Yo! :thumbup: My contacts have been drying up really fast for no reason, so it's impossible to wear them. I'm taking a break from them for a few days. Wearing glasses all day so far has felt suuper weird.

Last night I ate six cheese sticks (like, string cheese sticks). They were so good. And now I've realized how long it's been since I've actually eaten a string cheese by 'unstringing'.

The Mighty Ducks came up the other day amongst my friends. Boy, those movies were so freakin sweet.

I always find myself smiling when a girl gets that kinda scratchy voice from being sick or something and they sound like an old man. And secretly, I think it is pretty darn cute (of course, it depends on the girl who has it).

I was friends with some girl whose name was crazy like that. She was African American, though. Her name was something like "PrettyRich AliyahsMommy SimoneMechanicsville". I stayed friends with her because my friends got a kick out of me impersonating a black person while I read her statuses, which were seriously unreal. But, she de-friended me a long time ago. ): No more impersonations.

I guess this isn't wholly on-topic. But I'm getting these shoes soon. Dust! There has been an unreal amount of dust in my bedroom since I've come back from college. But I'm too lazy to actually wipe everything down. Unpacking has proved strenuous in itself.

Still reading the first book of the Lord of the Rings. I started it winter break and only managed to get 3/4 of the way through it during second semester. :\

Just made myself some perfectly toasted... toast. Also, I realized I was supposed to book flights for my internship in South Dakota by last Friday... I was so busy packing and taking finals that I didn't read the lady's email close enough to see that. Yikes. Emailed my 'agent' about it. Hopefully I can get this resolved. EDIT: And the plan for today is to clean up a bit of the basement so I can actually use the weights down there.

Done with sophomore year of college. Second semester was really stressful. And now I'm home and I've been busy as heck. Good to be back, though. (:

I think you're confusing sex and intimacy here again. The two are two completely different things that have nothing to do w/ each other. As a mild example to give you a frame of reference, think of a time where you've been in love with a girl. During that time, were you not attracted by ANY other girls, regardless of how beautiful they were? I don't see how that has anything to do with not acting on these desires. Then again, I may have missed a crucial point... Wasn't the article talking about having sex with other women while being in a 'loving' relationship with another? I don't see how it's selfish, considering both partners mutually benefit from the arrangement; women benefit from this as much as men do. Women also cheat as much as men do and have the same sexual urges as men... I feel like you're viewing men as unfaithful people and women as victims of men's sexual desires. Again, I'd like to see some evidence from studies that show that women cheat on men as much as men do while claiming to love that one man in the true sense of the word. Does this mean you would be prefer a monogamous relationship w/o any sex to an honest open relationship? Nope. Not at all. I never said I wasn't planning on having sex with my wife. I'm saying that loyalty to a woman who doesn't want you to have sex with other women is more important than fulfilling your physical desires with other women.

Frankly, I don't believe a man can claim to truly love a woman if he cannot offer up his desires to 'bang' other women for her sake. Again, it just doesn't seem to me to be possible that a woman who truly loves a man will let him run rampant among a bunch of other women. And if she does, I doubt their relationship is truly a 'good' one. What about the woman's happiness? Seems a bit selfish. Also, since this whole matter deals with having sex with other women while still claiming to be in love with only one, I think there's a little too much hedonism in this than I like. There are more important things than physical pleasure (like maintaining a faithful relationship with your spouse/partner).

Spoken like a Stoic. :P I'd be interested in seeing a similar survey. For some reason, I don't think the results would be too pretty. :\

Loaded and O-tang have been working on some sweet wheels (called Baluts). They look pretty tight and are supposed to be geared more towards free-riders (sliding doesn't slow you down as much).

Dang, Federer's my favorite, and I've disliked Nadal ever since he beat Federer in 2009. Plus, his cut-off shirts are just so un-classy. Federer has class. :thumbup:

The Grey. My friends and I went to the premier last night (12:01am). Just an intense movie. I can't say much more other than it was overall a great production. It actually ended how it was supposed to end, which was frustrating and sad at first, but understandable later; made the movie all the better. Definitely recommend it. 5/5
