  1. Most of the scenes seem far to set up. Also, in several scenes you're in f2p (As you can see from the paths of the autoers shown) with high level members items, obviously you're going to get begged. Overall, I hate beggars. I got to where I am without begging once, or even accepting donations from friends, so I believe they have no right to complain about the game's difficulty.
  2. Great update from Jagex. A way of saying "If you're not going to take our warnings into your own hands, then we're going to do it for you". To the people who are bashing this: Sit down and shut up. If you feel that affected by it, stop playing the game. I bet you anything that had this not been announced, 90% of you wouldn't even realize it was there since most of you never put your password into chat in the first place. I know I wouldn't. If it's not a new whip that auto-casts ancient magicks with the side effect of summoning using the blood rune altar in Priffindas, you guys will complain. Chances are, when those updates are released, you same whiny little children will still be complaining. Get over it, whiners. Jagex stopped caring about your opinions a long time ago when they realized that you'll never be satisfied.
  3. My bad: The front page still hasn't updated and when I looked for the new update on the forums (that i saw in the general p2p section) i saw that thread.
  4. There's also a character named Red_Rooster (Example on the page when creating a new account).
  5. A friend of mine got a free month's worth of membership (He logged on about a month after his subscription ran out and saw "You have 30 days of membership"). He couldn't possibly have been falsely charged because he sent a money order in, not credit card.
  6. My thoughts exactly. You should've reported him back for abusing customer support.
  7. The jewellery sounds pretty interesting though... Mining soft clay? yes this will help my construction goal and just making y house prettier a lot. i want to craft bellybars or nose piercings though :anxious: As long as they bring back the kitten and ball of wool from The Great Brain Robbery quest for the piercing process, I'm fine with that.
  8. "Red Bull, it gives you wings*" *Ability to create crystal weaponry through song not included. Some restrictions may apply.
  9. It's not a contradiction in Jagex's policies. Read rule 2 again, notice how it specifically says players. "To cheat another player" "Misleading players". Jagex probably specifically wrote it in like that so threads like this would be effectively obsolete. The npc's in runescape don't spend hours upon hours alching or woodcutting and fletching to achieve the money they have, it's programmed right into the A.I. The screenshots fall under fair use
  10. How about some speculation on the updates for this month? I find it pretty safe to assume that Jagex just cabbaged up the original behind the scenes. First update- Easter Event -Instead of cabbages, easter eggs -New temporary food -A strange colored item to go along with it Fred the Farmer quest -Sarcasm on the town aside, Lumbridge and Rimmington being involved (Great, I love going back and forth to Rimmington -_-) -An item that makes things twice as big -The maker-bigger-thing could be used to make crops twice as big (not confined to cabbages alone) Melzar's Maze -New Slayer monster -Possibly a graphics update to Melzar's maze New Monsters -Sounds like a new Tarn's Lair style mini-quest, although it seems quite low leveled (although this may just be Jagex's humor) New Armor -Comes from the above mini-quest -Helmet, body, and legs -Sounds, once again, relatively low leveled -Will not sit well with defense pures After this, it just sounds to me like Jagex acting goofy. Any thoughts?
  11. Excellent article. Realistic part about it is that Jagex probably has all this stuff lying around as documents, etc.
  12. This is funny, to a point where I'm finding it difficult to take anyone seriously on the forums. lol noob speak.
  13. This censor scares me. Runescape, no!!!!!
  14. Jagex should stop releasing agility courses for the time being, unless they're not going to be a useless one-timer course like the penguin course was.
  15. Agreed. If someone walks up to me and says "Cn i h4v3 phree st0ff, I got haxkecd", I usually take what they say with a grain of salt. With my friends, I offer them advice instead of items. Or I tell them to pay me back the money they owe me in real life first.
  16. history, i makes I look for the summoning skill history means that the CE is looking for it OR I look for the summoning history skill means time travel, being able t replay things you've seen (e.g. cut scenes), bringing back what once was (dragonkin?) etc. How about "I look for summoning, the history skill" which would be a reference that summoning was announced so long ago that many people believe that it's not coming out (It's "history"), and how nowadays, people are calling summoning at pretty much every behind the scenes.
  17. I think that the official client is against the rules now
  18. Horrible idea. It would ruin the point of Recruitment Drive (quest) and being able to spawn in Falador.
  19. I was under the impression that those videos were protected under the fair use laws.
  20. That's the first thing that I thought when I read the behind the scenes. It'd be awesome if the town came on the same day.
  21. its not a random event Well it is a bit, because its random when you see him, and its sort or a short event. No, it's not. The only thing that sets Bob's code different from the other NPCs in runescape is that he doesn't have any restrictions on where he can go (except maybe the wilderness and into anything that requires activation like stairs, I assume). Unlike random events, Bob can't be in two places on the same server at once and doesn't interact with players without initial player interaction. Also, he wouldn't count as a short event, since he's walking around 24/7 (resetting when the servers restart). no, my friend saw bob in lave maze Ok, then he can go in the wilderness. Edited for new info.
  22. I was skeptical after the first two, but good work on bad jokes and life of an autoer part 2. Keep up the good work.

  24. siggied, sorry!! but that was the dumbest thing i ever heard... :| :| :| Yet not as pathetic as someone who stupidly quotes sarcasm to put in his sig for a "lawlz, l00k t3h funn3h". Nor as moronic as a player who suggests that 75% of runescape's population is playing all day, every day.
