just more of a headache than its worth.

Could someone clarify what a "splash screen" is? :s Is it an advert that spans the page?

But if it was a machine used to create monsters, why would Sumona (who was a desert diety right?) use it? Wouldn't she have the power to make her own monsters rather than use a machine?

If you were ever to pick a P2P-only monster than would go F2P, hellhounds would be one of them. Talk about your false gifts. It's always good that F2P gets new training spots but I can't imagine this spot will be used very often in particular. I'd rather use less food and go to Greater Demons instead for better profit.

There's no reason to close this thread if people just exercised a little common sense before posting. Locking is a last-ditch effort to stop a flame war and it's not something we relish doing. If you have an issue with how this thing was handled, you're welcome to PM any member of the clan staff to discuss the matter. If you guys can come up with things to post about that HAVEN'T been talked to death (ie the last 4 pages of this thread) by all means post. If not, let the topic die. It's very simple, actually.

While it is irrelevant in terms of the outcome of the war, why propose a sniper cap if you're not going to adhere to it? During the course of the fight, I counted at least 7 different people sniping. There was supposed to be a 3 man sniper cap. Still, your snipers are to be commended, as they were VERY persistant. It was hard to get binds out under such pressure. Bottom line was your organization, sniper unit, and levels were superior. And it was a clean war despite the misunderstanding. We just couldn't rally a good antisnipe + some people got KO'd. I hope we have the pleasure of fighting you in the future. You certainly gave me a lot to think on in terms of our progress as a group :-k. Good job guys.

Woah, woah. First off, the fun war that happened was irrelevant. That's why it was a fun war, no? ;) I suggest if you want to discuss it, make a seperate but FLAME FREE topic about it in the Wars & Run-ins forum. Second, keep it clean on this topic. If you have evidence, present it here or PM it to me or Laikrob. No. I didn't say that. What I DID tell Jc was that given the disputes and how quick Mod and LGZ did this war, I wasn't sure how to rule and that I'd talk with the Clan Staff team and come to a decision. I said that given the evidence though, LGZ might get the points. As of right now, the mods have NOT reached a decision concerning LGZ vs MoD. I promise, however, that I'll be as speedy as possible to post a decision that the team has come to. Remember, keep this topic clean. I dislike seeing all this mudslinging.
