Um... right. A 80 million gp drop minimum on the least expensive party hat. Since when were any of the items you listed necessary anyway? I know hundreds of people who have survived without Granite Mauls, Obsidian Capes, and Party Hats, and they're still perfectly fine! I myself have never owned any, except when I was given a Maul as a gift, and I'm still sane too! Prices are fine how they are, just work for things...

Isn't the second bank a little redundant? If the woodcutting guild has no text before entry (don't have to talk to people to get in, just open gate and enter), it would be better to have the single bank next to the entrance to the woodcutting guild. Then you'd be able to bank right next to the guild without the redundancy of two banks very close to each other. Just my thoughts though, basically I support if that's changed.

But this is a very hard quest, especally if it was for f2p The hardest members quest gives about half that much experience. This quest is not even on level with Legends Quest (and I think I'm allowed to say that with 209 quest points...), even if it is a f2p quest. Theree would be spells that allowed you to biew the exact amout of hp, prayer, mag... ect a opponet has. These would be interesting spells, but relatively useless or overpowered. Seeing the exact amount of hp an opponent has would be useless, just look above their head for a rough estimate. Seeing their exact mage would be useless also, simply look them up in the high scores. Discovering their current prayer would be overpowered, giving you an idea of when you'll be able to hit full force. It would be no trade Good... The game has never attempted to recreate any time period, and JMods have posted as such on official forums. What kind of medieval war involved automated cannons and arrows which sought out their target? Have you ever tried archery? Most arrows shot do not hit the target dead-on if you're facing away from it, yet I can shoot a creature with my back facing it (due to lag, generally). If you wanted to spend time you could find endless amounts of unrealistic ideas in the game. If you're going to complain about camo, complain about our characters themselves. How many medieval men and women walked around with neon green hair and clothing bearing far more resemblance to modern styles than even styles of the 1700s? I'm done ranting about it, but RS is by no means realistic, and I would stop playing the minute they made it 100% realistic.

1. I think 10k free exp in each skill is a bit much. That's an automatic level in each of the skills (assuming they are only 50), which is pretty powerful. 2. Please explain the use of Orclarium Runes, or the spells they are used in. I doubt JAGeX would add a whole new spell set to f2p, as it would be moderately similar to Ancient Magicks in the sense that it requires a huge quest and has its own unique spell set. However if the Orclarium Spells were not intrusive on normal combat, it might be considered, though it's risky. 3. The stats of Orclaris are slightly better than rune, but not as good as dragon? What, then, is the point of getting 99 smithing? You can say "to get Orclaris armor!", but the point of 99 smithing for the past 5 years has been simply for full rune. If Orclaris were made smithable, it would throw the balance of the game, as rune would suddenly be worthless as compared to Orclaris. If this were taken into effect, I believe it would have to be that Orclaris were untradable, so that rune would still hold strong, and so 99 smithing would be worth getting (it is now, of course, but then it would be worth even more). Overall I think you put a good amount of thought into it, though in all realistic thinking, JAGeX is unlikely, at best, to add another f2p quest, albeit one including a whole new spell set and new powerful armor. I think it would be a good idea to give f2p players a big quest for a goal, and that any dedicated enough to get high levels on f2p without moving on to members, deserve something like this, but it is still unlikely.

Perhaps equalizer could lower or raise your opponents health to your maximum health? That way the situation proposed could not occur, it would not harm the higher level as much, but would still take them down a bit. As to the arrows, I believe the idea was to reduce damage enough to compensate for the fact that there are 5 arrows going. Otherwise a level 99 ranger with high mage could (note: could, it would not necessarily ever happen) hit 95 with one spell, so yea, I think the point was to make it less effective than if each were shot normally, but worth it because you're dealing damage faster, even if less per arrow.

Pretty good ideas, although I think the Arrow Storm should act accordingly with the Mage and Range prayers. For instance, if the person is using Mage Prayer, the 5 arrows hit, but only deal damage as if they were normal arrows (i.e. based on the attacker's range and the defender's range and defense). If the person used the Range Prayer, the damage should be cut somewhat, perhaps, depending on how powerful the attacker is in range and mage, lowering the effectiveness of the arrows to that of arrows two or so levels below (for example, Rune Arrows suddenly act like Mithril Arrows). In addition, if you had, say, 4 arrows in your 'quiver', would the spell be stopped? I think it should let the spell continue as long as there is at least 1 arrow in your quiver, as it's your choice if you want to use the runes on a spell that will end up being less effective anyway.

As evanboy said before me, this is giving people power based on a completely random event. Some people have had over 60 frog random events, I have only had 6, some people have full mime with emotes and have gotten it a number of times more, I have only had one. Giving a new power to people who have certain random events more is unfair.

Only problem is for people like me... I quit my original account in the RSC -> RS2 Transfer and only started this one (Saidinwot) in December 2004, so it would not make any more people believe I had been around in RSC, in fact it would make less people believe it since I wouldn't have any of the capes (until December at which point I would have a 2 year cape).

I'm well aware this wouldn't work in game because of spammers, it all started as a joke with a friend. I told him I had said something in all caps on RS, then made the pic minus the menu (it had a normal inventory screen) to back up the story (also managed to convince him it was real :) ). Then he asked where to find "Ingame Caps Lock" on and I hadn't thought of that :o So I invented the idea of the menu and made it! :D

Obviously you wrote it! Certs have only been in RS2 forever! Definitely learn to change things if you're plagerising... or... even better idea! Don't plagerise.

p00w is censored because numbers are considered ways to get around the censor. Delete the 0s and you have "pw" short for password, another blocked word. Most two or three letter words end up censored if a "=\" is placed after them, and sometimes even whole phrases. I can't compile an entire list, but putting that little thing at the end of sentences has censored "in", "on", "at", "and", "the", "all", "at all", "is", "it", and I know there have been a large number of others censored because of the "short-word killer" as a friend has named it.

Not sure when it happened, but Rolls from the Sandwich Lady have changed from looking like normal bread to looking like... Rolls :o .

Thought I'd help out a bit there. To address "negative weight" from Boots of Lightness, the game actually says "Weight Carried", so your avatar will always weigh the same + however much he's carrying. If it were just plain your weight, you would not stay on the ground, and probably wouldn't lose energy from running. Scientific error: Nevermind the problem with holding 28 sharks... I can fit 28 sharks into a backpack that doesn't even show up on my avatar. Do all items become microscopic upon being picked up or withdrawn from bank?
