  1. This will be very helpful once I am in college and have a gym at my full use, right now it's a hassel to get to one near my house consistently, so I tend to do shorter workouts at home. I've heard some things from people saying like "workouts longer than 20mins don't build muscle blahblah" as far as you guys know, is there any truth in that? Apparently, the amino acids in your system are used up after 20mins of "hard" workout (anything after warming up). Unsure of the truth in this or not.

  4. Started the Smithing this morning, I also did my Daily for today, and later today will hopefully do the Barcrawl so I can use Barbarian Course. I am currently at 38 Smithing (started at 33), and will aim to get atleast 60 today if not higher. I got this from my daily which was nice: Normally the 120k exp I had to get from 81-82 would have cost me nearly 1m, only cost me 60k because of this daily. Thanks, JaGEX. Luls.

  6. Well [bleep]. I guess I'll get 90 Thieving, Prayer, or Fishing (in addition to Smithing). Maybe even Runecrafting, but probably not.
  7. Thanks! I don't really have many "plans" I just go by the layout I choose and decide what to add by what looks good. Almost 40 Agility (and barcrawl) and then tonight I start Smithing. I will do Agility on and off as a break from Smithing, hopefully will have around 70 by the time I have 90 Smithing. We shall see!

  11. So instead spending the 20m I made on Construction, I decided to think a little more long-term and decided to spend it all on Smithing and get 90 Smithing. This will allow me to atleast start PoP and that'll give me an extra thing to do for fun on the side, I also will probably start doing Meg's thingies when I have the time. Additionally, here's my new 1st floor plan (2nd floor is now gone): I am hoping to make some money on the side while doing Smithing, but we shall see. Hopefully will be able to make 15-20m by the time I'm done with Smithing. Anyways. Yeah, there's an update.
  12. I made a knee-jerk decision and choose a new floor plan of my house. I will update the current floor plans sometime this evening. Sneakpeak: It doesn't have a 2nd floor. :D
  13. Ended up additionally getting 41 Herblore and then 15 Agility yesterday from dailies and stuff. I think I may take a money making break and get like 60 Agility or something. We will see - I am gonna try it out today (which means I have to do barcrawl, egh) and see where it goes. I am just over or around the 20m cash mark, so I am quiet behind my goal, and it's generally pissing me off, so don't be suprised if I throw the 20m on getting 90 Herblore or something stupid like that. Haha. How are you guys?

  15. Not sure where I mention I was religious, but huzzah! Not sure if troll or troll. In case you are not a troll: My Combat level is 32. I wish I could join you, to be entirely honest, but my luck has never been any good anyways (hence why I've always stuck to skilling). Anyways, thanks for popping in! Update: Ended up getting 36 Herblore today for free because cleaning ranarrs is profit, so I did that to 35 got two rocks and got extra EXP to 36. Neat. Can't be bothered to post pictures, sorry. Anyways, I also got 62 Firemaking and hopefully will close out today with a total of 3-3.5m profit (which is nice). Still am about 8m Short of my goal, however. We'll see if I can push the final length. I will be skiing most of tomorrow, so probably won't do anything or very little if I do. Anyways, apologies for no pictures, so here's one of me. Have fun sleeping tonight.
  16. Ok, interesting. I have heard tons of different opinions on the matter differing from don't eat 3 hours beforehand to don't eat until an hour after. But what you said makes sense and I will try it and see what works best.
  17. Finally got the Guams and was able to get this (with the aid of a daily as well): Hoping to do some good money making tomorrow (we shall see). I am a little behind on my goal of 35m by Friday, so Construction may have to wait even longer depending on if I can make the final 15m in time.

  19. I tend to stay away from fastfood as a whole as it makes me feel like shit and I always want to shower after eating it. Another question: how does eating effect work outs? Should I eat prior or post-workout? How much/little?
  20. I'm looking at buying a longboard this summer as a mode of transportation to the university, not sure what size to get as of now. Thinking a smaller (38-42") board thats probably 9" wide as I have big feet but I want it to be portable when I carry it through the school. I would definitely suggest you get some type of pintail. I know from experience that Sector 9 has some very nice pintail boards. I would also suggest looking into big wheels to soften against large cracks/pavement, etc that you will encounter around university.
  21. Not sure if you read a few posts above or not, but honestly I could care less about my weight, my fat on the other hand is what I want to remove (weight being tied into this, but regardless). I will be leaving for university in August and don't see the reason to spend money on a gym when most workouts can be done at home (or so I would presume). I definitely will begin trying to find ways to cut calories and just shape up my diet as a whole. I don't drink much soda besides like Izzies (ever-so-often) which are really just carbonated fruit juice.
