  1. Did you guys have a pajama party too? Can I come next time? I have a unicorn sleeping blanket! (Congratulations THE ^^)
  2. VR is no pristine angel deity themselves. So...I don't know why you're laughing. And, well...It IS about who ends with the most in a pkri isn't it? Isn't it all about outlasting the other clan when titans like VR and Corr fight? I've seen so many excuses from VR AND Corr that I can't have the fortune to know so clearly who dominated as you did, but I'm sure both clans fought hard.
  3. It helps to tell us what color it is, because it'll determine how we kill it.
  4. The monk will charge 1mil for the task of using the elixir on the shield according to Zybez. I think it all comes down to luck. You might be fortunate to get it in 1k kills, or it could take you 5k. Either way, be prepared for a long haul.
  5. Please post what your quest journal says you've done last.
  6. That's true. Videos are much better proof. It's really hard to record though unless you're in PvP. And even then, whoever's recorded can still die. I guess this might not be an issue in bigger clans, but in smaller clans, it really makes it difficult to video.
  7. Smithing steel bars yields a good bit of profit, but it's tedious and boring.
  8. Do you think warring in PVP or CWA has a impact on not making warring fun? Personally, I find either equally enjoyable. Why is why/not that? I enjoy PvP because it's dangerous. I enjoy CWA because you don't have to worry about idiot crashers. Wars aren't usually boring for me. It's disheartening when we're losing, but I wouldn't call it boring. At what length of a fight does a fight become boring for you?(Aimed at PKRI's) Past 3-4 hours, it's no longer about who is the best clan, but who can outlast the other. I don't include "the ability to outlast" in my definition of a clan's proficiency. CWA helps illustrate what clan is more proficient, because you can definitively see the #of kills. What is your favourite current/past thing about warring and why? Quite frankly, I miss the space. We had all the worlds available to us. Crashing wasn't quite so devastating. The clan world is being strangled for our favorite deep wildy spots because Jagex keeps eliminating more and more PvP worlds, claiming we should instead use other parts of the map--this is almost impossible though, because most clans have a wide range of levels and would like to ensure that their members can attack EVERYONE.
  9. Every religion has a sect that promotes some sort of extremist views. This is a universal truth.
  10. You could do a bandos LS mass. I wouldn't recommend doing anything else until you train your combat further.
  11. It looks, from the 20-day average, like it's due to keep increasing, barring any merch clan interference. I'd personally go with 81 herblore, but I'm a skiller.
  12. Well, I was the only one who asked for screenies...:-w But thanks, I like your spam tower at the end ^^
  13. Same thing, really. For the sake of contributing: "Barrowing SS! Barrowing !" is probably the most frustrating typo on a word...ever. EVER. :wall:
  14. And they stay afterwards. We're all hoping for resolution to this in Fairy Tale Pt 3. ^^ I hate those stupid Orks!
  15. Congratulations on your win. At first I thought this was a recruitment topic posted in the wrong place :-w
  16. Aww, with you guys dominating so much I would've hoped to see more pictures! Still...congratulations on your win.
  17. When I declared, I used a mixture of forums/irc. I used the forums to make a public declaration and IRC to arrange the rules. IRC is easier, I think, to take screenshots of. I know capping the rules has come in handy quite a few times for me in the past. Though I think I'm old fashioned, because our War Council usually use an IM'ing client like MSN to set up wars whenever possible.
  18. When a previous clan I helped lead closed a year ago, I basically had two choices: Dragonwood or The Moriquendi, both which I had a minor history with. However, I chose Mori because I enjoyed their forum layout more. I prefer clean, sleek forums that aren't busy. A level of literacy. A touch of creativity. Our former leader, Jebra, designed the skin all by herself; and while I'm not a fan dark layouts (I enjoy Gladz's layout more than my own clan's, for example) it was done well. I also like it when the newsbox also isn't crammed pack with junk like war alerts, win records, and blinking/flashing marquees. As for websites...we have one. I personally don't like it. Most websites for a runescape clan I don't like. Yes, even the most notable flash based websites. Impressive, but extraneous.
  19. I will force Ashozzy and Ahmet Cinar to take note of these cups. >:) I'm very happy to hear Jagex is taking this "event-hosting" initiative and extending the olive branch to clans. Obviously, clans that are fansite based will have a bit of an unfair advantage, due to organization and experience. However, not a lot of fansite clans are experienced in all-styles combat--which I think this will be. Perhaps some of the RSOF clans will have the upper hand there? Still, after rereading the rules for the competition...they still don't really address clans as a group. I still feel that Jagex is regarding clans as just a bunch of pkers out together rather than a cohesive force. Maybe that's just me.
  20. Our clan has had the fortune not to fight someone so underhanded and win-desperate. It's despicable. Some fansite forums, tipit included, there are areas to deal with this. However, in most cases it's just a back-and-fourth between powerhouse officials which really doesn't get anything done. I cannot say if Tip.it is like this, because I personally don't have access to the Conclave. TBH I can go onto a private server and recreate any circumstance if I was really that pathetic. Wouldn't have to worry about a botched edit job, either, if I knew what I was doing.
  21. The forum mod's responses are very strictly regulated. You can take anything coming from a forum mod as a direct comment from Jagex. They are not allowed to say anything that HASN'T been okay'd by a JMod when it comes to update and things like that. You CAN accept it as fact, most of the time. The only time I could ever recall a forum mod being wrong about something was the possible discontinuation of cat-training medals. This is why their responses have since then been more regulated.
  22. Not saying you're wrong, but can you point me to to the piece of information that says KBD has the highest visage droprate? I've never seen that info myself and I'm quite curious :)
  23. I think it's: higher combat = higher visage drop. So Mithril > KBD > Black Dragon. EDIT: HI SIR :D Belated grats on 99 range, sorry I couldn't help you before.
