I wonder if those 17 people realise they could become the richest 07 players fairly quickly with one simple forum post and an entry fee of like 50k? No way of enforcement. EDIT: OR atleast very little way, it'd be really hard if you were to open to more than say 10 people.

This has already been addressed. Introversion is when one prefers to be with one's thoughts or prefers interection with very few (usually a small group of close friends/acquaintances) individuals. Usually they also prefer to have conversations that matter, (to them, what this looks like depends on the idividual) or not have them at all. Example would be if someone likes RuneScape and is introverted they may seem much more invested in a conversation discussing RuneScape than say donkeys.

People inclined towards Introversion generally find themselves most comfortable in their own company or small groups of people. They generally have no desire or need to be around groups of people small or large to be happy. Extroverted people can view this as shyness or disinterest but they are simply two perfectly valid personality types. Extroverts by contrast, generally become bored in their own company and generally need to be around other people to be comfortable and happy. Very generalised but that is essentially what the two mean. Then what is when you are kinda both? Because I can find myself in both =/ Take a personality test, it'll explain alot of it. Like for example, I am 4% introverted, which means I am on the line between introverted and extroverted but will tend (only slightly) to be more introverted. OT to OP: Being the person I am, I 100% use RuneScape purely as a destresser, a hobby, but purely to remove my mind from things which are stressing me. The moment something else can do this instead of RuneScape or the moment RuneScape becomes a source of stress, I know it is time to take a break. Even more on topic, because RuneScape is a destresser for me, [bleep] what people say about it. I use it so I don't go punch a hole in my wall, and if I find riding a bike or hanging with friends will better suite me than I do that instead. So enjoy RuneScape for the box you have it in, but certainly do not let it take over or control your life.

Actually I didn't. I am still keeping my house goals as my 100% priority, however, since it is as expensive as can be, I can play 07scape on the side while making money when I have the time (since merching is really only an hourly thing or semi-hourly thing. Haven't updated in awhile, so here you guys go! Update: Did some questing and finished Goblin Diplomacy (forgot picture) and then went on to do another part of RFD (the last part I can do as a non-combat skiller, I believe): And got these from it: On the eocscape side of these, I broke the 10m cash point today, but still need about three times this, hopefully by Friday. But we will see if that actually happens. And then later today got this: Did some dailies and got 30k Woodcutting and 50k Construction EXP, also got this: Only 64 more levels until I can hatch all my bird eggs. I am thinking that the best choice of getting the next 64 levels is to get 99 Firemaking and collect the charms via bonfies (hopefully that'll be enough, if not I'll get 15m Firemaking EXP, and so on until I have enough charms). I also discovered that 99 Firemaking is literally like 3m cash to get and I make that in nearly a day, so I am spending 1m right now to buy the first third of 99 Firemaking (this is also on the side, so don't expect me to get 99 until probably April). Will add more if need be later. Post maybes?

I am very much considering make a subsection on my first post for Old School achievements, but we will see. Here's some of my side-progess that I have done. (and two more levels but imgur is under maintenance) Got all of these and got 31 Fishing about a hour ago, but forgot to take a picture. Hopefully by the end of this coming week I will have every non-combat 30+ and most 50+. We shall see. Future quests planned: Goblin Diplomacy, another RFD section, Druidic Ritual, Jungle Potion, Rune Mysteries, and a few other quests that don't require/reward combat.

Hahaha. Yeah, right. If you'd enjoy risk/reward aspect of the game you would do anything else but host flowers. Besides the fact that that is a personal attack, why do you care? A personal attack and a poor one at that, he has probably never hosted flowers, or if he has never hosted 2b pots or such as Vann has; which I would make a huge wager that hosting a 2b pot flower game gives you more of a "rush" than anything else in the entire game. OT: I think Polar was the closest to coming to an understandable view on this. I don't think it helps players or the community to trade EOCgp for OSRSgp, but it happens, it will happen even if it is made against the rules (though in lower quantity). However, the idea of fair/unfair is entirely worthless. No one is to measure what's fair or unfair, and so my sole reason I am against it is it brings down the "start-anew" feel of the community as a whole, but since it doesn't effect it that much, I wouldn't worry about it.

I come from a family of law enforcement, and they've seen cases where friends/family vouch for the innocence of a guy charged with robbing a bank, despite a couple dozen witnesses, his face being on several different security cameras, and him being pulled over while driving the van carrying the money in a high speed chase. Family and friends will pretty much always vouch for your innocence, that's why they are your family/friends. Funny because I didn't see Glaco's post until you quoted it - anyways, have your suspicions or not, I know where I stand/stood and I play the game to enjoy myself. Hence the reason I have quit 6-7 times over these 8 years and have at least 6 different accounts, because I got either bored of the game or the style i was playing wanted to take a break or try something new. Botting fulfills neither of these I would assume, and thus I have never really seen the draw to it. If I don't enjoy something I won't do it, seeing as Runescape is a means of relaxation, not stress, for me. Had some really huge family issues last night so wasn't able to get as much done as I had anticipated. Am hoping to get 3-4 quests done on 07 scape (2 RFD quests and 2 other quests) and maybe get another 2-3m today for Construction. It's getting really hard to continue updating this, seeing as no one really cares, but whatever. I'll do it to keep track of my own progress, regardless.

Why? Many people (myself included) won't play live RS. It sucks, and I have no more goals I want to achieve. Old RS is fun. I think as long as we don't have over 30k people with maxed stats Old RS will be fun, but until then it'll be a challenge and a damn good one at that.

To be honest the cost of 28 pure essence is not a big enough of a deal for them to promise anything beyond laws, they would most certainly lose money then. Why make it cost more than need be? Maybe once laws become more common place they will begin to have offers like this, but I'd give it a few more weeks. To answer your question directly, I know of none that offer that.

I don't think you realise that RuneScape is not a democracy. It's a dictatorship. Jagex will do whatever they want (as long as they see some benefit, monetary or otherwise). If you don't like it, tough. Now that someone has finally sad this, we can all go home. The discussion is done.

Welcome to the Official Thread for Runescape's Old Server Skillers! I. A Brief Introduction As everyone I am sure has seen, Runescape announced and launched their 2007 "Old School" servers. As many of the community have expressed, this announcement was wonderful, and again reunites the community together in their pursuits and goals. However, when looking through the highscores we see list upon list of players striving for the highest total level, but rarely (or none) do we see any of these players to be (level 3) skillers. So I bring you a clan to reunite the '07 skiller community. Old Server Skillers [OSS]! II. Requirements To begin, I want to express that OSS's clan chat is ALWAYS open to ANYONE. However, the only people who can become ranked and receive benefits are those who fit the requirements. So enough - onto the requirements! Base Requirements: 1. 100 total (this is subject to change as the average total level increases) 2. Must have at least 2 stats that are 30 or above (this is subject to change) 3. No combat stats over 1 (accidental levels can be excused, but must speak to a general or above for admittance) 4. Active in the '07 Old School servers. 5. A skilling mindset - efficient and knowledgeable in skilling (especially in Old School servers) 6. Be willing to help! Use the knowledge above to help others with questions or goals 7. Be kind and treat others with respect. This is not a recommendation, if you cross over bounds you will be removed from chat, possibly permanently. Exceptions: Prayer and Defence Pures: 1. Must have at least 200 total or above (this is subject to change as the average total level increases) 2. Must have 1 in all combat stats with the exceptions of Defence and Prayer. Not much in terms of plans today, but I think it will mostly just be a money making day. Currently made about 1m over night from merches. Also, for those of you who are curious - I quit hosting flowers, due to something I read in my bible this morning (also for those of you who are curious I am religious haha), and I will say, money making so quite slow otherwise, but still doable. Anyways, so my aim is to get about 5m (hopefully) by the end of the day, and maybe even a couple woodcutting levels. On the side, I am hoping to finish off 30 woodcutting and 30 cooking (or higher) and do the security stronghold in 07scape. Will post pictures if the chances arises. P.S. Hate to be needy, but marble block donations would be amaaaaazing.

Yeah if you're paying Jagex they seem to have a very different view on how someone's "botting" should be dealt with (I am looking at all the h/c bots being JUST muted).
