Marriage equality, and the SCotUS
I wasn't trying to compare them; I was just saying that if gay marriage is ok, then it is it slightly logical that eventually the question will become: for a consenting (read as 18+) daughter, is it ok for her to marry her mother, per say? And if that becomes a question, how come it is anymore wrong/right then gay marriage? Also another curious question. I don't want to go pinning labels on people, but since Christians tend to make a huge kerfuffle about gay marriage I am going to use them as a primary example. So a large argument for gay marriage is civil rights, that one person, a homosexual (for example), has the same marital rights as a heterosexual. I would also argue that gays just general don't want to be ostracized for their actions - nobody wants to be (generalization, but then again this is generally true). So another aspect to the argument is that gays want to have rights to marriage so that they can "be like everyone else" per se. So, what if the Christian community decided to call marriage something different? Bear with me here. Let's play this out a little. Let's say they decide to call marriage, spunk. BUT, keep in mind, this is the Christian community alone doing this, all other societal groups are continuing to call it by it's name. In doing this, the Christian community is purposefully ostracizing itself from the rest of society. Ok. So if this were to happen, the question is, would gays be content with having rights to just marriage? Or would they want the rights to call it spunk or whatever name is given? Even if that name [spunk] isn't the name [marriage] that ALL culture, besides the mid-sized Christian community, calls it?

Marriage equality, and the SCotUS
Setting the obvious legal definitions aside? Personal morality and belief, which is hard to quantify and different for everyone. So is it possible to make a decisive decision on the issue if we don't know a whether it's a legal or moral issue? And if it is a moral issue, how do we define it then. X must equal Y So if a moral issue is Y and we dont have a moral base to base it off then X doesn't exist. Thus Y is impossible to define, no? Reasons these types of debate just make me lols.

Marriage equality, and the SCotUS
The positive answer is that that's how many people you need to procreate. The prescriptive one is that it doesn't matter, but for simplicity's sake we should probably call those less common cases something else. They should sign some sort of contract, just like marriage is essentially a contract with a lot of fluff. Again, marriage is just a contract; all it really defines is property rights. What you're asking is whether incest is okay. I would say yes, for consensual cases. And what about when they become common? Also what makes something wrong or right then?

RuneScape DDoS attacks: fact or fiction?
Also people gain IPs through other online games, especially like Minecraft. I've heard rumors that's one way 999 was able to get a handful of people's IPs (probably [cabbage]) but still doable.

Marriage equality, and the SCotUS
So, curious question, that personally I just want your guys' thoughts on: What makes two the magic number? How come the marriage of two, male/male, female/female, male/female, is the basis o all these arguments? What if three people want to live together and want each other to receive property if they decease? Should they be married? Where is the line drawn there? Also another curious question: If gay marriage is allowed, for the sake of love per se, is it ok for mothers to marry daughters or fathers/sons, etc.?

"I want a girlfriend/boyfriend", and other such relationship advice
Yes, because it's obvious by now he's an emotional trainwreck himself. It's very hard to prevent being stabbed when the knife is already in your stomach.

Additional curoousity, would 2H/maul be far superior to spear for main bind? What are good med/small times to aim for, for solos?

Marriage equality, and the SCotUS
Seems to be that the insecurity of one side of the argument to the other is entirely a worthless dicussion. Everyone is insecure. Every single poor damn child, mother, father, brother, every single one of them has an insecurity. It is a generalization, but a fact. Anyways, moving on from that. Personally, I entirely support it, but only because as a nation we need to learn that if hold one thing (ie voting rights) to one group individuals, we must hold it to all. I don't think marriage is what it was 15-30 years ago, or whatever the hell people are being nostalgic about - and saying they don't want gay marriage because it needs to be "like it was." Well in that respect, [bleep] all of them; please people, look at the divorce rate. Is marriage even close to what it was? 52% of all marriages end? Like what the hell? How come that doesn't enrage us?

Constrictor's Log - GG JaGEX
Decided to kill some Kalphites yesterday for fun, and will hopefully get 77 Range today. I ended up getting a clue scroll about halfway through. Once I finished I went and did the clue and: And on my way back to the Lair, I caught some butterflies: I think I may start some Pest Control this coming week, I already have the skirt and just need the remaining 5 pieces. I am going to be gone this entire weekend though, so no updates much for me.

Even just with the micropurchase model they were wise. Hell, I hate SoF but play any game or any app on your iPhone, fill in the blank, and buyable things are surrounding the app/game. Usually it's impossible/near impossible to beat the game without any purchases. So really, Jagex is just following te current trend, and if/when it dies off, I would presume they will remove it. My point with them not making huge updates is it results in constant changes for a good few months which causes instability. That currently is my theory why 07 is so popular is because it has so much stability. Everything is a known. If I was a new player and I was coming into a game where even minor things like slayer EXP were changing or how much damage I did with Momentum, etc. every few weeks I'd quit sofast because I have nothing holding me to commit to the game. Above all their updates need to create stanility, not remove it.

Rares in 2007scape- A necessity?
I think so far out of all these suggestions the best has been the random event one. Thus the item goes to the most "worthy" player and if that player wishes to sell it to a staker/goldego, go for it.

Draw distance is the distance you can see in the game client. This image shows it off pretty nicely, so with a much higher draw distance we can see wayyyy out into the distance instead of seeing a barrier of fog :P Skyrimscape. Please show me anywhere in Skyrim that looks like that. I was half-joking. It just has a similar 3d view to Skyrim. If by 'similar 3D view' you mean 'the only possible 3D view for a game world rendered in 3D with a camera attached to a player figure' I agree. I mean its no more similar to Skyrims 3D world than it is to batman Arkham, assassin's Creed etc... [bleep]ing hell, you guys are bunch of pessimistic turds. It was a simple joke, move on. Personally I think the update will be nice, but Jagex needs to slow down with these HUGE updates (gm quests/eoc - most recents) and do so more minor tweaks/start some new quest lines.
