Very "Andrew" like. Defending his baby with all the fervor of a programmer :thumbsup: To be honest, they've mentioned how complex Runescape has grown before--heck, it might've even been Andrew himself who said it--but I had no idea they didn't have a strict standard yet in terms of coding. I'm actually quite pleased they're doing this. The less clunky the code is, the better it'll be for everyone :)

I'll try to get the topic pinned for discussion. Twitter feed topics, as already mentioned, have very short lifespans and aren't always suited to their own topics. I think this was a lovely idea. It's interesting. Next week is update week, so mobilizing armies could be coming out. But I can't draw much from abandoned animals and gravestones. I can't see much of a correllation. Also, their change of transport to conveyance was interesting. :

Here here. I was thinking the same thing. Sometimes I go to the Clan Wars free for all world and all there is in the lobby is autotalkers--which is more disruptive to my gaming experience than the regular autoer who never says a word. '-'

You could always post here on the Looking for clan/group/team forum: viewforum.php?f=269 As for ones by name, I only know of Espada, but I don't know if they still go GWD. I know my friends often find random groups on the RSOF and go with them instead of clans. Instant gratification with no obligation.

I hold out a slim hope...there has been a fantastic suggestion floating around the RSOF for months now regarding the smithing skill yet other than receiving "Topic of the Month" or something like that, it hasn't gotten much notice.

Despite all the solid evidence brought forth I (not so) strangely am hoping for Paw Claw's idea about clan castles to be true. \ A genuine way for clans to communicate ingame without either party having to be online at the time...would be...much desired. >_> Still kind of boggles me though--why does MA need it's own dedicated teleport? I would've thought, if anything, that the "Wilderness Volcano" option would've been removed from the Games Necklace and replaced with Soul Wars or MA first. It just doesn't make much sense, seeing as almost all minigames have an option to teleport to them with jewlery, not magic spells.

If run energy runs out faster, wouldn't that make fights shorter? It's easier to bind and pile a walking target than it is a running target.

I can't even begin to guess if they have an another motive behind it other than tweaking the gameplay, giving some use to 99 agility, and making skills like Runecrafting more profitable. If there is some other reason for it, I can't even begin to guess. My original guess--that they were bringing back a system similar to Fatigue but without the capcha--was thrown out the window. :lol:

To the best of my knowledge, an official from DK confirmed it when rumors of their closure spread. They called themselves a team, not a clan, and said that applications were still open. Whether or not that's still true, I dunno. I haven't checked RSC lately.

I'm fair certain that watering the plant reduces the chance of the plant getting diseased (and therefore dying if untreated) when ticking over to the next growth cycle. But I'm not 100% sure. :oops:

Each account created may only be used by one person according to the Jagex Rules. ("Buying, selling or sharing an account" rule under the Honour section) You interacting between two accounts that you own is also against the rules. ("Multiple logging-in " under the Honour section) Unhappily, you've already got your answer to the question; however, in the future please refrain from inquiring about methods for getting around Jagex's rules. Back in the day, I signed my clan up for every ranking and urged us forward. At one time we hit #20 back when the RAW still showed signs of life, I think something like #10 on one of the old Sals lists, and wherever else we could get. Rankings were our lifeblood, our victories were what drew in members. It was the only reason why we even bothered with them, because you could be certain they were more headache than they were worth. Oh sure, our "'s night out" threads would catch some eyes, but the wars were where it was at. We didn't care who we beat, so long as we beat them. You could argue that the grand scheme of things is different now but clans still care about getting their name out, whether it be in wars, pks, or otherwise. Rankings, like many things, are just a means to an end.

People who can tank before this update really won't be affected--they know how to conserve their run and plan accordingly. In PvP fights you're generally more spread out due to tanking so you won't have a big opportunity to use the Rest feature, or you'll be sniped to death by rangers.
