  1. It's a good thing you said 90% because I've got 10, almost 11 and I know for a fact some 99s are jokes compared to others. I guess I'm part of the 10% that knows what they're talking about?
  2. Musky...? Not quite, but he's a friend of mine. Sigh.....How many other people have these stats ranked? I don't this needs to continue any further. I apparently do. Sad child, Musk. Sad child.
  3. TheMather1, I understand your concern, but it isn't really your place to tell me what to do with the idea. I have a few points I am following: 1. I am not posting it anywhere else until at least 500 people have supported. 2. I don't really plan to update it much more until my Astronomy Skill is out. I plan to use just a smidge of Archaeology in that skill. 3. Adding on will not make the skill overpowered. I am not suggesting to anyone that we must use EVERYTHING in this guide should the skill become a reality. This is a mere guideline of what could be done, not the final product. Adding onto the guide will only help it's chances of appealing to Jagex and it's players. No harm can come out of upgrading if it's done in the spirit in which the foundations will allow it. Meaning, I've made a very balanced skill, so you can count on me to only add balanced updates to it.
  4. Just thought I'd cash in what charms I have so far so I could hit the 12,000,000 Summoning experience mark. Now I just have a little over 1,000,000 more experience to go, or about 2,500 more Crimson Charms! I'd say expect this level in the next 5 days. Maybe less if I get really motivated. But waterfiends are boring, so probably not.
  5. Yeah, but it's 13 million experience I believe. 13,034,431 to be exact. A skillcape is a skillcape, but you've got to be kidding yourself if you think all of them are equal in greatness.
  6. Mourning's Ends Part 2 by FAR. Most people now don't do it without a guide, which is a shame since it is also the most challenging. But without a guide on the day of released I finished in 13 hours of straight gameplaying with breaks to eat and use the restroom. I was one of the first 50-100 people to finish the quest, the first person finishing in a little over 11 hours I believe.
  7. ยด We already knew the "Sirs" line of play of words, but this is the first time they actually make a joke using them, thats why its unusually funny. Speak only for yourself. One person in particular actually laughed and then said, "Survivin." Clearly they didn't. ^-^
  8. Just got this: 99 will probably take another week of Waterfiends since there's only so much I can take of it every day. lol. And lol at the people who JUST now figured out that all the white knights have play on words for names. Jagex had to slap you in the face with it first, I guess. lol.
  9. 98 Summoning. 1 more level to go (and many days at waterfiends!) until my 11th 99. :D And 3rkid, leave your personal problems with me at the door or take it to PM. ;)
  10. 4 Unicorns. 1 Unicorn = 54 Minutes. 54 * 4 = 216 216 / 60 = 3.6 Hours And I used about 250 Scrolls. (And I made about 600k profit)
  11. I envy you. I killed like 50 with moot and got really bored and left. lol. They're too annoying for me to kill so I just went pvping. Haha. To contribute, I am working on 99 Summoning. Currently 600k from 98 and I have 1k crimsons saved up so far. This was a trip I made without piety, pots or food. I only brought 4 unicorn pouches and my echanted excalibur. (Note I have about 3k Mithril Arrows equipped from trip also)
  12. [/hide] Good ideas. I really don't like how few shortcuts there are in RuneScape and Jagex should really look to implement agility into more of the Runescape activities. Either way people are going to have to raise it if they want to do quests such as Mournings End Part 2 as running doesn't help you cross certain areas in that temple. But now you can train agility even much faster with run on most of the time and with potions, so I guess it's a plus but from a stand point it really does look like they ruin agility, agility was to help you restore run faster, but this recharge rate is too fast. [hide=Pinkbullet3] [/hide] So Jagex is making the game easier for people who simply find it too hard to teleport, use terrorbirds, and be patient to recharge to save their image? You make it sound like you can teleport anywhere. Well you can't. For people training agility, runecrafting, slayer and pretty much any skill that requires you to run long distances, you really do need that run energy. It was a hassle having to buy super energies on the ge (which almost never bought right away) and then have to take 15-20 seconds every 3-4 runecrafting trips to drink your potion so you can keep running. This way, with a high enough agility level you never need to buy potions or restoring objects ever again. Since the update I haven't used a single super energy or even thought about using terrorbirds. In fact, I haven't even used a single lumbridge explorer ring energy boost because I simply don't need it. I restore my energy faster than I can use it. It has made my life about a thousand times easier. More running means getting places faster and saving some time, and also means less of a hassle of having to come up with annoying secondary options to restoring my energy. This was one of the best updates of the year. (Then again it's been a pretty dull year) I am grateful for this update. And as for the f2p thing, quit whining. If you want to use your p2p agility bonus then PAY FOR MEMBERS. No, instead you're whining telling f2p players to pay for members if they want the bonus, which is stupid since you, yourself won't do the same. Bunch of children.
  13. I like #14. I afk for like maybe 2 minutes at a time, in the sense that I am still at my laptop, just on another site, but I always go back to rs to check my drops and make sure I am potted and healed. (This is really only when I have dark beast tasks). I don't think it's fair that people can get 99 melee stats so easily just by leaving their accounts on at badnits overnight. In my opinion, people who can be proven of having done this should all be banned.
  14. ^^^ Looks like a load of fun! ^^^
  15. Again, you're someone that knows nothing about headshots. They want to focus on your eyes, not your ears. 9 out of 10 times your ears are covered with a wig anyway, so it doesn't matter. And furthermore the above headshot is of my face totally relaxed, at it's most calm and real state of being. Casting directors look for truth in someone, not fake. No one wants to see a fake performance OR a fake person. This is me without putting anything else into it. This is what they want in a headshot. NO one wants to see you trying hard. My lips are naturally pouty and to be honest I love everything about my appearence. No one else really looks exactly like me and I use that to my advantage. My look, personality onstage and hardworking etiquette are what book me jobs, and it's working out very well for me. So no, no thanks. I don't think I'll take your advice on "the pout," and no, I don't think I'll tell my photographer anything. Though you can. Her name is Alisia Packard and you can find her on facebook. Tell her you think her work stinks for all I care. She's making a hell lot of money doing it with or without your opinions. And for the record, I'm ending all discussion about this now on my side of the stick. While it's really fun watching you guys have opinions and everything, I'm really not interested in the construstive criticism of tip it community members on my headshots. I just posted to get it indexed, really. lol. I'll care what the professionals paying me say about it.
  16. Learn yours, hazel isn't green. I never said anywhere I had green eyes. I said the colors red and green brought out the green in my eyes. You should learn to pay attention to details. Did you even read what you typed before you posted? 'The green in my eyes' means you consider your eyes green, which is erroneous. They are brown. You clearly said your eyes are green, there's no getting around that. If you did any research you'd know that hazel eyes differ in color. They are by definition a mixture between brown, green and yellow. Check wikipedia and you can read all about it. If you feel wikipedia isn't a good enough source, search on medical sites about it. Pop in hazel green eyes on google and you'll have plenty of sites to choose from. And if that isn't enough, here's some more of my headshots which the green is very prominent in and should keep you quieter about it. (Hopefully.) And I said I have green in my eyes. More specifically I said the shirt colors make the green IN my eyes pop. My eyes are green and brown and they change color with whatever I am wearing. This is because they contain BOTH colors and if I am wearing one of those colors, the corresponding color is more vibrantly noticed.
  17. This is exactly correct. People who keep their levels fairly even will provide more of a challenge to beat. I have battled some high levels with 99 att and str, but low defense levels, and I always breeze through them, because, while they can hit just as high as me, they can't hit me as often as I can hit them. This gives the the clear advantage. This isn't really hypotheical either, it's just fact. And I don't agree with muggi simply because 5 defense levels doesn't equal more than 1-2 combat levels. If you have a lot more issues battling people 1-2 more combat levels higher than you're used to, then maybe you're doing something wrong. It shouldn't make a difference so much as it helps you. Also, I believe that defense is like strength. Every 3 levels in str equals 1 more damage higher for your max hit. I feel every 3 defense levels you gain equal 1 more notch harder it is to kill you. Think of att = defense. If your def equals someone else's att, then it's almost like they negate eachother and what matters then is your armor. This is theory only, of course.

  19. This. I may be missing something but i dont see why this matters, Verac's special simply ignones armour and prayer so it would have the same effect on the person with 99 defence as the person with 84. You are missing the point. Let's hypothetically say verac does 10 hits to one player with 99 defense and 10 hits to one player with 50 defense. Both wear the same exact armor. Assume that on the 5th and the 10th hit, verac's special kicks in and both players armor will be ignored, but for the other 8 hits, it's all about their defense level. Player with 99 defense takes this damage: 0, 0, 0, 15, 28, 0, 2, 0, 0, 28 Player with 50 defense takes this damage: 17, 0, 12, 0, 28, 0, 16, 5, 4, 28 Notice the player with half the defense level as the other took more hits while the player with 99 took twice as many 0s. This is ONLY AN EXAMPLE. It doesn't always work this way, but a player with higher defense WILL survive easier against verac because not all of veracs hits are with the set special. Only when the special kicks in with each players defense level and armor not matter. Tell me if this helped.
  20. I kind of expeceted them to...they restore double the run energy, meaning you only need half as many. Actually you really don't need them at all unless you're like level 45 agility and if you're that low you won't have enough money to blow on a bunch of super energy pots anyway. To be honest, while I love the update, when they said they didn't want to kill energy restoring items they REALLY did. There is no need for them. I mean, honestly, if I am runecrafting I restore all my energy back while I bank and while I craft anyway. No need to waste cash. Same with agility. I restore it faster than I use it on any of the courses I run around. And for all situations where you need a restore, sit down and rest. It only will take maybe 20 seconds of your time.
  21. I stopped pking and began 26king on pvp instead. Once I get up enough cash to cover the cost of 99 Summoning I'll go and camp at waterfiends to get the near 4k crimsons I need for the level. A long goal, but I may be able to stick with it long enough to get it in a few weeks going at a comfortable pace.
  22. Just because I didn't go to a class or website like eHow's "How to Make Headshots" doesn't mean I have no idea what I'm talking about or that my opinion is worth nothing. Your eyes are not green, they are brown. And if they are green, you broke rule 1. Your eyes say nothing to me except that you might have some asian in you and/or that there is probably a bright light behind the camera You've got a "degree" in the "profession"? Enlighten me haha One of the most influential and powerful businesses in the world? Name me one election that has been substantially influenced by acting. Will Smith made the most money as an actor in 2008. He made $80 million. Have you ever heard of Lawrence Ellison? Well he's an executive at Oracle (do you know what Oracle is?) and he made $550 million last year. And that's just one other business. Here's some more that are more influential: Oil & Gas Operations Software & Services Consumer Durables Food, Drink & Tobacco Materials Household & Personal Products Retailing Telecommunications Services Banking Drugs & Biotechnology Construction Financials Utilities Technology Hardware & Equip Insurance Aerospace & Defense All of those businesses have enormous amounts more influence than "acting", politically and socially... and I simply got tired of listing them but I could go on. Seriously dude you need to get over yourself ("clearly I've got something.."). If you want to make it in "the business" you are going to need to take criticism frequently and without the opportunity to respond to it. You look like you are very young but then you have a crustache. Your ears are elf-like, your eyebrows need to be plucked, you need to gain weight, and you should go outside every once in a while. Did you just eat a sour warhead, too? That's my opinion, of course.. this whole post is Criticize me or my picture personally if you want, but realize I'm not putting myself out there open to it. Not to mention, though, since I care about my body, I could get probably get farther in the business from that alone as a model, but I wouldn't degrade myself like that (or is that a different business? If so, are they also one of the most influential in the world?) My eyes are hazel, and let that be the first thing I say. Learn your eye colors. I said it is one of the most influencial, not THE, and actually, you failed to see the meaning of anything I said with that. Media is the most powerful tool in the world. Information is passed on and lessons are taught through television shows, movies and pretty much everything you can watch on tv. Yes, this includes the news. Yes, this includes sports. You are a nitwit if you're going to deny that is true, and I'm sorry if you think that's harsh. The human mind can be warped by what people watch on tv. Maybe not yours, maybe not mine but a LOT of people. From the time we are children we watch children's shows and disney movies, which all fill our heads with the way the world is "supposed" to work and lessons on sharing and greed and love. Guess who does the voices of those cartoon characters? Actors. Sometimes very famous actors. More so nowadays since voice over acting is such a big thing right now. My eyes may not say much to you, but then again what does your actual opinion matter? The only opinions that matter of those that are giving me the work I have right now, thanks. Oh, and I am a character actor so my goofy appearance is accepted. This is my acting headshot, if you had taken the time to listen. It is for straight plays. For musicals I use a smiling headshot which I use more often because that is what I was trained to do. I'm not going to sit here and defend my training but I will say that what I know about showbusiness and what you know are lightyears apart. I actually have been taught under people who have won tony awards, drama desk awards and who have originated many roles on and off broadway. Successful people who so far have helped me to get my foot in the door, because they see I've got it. And that is all I need to know. Whether you think I'm attractive or not really doesn't concern me. But as long as we're going to throw some stones I'll just say you're no where near being attractive. Don't flatter yourself. You may have body mass but being a great model isn't so much about your body mass as it is your facial features and things that make you stick out from the rest. To me, you're nothing but a plain, average joe musclehead who's trying to hard to appear informed in issues he really knows nothing about. Peace.
  23. "Sorry, mom. I can't clean my room because I'm Working right now." *Mother looks at computer with confused and angry eyes* Sorry, I don't mean to ridicule but no matter how you slice it, not many people want to feel like they are working when they play a game. I like the concept of using other skills, but there are many other ways to incorporate the encouragement of a well rounded character. Take my Archaeology guide. I've included every skill within that skill, but it's not required to have those skills trained to train it. This means if you've made the other skill rewards worth it, players will WANT to train those skills to reap those rewards, and they don't feel like they are being forced to do it. With this, I'm like...eh. So you've made a skill that is only made to train other skills? Fantastic. I should be 99 already.
  24. It took you several hours to finish a clue? That is a load of rubbish. I've finished 8 clue trails in under 30 minutes, which included puzzles and double agents. This sounds more like a whine than a real suggestion. And just so you know, ALL of Runescape is a place where time spent is not always equal to the reward. Monster killing is the largest. You can kill a boss monster for hundreds of kills and not get something while someone can kill 1 and get its rare drop. It's called luck. Maybe you don't have it. No reason to fix something that isn't broken.
  25. This thread should get locked now, on account of children not being ready to handle the pressures of society. (Or being let out of their cages, I guess.)
