Wow, i actually find it hilarious how you're planning around an item that has not been released yet nor has there been given any time or date of its' release. Take a step back and think. With your levels the only way of getting Torva would be to **1) Hack an account and transfer 2) Have someone give it to you via free-trade (once that is out ofcourse). There is probably going to be no way that you will be good enough for a team and if you go to a ls mass you're going to need more lsp than you can think of. There is no way on earth that you're going to be able to get your hands on Torva in the G E for a month or two. So lets face it, your chances of getting it are slim to none. Just sell your Santa. Cut your losses. Go back to whatever you were doing to make money for the Santa. **Please note that i was in no way engouraging another player to break a rule. I was making a pure statement of how hard it would be to get Torva.

Well, i kind of want to get a few levels on both these skills kind of inbetween the Slayer/Woodcutting/Construction. Seeing as both Hunter and Theiving are 2 of the skills i dislike the most, i never really paid attention on what i should be doing. So all i can really tell you is that i have 79 Hunter and 71 Thieving. Last thing i did for Hunter was Swap Lizards from level 71 - 79. As for Thieving, appart from a few failed attempt at 1-click SG, i pretty much got most of my levels from PP. So basically, educate me on the newer, better, faster methods of training both these skills. I'm open to anything. Heck, with Construction being as click intensive as it is, i can pretty much handle anything now. As long as it's fast. PS: when mentioning new training methods, please include the location as i might not know where to find it. Thanks in advance!

That is what you said in your first post. Now, you said it is as cheap as possible when it really is not because time=money and your method will cost more time and therefor more money. You are wrong, that is it. That's all your first response needed to say. Instead you excluded to give any reasoning and thus resulted in all this. Just saying :\ Anyway, to OP: Like most people have said, it's going to be a lot better/faster to use whatever you have and buy Dragon Bones. Frost Bones if you want to go all out, but Dragon Bones will be just fine. You're going to end up saving a lot of time if you just make an extra bit of money, then buying more bones. And also it's going to be a lot more fun than training prayer for ~343251254 hours.

Yeah it's best to do what you enjoy the most. I too have many skillcapes lying around in my bank that i never wear. I grinded away just for the sake of having them and now they're just sitting in my bank not being used (this encludes skills like Summoning and Herblore). At the moment i'm working on 3 skills myself, that i've wanted for a while now (Con, WC, Slayer) and i am in no rush to get them. Take it easy, take it day by day. It's really the best way to have fun.

Slayer. Slay for that 15m (will take a bit longer than most other options) then Keep Slaying after you have them.

Except, barraging rock lobsters (obviously) doesn't get mage Range exp. Having 99 magic largely due to bursting rock lobsters, I'm (as of reading this thread) thinking of chinning nechs. Afterall, my ranged is only 85.

New armour will have probably have a crazy treet of about 300m+ for the first few weeks untill there is a lot of it in play. As for bandos, wait 2 or 3 more days, buy at lowest. They probably won't drop too much more. I can;t see them dropping below 14m a piece.

Finally reached my short term goal of 2200 Total Levels. Also i am now half way to my gaol of 99 Con! Should be getting it before end of Jan!

In my opinion, it does make some sense that Prayer Overheads aren't used in BH based PvP. It would take a lot of excitement out of it. It would also become frustrating because the fights would last longer (probably 5 times as long as they last). There is a way to fix this. By adjusting the unwritted "safing" rule. Instead of eating at around 480lp one would now eat at around 350lp, for example. This however might prove riskier than convensional PvPing and i doubt a lot of players would go for that. When it comes to Bridding. Now thats a diffirent ballgame. Pray. Pray like no tomorrow. With bridding your risk is much higher, but this means your reward could be higher too. It seems to me (and i really am no pro, so feel free to correct me) that Bridders (although more often that not, cocky gits) are the only skilled pkers left today. Yes, i beleive bridding is the only form of pvp that takes some skill. Like OP mentioned, knowing when to swtch to which prayer, switcing fast enough, switcing back (this also includes switcing combat styles). I'm hoping though, that with the wildy coming back, we might see some adjustments to those unwritted pk rules that might "allow" us to use Protection Prayers.

So where's the evidence? You were supposed to prove that the lower crime rate was directly related to capital punishment, but you've failed to do that. Also the point of capital punishment isn't really stopping people from having "homocidal" (homicidal) thoughts, it's for retribution Well, retribution isn't the only reason. It's also supposed to a work as a scaring method for other criminals. You see a man die for a crime you want to commit and you end up thinking twice before doing so.

Okay i did a quick search on the Middle East and its crime rate seeing as most of the Middle Eastern countries use the Death Penalty/Capital Punishment. You will find that most of the M-E countries have the lowest Murder rates as well as lowest Murders Per capita rate. Also, they have the lowest Murders With Fire Arms aswell as Murders with fire arms per capita rates. They do however have umongst the highest execution rates (3 middle eastern countries are in the top 4). So this already says something. Keep in mind though, countries like Pakistan and Iran will often be at the top of the table for all 5 of the catagories i mentioned, but those are also countries that have a lot of religious clashes with other religions, so they have to be disregarded. USA featured in the top 10 for 3 of these catagories, and South Africa featured in the top 5 for 4 of them (all except executions). Already this confirms that countries witht he death penalty have a lot less violent crimes. Most of their crimes are GTA's and Break-Ins. An assault here and there, but much fewer murders and rapes. I also came across a piece that said capital punishment as a detterent is a fail seeing as most killers don't think about the punishment while killing, but rather about who they're killing and how to get away. But then again the point of capital punishment is to stop them from having those homocidal thoughts in the first place. I actually had a convo with a friend a 2 years or so ago, just after i moved to Qatar and we spoke about the low crime rate here. I asked him howcome there is no crime, although the majority of the country consists of nationalities where the crime rates are of the highest in the world. His answer was something along the lines of Qataris aren't afraid to kill those who put others' lives at risk. When i asked him about less serious crimes such as shop lifting or car theft,, he replies with something in the lines of Muslims need both hands to survive. Because that's when i head back home, where my paper is. And even if there are corrections on the paper they might still prove you wrong. Just because they are corrections doesnt make them corrections that will agree with your statement :P
