  1. I've farmed 4.7k torstol seeds post 99, and you will average around 45.5 herbs/run with juju. Use greenfingers, and you can expect an extra herb per run. I would only farm torstols if you watch prices carefully and buy and sell at the right time. Otherwise, just go with snaps. If you aren't too concerned with profit and are more interested in profit, go with torstols. If you plan on farming a fair amount, definitely get at least T1 greenfingers, especially for torstols.
  2. Unless you are very much positive that you won't need that many overloads, I would go untradeables all the way. 400 Overloads really isn't that much. I would advise making at least 1k, that way you can overload for all combat. I've never been bossing, so I'm not sure about super prayers. My first reaction is no.
  3. I've farmed around that number with T2 and I see small, dead herbs regularly. Damn farming ticks. Old post, but idc When you see a small dead herb, it got diseased in the 2nd stage. It looks small because it never had the chance to actually grow. Your aura is working fine. necro'd :P Yeah, but you'd still think that I'd be seeing less deaths, not more. I'm bound to farm at the ideal times every know and then.

  5. Welcome back! Hopefully your stay will be an enjoyable one.
  6. I haven't seen any hard evidence showing the greenfinger's decreases the death rates, but it sure is nice for expensive herbs. I wouldn't recommend going beyond T1 unless you'll be farming a lot of torstols or maybe snaps.
  7. That's nifty! Are you assuming buying the seeds then harvesting and selling a few hours later? Would be interesting to import the actual ge data and compare it with what you are selling it for and seeing how they differ. If you need some help with that, shoot me a pm.
  8. Yeah, Artisan's Workshop was a pretty big fail that wasn't exactly helped out by most players hyping it up to be a smithing rework like what you are talking about. Then again, Jagex didn't really help the issue.<_< If you want to use a direct QFC link it's: [qfc]numbers[/qfc]
  9. Based on your topic description and OP, I think this topic is better suited for Runescape Suggestions. If you have questions, please pm me. I've also fixed the QFC codes in your main post. I agree fully that smithing is in drastic need of an overhaul.. should've happened when they released Artisan's workshop.
  10. Yeah, you can create an account with multiple spaces, but I don't think Jagex allows us to change our names to something like what Suomi has. Not sure if this has changed recently.
  11. 1) even if you go to 'restore default set' under customize? 2) not sure about this one.. I would imagine that it is not helping, but please call me out on this 3) Microsoft Security Essentials is very good...most people are anti-Norton it seems.
  12. It could be: A) Force name change from Jagex B) Jagex has started allowing it C) New players start with strings of numbers and letters as name.. not sure if hyphens are used here
  13. You could save 592 gp if you take earth runes with air staff or vice versa. :P
  14. Being on lunars is just really useful in my opinion for not only farming but just general teleportation. The trollheim teleport from LF teleports you right next to the patch, which saves a bit under a minute of running I think. Remote farm is nice if you farm expensive herbs and have the runes in your inventory to remotely cure your plants. Only problem is that you need to be logged on a lot.
  15. If you want an idea as to what kind of increase you'll get from different tiers of greenfingers and what herbs it is best to use on, this might be useful.
  16. Yeah, go with FF/Chrome and install Adblock Plus. Do note that if you are f2p, you can't block advertisements as that is against Jagex rules. If you are a member, by all means go for it.
  17. You might be interested in this.
  18. Yep, it's better to harvest your first ugune herb, make it into juju pot and then harvest the rest. You also can pay to protect the patch, which I would do for the first few patches until you have a lot of ugune.
  19. I'm not sure what your hunter level is, but 170k was what I was getting for a while until I worked on the tricks. Like I wrote here, it's quite possible to get near max rates while not fully paying attention. Luck seems to play a role as I've had hours with relatively equal concentration and ping where the experience was off by 15k/hr. I dunno...
  20. You want to know what sharks are currently selling for in the ge, regardless of the guide price? By the time you manage to obtain 10,000 sharks, the actual selling price will have changed drastically. I could hop on and give you an exact price, but would most likely change in an hour. Fishing sharks really isn't very good money, BTW.
  21. Hopefully so indeed. Welcome to the Forums! We enjoy having a good time, so you should fit right in.
  22. I've had that issue a few times on my way to 99 hunter.. I'd just briefly move one of the traps a few spots away and that fixed it for me. You'll find quite a large increase in time if you are able to skip the walk 1 square after setting the trap. If you click to move just after the trap "blossoms" after you are setting it up, you'll run to your next location, which should usually be under another trap.
  23. Da [bleep]? Dat efficiency.
  24. Anywho, it's not underrated at all.
  25. So you leave us behind and now you are going to toy with us. Not cool.:shame:
