  1. Blasphemy :o I wouldn't use the word ugly, but her face is so... emotionless. As for the movie, I thought it was excellent, but the ending was horrible. What's funny is from the reviews I've read, a lot of people love the movie, hate the ending, or love the ending, don't like the rest of the movie. Emma Watson/Hermione  Agreed. The ironic thing is that Hermione's supposed to be kinda ugly, or else Harry and Ron would've been all over her from the beginning. No she's not. No where in the books does it say that. All it says is that she has unkempt brown hair and is a book nerd. And maybe ron has had a crush on her since the start (Which I believe he has). Either way, in book 4 Rowling explains hermione as stunning when she's in her dress for the Yule Ball. She was only 14 then. If a 14 year old can look stunning, even if it is in a prom dress, then she was obviously very pretty to begin with, just not very kempt. She also had buck teeth. Bottom line is, if the directors stuck to literally every little detail from the books then each movie would be a 5-6 year long project and would be bad FILMS. You have to see it from a filming standpoint. You just can't keep certain things in, and honestly, if you care about the fact that hermione had buck teeth in the first few books then you need to just stop being immature. Never in the history of the world has ANY character from ANY film fit the description of a book version of that character down to the last detail. It's just impossible. Emma Watson is a fabulous actress and getting better with each film. She really IS hermione, just as Bonnie Wright really IS Ginny. In fact, when I read the books I pictured Ginny to look almost exactly like how they have her in the film.
  2. That's true, I mean I'm around that age and I guess sometimes I can be immature, and same goes with most of my friends. However, people our age CAN act mature, if they try. I know this is true. It's just sad that most of us don't try hard enough when interacting with others over the internet. Because the internet, unless you choose otherwise, can be totally annonymous. =-/
  3. I agree. While night and day will be nice, it's not going to make me content. I want something that I can work on for a while like a new skill or at least give me some more high leveled quests or something. I'll take what I get, but we really are overdue for a new skill. It's been over a year and half now. =-/
  4. Gah...you got me all excited thinking jagex leaked more info about the new skill, only to have my heart crushed. :( Oh, and zaaps...most 16 year olds are immature. 16 is still very very VERY young. Unfortunetly you can drive at 16, which is why there are so many accidents caused by minors, especially with alchohol involved. Either way, while it annoys me, I don't expect many 16 year olds to be very mature. Once you hit your 20s you start to mellow out a bit more (usually).
  5. We need something. MA was fun but I really want some more quests or a new skill. (Well, mostly a new skill.)
  6. 95 Ranged Achieved. I've had 99 Ranged banked for weeks but since I hate it so much I've just now achieved this. I suppose I'll try my hardest to stay on training the skill as much as I can, but I can't make promises to myself. lol. Also, this tipped me over 270,000,000 total experience. :)

And Bonnie Wright is very beautiful, she's just a mature beautiful. Her face isn't emotionless at all, she just doesn't try too hard when she acts like a lot of them do. She may not be your version of sexy or look like Megan Fox, but she's still beautiful.
  8. You take things way too literally. Just because it doesn't have the same details for bones as an ape or monkey doesn't mean it isn't. It's CLEARLY some sort of primate. Look at the skull. Look at the posture. Look at the hands. It has opposable thumbs. Also, this is concept art. 9/10 times concept art never looks exactly like the real in-game thing. And even if it does look just like this, there's no rule that things in Runescape have to look exactly like they would in real life. Maybe this is an ancient or mutated type of a primate.
  9. They do it for attention like the little attention [bleep] they are. Too bad it just makes them look like idiots, really.
  10. I am all for Archaeology but nothing about these pictures even remotely suggests it. lmao.
  11. Oh my...that is amazing. If it's an upgraded look to the abyssal whip then expect prices to rise for a few days (then maybe crash). Although secretly I want it to be a new, higher leveled slayer weapon better than the whip. lol. EDIT - Because the other pictures aren't being stable:
  12. We should send out more tip it spies to other sites than runehq and find more exclusives. And P.S. How come runehq gets the adamant dragon art and we get some lousy fishing guild upgrade art? =-p
  13. That's subjective, I think. In my opinion if he had done that a lot of people who haven't read the books would've been confused as to what had happened. (Even in the book you don't realize exactly what happened until after dumbledore dies and harry realized dumbledore froze him because the spell wears off. It just seems MORE complicated to me, and I understand why Yates changed that bit. It's not needed, at all. It's just another tidbit that only crazed fans care about. Not needed at all and yet people want it anyway just because they can. You have to think at it from a directorial point of view and not the view of just another obsessed fan and protector of ever minor detail in every book.
  14. [hide=Response]Having more than two memories would have seemed repetitive. Like I said, the movie was just too short for advanced development. The ring, Tom Riddle's house... it would have all taken too long. As for the ending, I've also commented on this but I'd like to address this again. Once again, it would have taken too long for development. Also, we'd have a Good VS Bad stereotypical battle which I really... really, hate. The absence of a prevailing "Good" presence (aside from the people on the lawn raising their wands to ward off The Mark) can be a good thing. There's been too much of it in the previous movies (Order of the Phoenix, anyone?) and so this was a necessary change. As for the horcrux thing, Dumbledore may have thought there were only two. When he heard that there may be seven, he would have thought of something strange which he had previously seen but dismissed, and it now occurs to him that it may be another horcrux. The next movie, the last one, will have much more development and should please some of the people who are at this point in time... in disagreement.[/hide] Harry stayed put because dumbledore gave him strict orders not to be seen or to give away his hiding spot for any reason. Harry would NOT disobey dumbledore. So no, i don't think you're right in saying harry wouldn't just stay there. Also, Snape didn't really give a lot of warning about the curse. It's not like harry knew what was really going to happen. Either way, dumbledore ordered him to stay hidden and that's what he did.
  15. WHAT ABOUT THE ECONOMY YOU HAVE JUST SENT INTO A SPIRAL??? That didn't answer his question. What jagex is saying in that sentence is that you must be risking 75k in addition to your most valuable item in order to recieve ep on pvp +1 worlds. His question was whether or not you have to risk 75k in order to keep your most valuable item when you die. The answer is no. You will always keep the 1st most valuable item upon death in a pvp +1 world. If all you have is one item, then you will always keep that one item.
  16. Haha too right. I saw it last night, I enjoyed it. I can't say I remember enough of the book to know when they changed or left big bits out so maybe that helped. They keep getting darker, which is good. Also, I don't know if it was just me and my mate's pervy, blokey minds but did anyone else think there was quite a lot of unintentional innuendo in it? No. The sexual inneundo was all intentional. Yates had an interview a while back and commented on it himself. I read it somewhere on mugglenet so if you can find it go wild. =-p
  17. I just re-read the book 2 months ago and I can assure you dumbledore was killed on the astronomy tower. In the book he is shot by the spell, flies off the tower and "out of sight."
  18. I'm glad you feel this way. Exactly everything I thought about it. You know what makes a good film and I like that.
  19. No, Jagex was making a parody of the title of the book when they made that quest. I noticed some people think they didn't because it "has to rhyme," but if you honestly think they weren't poking fun at a tale of two cities then you're just really stupid. lol.
  20. I wouldn't give the money back. My end of the bargain was to lend you a whip. What you DO with that whip is none of my business, so long as you have it and I have your money. Now if someone asked me the level requirements and I said 70 and they said they can't wield it, then I'd understand. But if you're going into a lending deal where you don't know the requirements to wield said item, then you're just stupid and kind of deserve to have the money taken. I don't know. Maybe I don't have a large heart when it comes to people being reckless.
  21. I think of the days when I got 90 slayer and camped at dark beasts for 1 week and got 14 of them. Sold all for 3.7M each totaling in almost 52M gp in one week. I used all of the cash towards 99 Prayer (Which I got a few days after.)
  22. [hide=] Now it looks like a light bulb. It can't be a clan chat icon because the current clan chat icon is already in that screenshot. Yes it does now, but wouldnt they just like rotate it? every say.. 30 mins game time is day then goes to darkness, instead of doing it yourself, also wouldnt 99 fm be an advantage for certain lanterns with new night and day [/hide] Looks like a pocke[bleep]ch to me.
