  1. Quick recharge your prayer!
  2. I might be wrong, but I don't believe you need to actually equip a fire cape to actually fight them, you only need it in your bank to get the task (or spend 2,000 tokens to unlock them). All the fire cape does is act as a sort of ferocious ring for ice stryke's.
  3. You melee'd Jad for your first cape? Very nice.
  4. Whining about whiners whining about whiners. Gee. And no, I'm not whining about whiners whining about whiners whining about whiners.
  5. I wonder if Jagex should do a couple instanced versions of a boss per world. So rather than having 1 Kree'arra per world, have 5 or so. Place a portal at the door and you could enter one of the 5 instances through it (allowing you to see how many players is in each instance of that boss before going in). That's just an example off the top of my head, but that sort of thing would help; Bandos is full pretty much all the time in every single LS world and I know other bosses are generally pretty full. I don't approve of crashing really, but it's a dog-eat-dog world, so whatever.
  6. Frost drags are meant to be really good (85 dung required). This probably belongs in help and advice though.
  7. The knowledge base is pretty much the best source of information, as this guy said, it has been there months. The knowledge base is better than any fansite for information as it's all written by Jagex staff themselves and is available instantly, the minute their is an update. Except when they can't even get the information for their own game right and take weeks to fix it.
  8. They have for quite a while; years I think.
  9. I have (or had) a similar issue when going to speak to Advisor Ghrim on Miscellania. There's two doors you can go through to speak to him; one south and one to the north. For some reason walking through the southern door would whitescreen me, forcing me to reload and log back in; the norther door was fine though. Since I can just go through the northern door to avoid it I didn't bother sending any bug reports. I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has experienced this though.
  10. Slow overtakers. Don't overtake someone if you're only going to do 1 MPH more than them. This also applies to lorries overtaking lorries.
  11. In terms of finding one, God knows. I'd imagine a dungeoneering clan would be the only way. As for their uses - you're right, skill doors would be fatal to them. I think they would be better put to use doing some of the menial tasks which really help the rest of the team. After a room's cleared, they could grab all useful resources and process them into things the other players need. There's been so many times where everyone's trying to push through the dungeon so quick that no one gets any armour made; no decent food is cooked; and no potions for doors or the boss are made. Things like that really add some breathing space when in a monster infested room, or the boss. I've just realised this is a little off topic. Oh well.
  12. If you're a level 3 skiller you can actually be very useful, even on a team of high combat players. You do need very decent skill levels though.
  13. Is it old screeny time? Here's my first 99:
  14. Oh, I haven't really read any of the notes. Sounds like it could be similar to the hood that makes you invisible to certain enemies.
  15. Hm, is that a cape to the left of the primal guy?
  16. This is why I was against them bringing the BTS back. As nice as it is, it just complicates things somewhat. The engine improvements sound interesting, though. I wonder what we'll be seeing from the new TT rewards that uses it.
  17. Mm, last I heard they weren't going to release it until they were sure they could make it look amazing (perhaps it'll take technical behind the scenes work before they can achieve this). I wouldn't expect it any time soon.

Surely it protecting over everything is a good thing? I haven't done any MA, but I hear from friends it isn't fun getting the required rank. Also onyx isn't cheap these days, I'd be pretty pissed if I lost it.
  19. Yeah, it really sucks how Jagex are rewarding people who trained the skill and offered more incentive to go past the 80 mark isn't it? Sorry, but that post really annoys me.
  20. Right, maybe someone can comment on this between ungrateful pissing and moaning. It is NOT the icon of any dungeon in-game. You mean comment on that image that won't show and has a broken link? As with all Jagex hosted images, you have to follow the link and refresh the page - they disallow hotlinking. Anyway, I have no idea what that image is.
  21. That is ridiculous. Even if I was swimming in tokens, I'd rather use them on XP/chaotic weapon charges.
  22. Jeez. Wonder what prices will be when they settle.
  23. :). 25k tokens off my rapier.
  24. I'm not a fan of EA or Activision, so I guess I'm kind of glad nothing happened there. I'm quite interested that Sony invested in them, don't they publish/develop Free Realms, probably the closest thing to competition that RuneScape has?
