So i found out yesterday that it's possible for me to get Barrows Gloves on my Rune Pure. The thought never really occurred to me before so i never thought about getting them. The problem i have is that currently i'm on 111 QP and i'll need an additional 65 QP to get the Barrows Gloves. I was considering only getting Dragon Gloves since they would require a lot less work to obtain, but if the difference between Dragon and Barrows gloves really is worth that much (in terms of PvP), then i'll suck it up and get them. Then, i've been training some Strength the past few days in hopes of getting it to a level where i could actually be competitive at Melee PvP. Thus far i'm sitting on 87, and i've been doing alright with Melee fights, but Dragon Scimitar just seems ridiculously weak and the best i can ever muster is maybe a 250 or 270 hit, which really means i'll need a spectacular Claw Spec to get the kill. Now i was wondering, if i do end up getting Barrows Gloves, would 90 Str suffice, or would i be better off just getting 95? (I don't plan on getting 99 simply because i want to keep my Herblore Cape untrimmed). And then, are there any other training spots i could use? At the moment i'm usually at Skeleton Monkeys with Salve (e), enough extremes for an hour and enough Spec Restores to last me (i use D2H spec as often as i can). Anything else that could bring me about 80k Str exp/h?

It's more like a blog for him and some sort of a case study for us. I know i kind of post a lot of useless stuff here sometimes, but i like knowing that someone might read it and then be able to comment on whether or not i am in fact doing the right thing.

My problem is my utter lack of self confidence. I have a big fear of actually approaching a girl, but once i'm there and once the conversation starts going things usually go the way i want them to. I'm starting to realise that more and more now, and it's making me want to get out there more and more.I just want to say [bleep] my shyness im going to go out there and get it on. But sadly it still holds me back. The part of the relationship i'm bad at is not the pull, but what comes after that.

Me and Claire's relationship has lowed down a lot the past week or two. It is kind of odd, but i really don't mind it. We send each other a few texts during the week and we'll most likely see each other over the weekends. That's kinda what i need right now. Me and the girl that moved in across the street a few weeks ago have been talking a lot lately too, and she's been very flirty. I'm kind of excited about how this could turn out. She has something to her that makes me want to just talk to her as much as i can. I went out the other night with my mates and i saw the other girl again (the one i said i really just wanted to [bleep]). We made eye contact but i [bleep]ed out and didn't talk to her. I'm going to Vegas next Saturday for a few days so i was thinking of making a point of talking to her on Friday night when we go out so i can be fresh and ready come Vegas. Life and shit is going pretty sweet at the moment. The girl across the road told me earlier that i can be really charming when i wanted to be. i've always known this. If i do put some effort in it, i can get any girl i want. I'm not trying to be cocky, but every girl i've ever wanted, i got. And that's not because i am good looking, or rich, or whatever but it's just because i feel like i know exactly what they want to hear. Sometims i think it's the best gift i could have ever been given, despite my weird luck with some girls. They all, always, stick around because they're curious. It's probably a dangerous thing, more than a good thing.

It was a crazy night lol, like i said. I knew i should have stayed away from the Tequila. Also, as far as relationships go. I've tried it three times now in this place, and all three times they have ended quite badly. Although me and Claire parted ways respectably, what went on before that was not exactly fun. I am not looking for any sort of relationship right now. I really just want to fool around a bit.

Kinda weird night last night. Went to the same place as we always do on a Friday night. We get there and right as i walk through the doors i see Claire sitting at the bar, where she always sits. I kind of sidestep and avoid her. I don't think she saw me. So after being there for about 15 or 20 minutes i see the a girl i've seen there maybe 4 or 5 times before. Now i really hope i do not offend anyone with what i am about to say (i am sure a lot of guys will understand what i mean when i say it). This particular girl just has something about her that makes me well.... want to [bleep] her (i say [bleep], because i think it's really the only term that can fully describe it). My friend's say it's probably because she has a very [bleep]ty attitude. I don't find her attitude particularly [bleep]ty though. I mean, i don't want to have a relationship with this girl, i just really want to [bleep] her. We've made eye contact a few times in the past but i never really capitalized on it because of Claire. But last night i just decided "you know what, [bleep] it". So i go up and i start talking to her. Actually, i did what i usually do. I waited for the guys flocking around to go away, then i went up to the bar to order a drink. I bumped into her "accidentally" and so the conversation started. Now i would not usually go up to a girl who has been hit on by so many guys, because she's going to be used to it and because i don't really have a lot of game i always feel like it's going to make things a lot harder for me. But i kinda looked around at the people that were there. They were all pretty poorly dressed and well... she wasn't. She was dressed like she meant business. Me and my friends are always some of the better dressers in the fact that we didn't wear oversized shirts, trainers, baseball caps and baggy jeans/shorts. So i was feeling a little more confident than i usually did. Anyway so we started talking and it was kinda like guys would keep on staring at me, waiting for me to get rejected so they could have a swing of the bat. But i stuck around, i kept the conversation going and i made sure that she wasn't bored. The reason i know this was because she did not once look at her phone, break eye contact unless it was to take a sip of her drink, and she did not fidget with things while i talked. So anyway, i told her that it was nice to meet her and that i'd come say bye before i leave. As we were about to leave, i walk up to her and we start walking towards the door. We went outside and talked while i waited for my friends. She gave me her number, asked me what i was going to do for the rest of the night (places here close at 1am so there's still plenty party left in us). I told her a few mates are coming over to my house for a drink and she's welcome to come as well. Before i could really finish my sentence, one of my female friends ran up to me and kind of jumped in my arms and she kissed me. Not like a quick peck on the lips kiss, but a full on "let's get it on" kiss. I kinda got caught up in the moment and when i snapped out of it i realised the girl had left. She sent me a text a while after that saying that she was tired and was just going to go to sleep. I kind of understood why she didn't come over, lol. We spoke a bit on the phone earlier today when she phoned me asking me what i'm doing tonight, and i kind of explained to her that the girl that kissed me was just a friend who was drunk, etc. She told me she'd like to see me tonight. So that was cool. When we got to my house though last night, my friend's ex was there too. She asked me where the bathroom was and i explained. She told me she didnt just want to walk into my room, would i mind showing her. At the time i really didnt think anything of it so i was like sure ill show you. So i take her to my room, show her the bathroom and i turn around and as i was about to walk off she grabs me by the arm and kisses me.... Now everything in my head was telling me "NO! STOP! THIS IS WRONG!" but sadly my penis spoke a bit louder. She was really hot, and i just couldnt resist. So we i carried on. Things didn't go much further than just really feeling her up. My friend was kinda just outside my house so i didnt want to take too many chances. Now i feel bad because i need to tell him, and i know he's going to be really pissed at me. But i dont want him finding out any other way. How do i tell him? I was kinda drunk (read: very), but i know that's not really an excuse. Also i'm not quite sure about what i should think of my friend kissing me like that... Also i'm going to Vegas in a few weeks. God that's going to be paradise.

Got 274k DG exp for doing a C6 Small. Doubt it's a bug as they did they they were going to reward you as if you were doing the best/fastest method.

Total value of my skilling tab(s) is just under 20m now. Should be able to get it to 20m tomorrow, which im kind of excited about. Will put me at 20% of my goal :D Ive been finding it hard to really follow a specific routine, so i kinda just do what i want to when i feel like it and it seems to be working so far.

I used to DH qbd a lot. Kills would never go over 5 minutes really. Use Rapier/D Def till you're at ~400lp or so, then start swinging the Axe. make sure you're bonfired. I used to get constant 1k exp drops like this too.

Well since we were never in a "committed" relationship, i couldn't really care less. The fact that she toyed around with me the last two weeks kind of got me a bit pissed off at her. I told her last week that i would consider seeing her again ONLY if we were not to have the same conversation we had last weekend, this weekend. I told her that if it was to happen again, things would end differently. And what happened? Exactly what i told her i did not want. So i have very little emotion left for her right now. She sent me a message earlier today asking me how i was doing. My reply was: "Really?" She did not understand what i meant. And then i went on to tell her that she tells me we should stop seeing and speaking to each other (one week after she told me the exact same thing, then told me she wanted things to go back to normal). I told her i might be a few years younger than she is, but i am not stupid and i am not a toy. I also told her that i think she should now stop talking to me, because i am finding it very difficult to stay respectable. Anyway, if it had not been for the fact that she never wanted to commit, i might have not "bounced back" as fast. And also, i realized that looking for a relationship right now is not in my best interest, so i would much rather just find someone i can have some "fun" with, and who wants the same. The girl i gave my number to last night, well i think she wants exactly that as she has been very flirty with me the few times i've seen her.

I don't think he was actually. He's always been very skeptical about getting in the car even after having just one beer. I think he was just in one of his moods where he can not focus on one thing for more than 10 seconds. I actually know people who drive better when they are completely [bleep]ed out of their minds drunk, than he does when he's sober.

So today was quite an eventful day. Friend of mine went for a flight and saw a plane crash. He said it was quite the experience. Plane that crashed was a single engine aircraft with two people on board. From the looks of it, both of them survived. Once again the crash was caused by pilot error. as my friend described what happened all i could gather was that the pilot either had a prop strike on landing (they were doing touch and go's, so basically you just touch down and take off straight away again) or they blew a tire, because someone on the ground told the aircraft that there was a big cloud of dust right after they touched ground. The pilot stayed low, ie he was having trouble climbing (which is why i think either a prop strike or maybe he put the nose down too hard and cause the oleo strut to do some damage to the engine). Shortly after that he made another call and seconds later all you saw was a big ball of flames. Quite scary. And then, to top that off i found out that my friend wrecked my/our car. When i decided to buy a car he suggested we buy one together to save some cost. I really wasn't bothered about the costs but i knew he would not be able to afford one on his own. So i decided to be nice and buy one with him. He shortly after started monopolizing the car even though i paid more then 60% of the price. Last night he got drunk/was being a retard and somehow managed to drive it into a tree. He says that he "lost control of the car because the road was wet" (bs, it didn't rain last night) and then ran it off the road into a tree. Car is pretty much totaled. He's fine, but now he's asking me to pay half the repair cost because "we are shared owners, after all". Go [bleep] yourself if you think i'm doing that. I told him that i expect exactly what i paid for the car in my hands/account by the middle of this week or i'm going to take steps. So now because of his stupidity, and me trying to be a nice guy, i am [bleep]ed for the next few days. I know exactly why he "lost control of the car". It's because he's always too busy texting/talking on the phone to concentrate on what's going on in front of him.

She's at it again. I kinda told her to go [bleep] herself, in a nice way though. Going for a flight now, so i guess i'll add detail when i get back. Kinda happy i did this. Can't be bothered for this drama. Too many other things that need my focus. ^ Not worth getting into detail to, to be honest. On the bright side, i pulled last night. A girl i sort of already knew but we never really spoke that much. I saw her two nights ago and we had a few words. She was very flirty but i never really clicked. Then last night we went to where she works (she's a barmaid at a "club" on Saturdays). I went to her to get a few beers for me and my mates. She hugged me over the counter when she saw me, and when i got the receipt i wrote on the back of it something like "Looking great. Call me later :)" and i told her to turn it around when gave it back. She smiled and laughed. Told me she didnt have my number, so i told her i'd be back later. Gave her my number and that's all she wrote.

Well i have decided that i'm going to start collecting charms now, before EOC, since it might take me a while to get into things then. And since Glacors are easy now, still fairly alright money, and pretty good Blues and Crims, i thought i'd stay there till i had enough charms for 30m Summoning while doing odd skilling here and there. Already got a bit lucky today and got some Ragefires.

I've got a question. I've not followed the Beta too much. Have not really played it on my Pure much either. I've tried some pking with it, but i found that i was way too laggy in the Beta servers to actually make anything of it. I was wondering if pures really are going to have a hard time, like i've heard some people say. I've tried finding some info on it here and there, but not with much success. Would skills have to be well rounded in order to be a decent pker? Ive seen about 2 or 3 videos on Youtube of a guy with a Berserker Pure doing quite well, and when i mentioned that to a friend of mine he mentioned seeing videos where pures would just get wrecked.

Managed to reach 16m Fishing, 16m Woodcutting and 14m Mining last week. Yesterday i also passed the 11m mark when i price checked everything i've collected so far. So it's going alright. Also managed to get Kiln Cape on my pure today which is 87 + 5 Combat :D

Finally

The one by Paul Collingwood is probably one of the better ones. I've seen a few by him when he plays slip which are just amazing. And those are the types of catches i'm talking about. I'm not really impressed by someone that has to run a few yards and pull of a body length dive to catch the ball. I'm much more impressed by someone that has half a second to react while jumping/stretching/diving. Ponting/Rhodes/de Villiers kind of catches.

I've seen catches that would make that one seem rather average. Nothing too special really. And before anyone asks how i can say that. Sure, her had to run a bit, catch the ball over his back with one hand. All of that is actually not really that hard. The hardest part would be holding on to the ball during the fall. So i'll give him props for managing that. But still, the catch was nothing too special. He had such a long time to react and get himself into position. Most (jumping/diving) slip/point catches are a lot more impressive simply because of the little time you have to react. Also i believe you meant that South Africa isn't the top ODI team anymore. They're still on top in terms of Test and T20

So i heard South Africa is #1 in all forms of cricket now? Haven't been bothered to check if this is true but i find it funny.
