I can recognize if its obvious. Which is about 80 percent of the time, i'm right. Japanese is the most easy for me. Also korean. Chinese is pretty easy for me to identify. 80 percent of the time, I can seperate the possibilties of them speaking mandarin/fujianese or cantonese as their main language.

Because of financial reasons, I stayed in the city and I go to baruch college. Its a pretty good business school, or they say... Free education plus I get extra money, once I clear up my financial aid.

If thats what they believe, thats what they'll believe. Theres nothing wrong with believing aliens, walking on water etc... Only if it hurts or affects others, is when I think people are absurd for doing it for their beliefs.

My high school was way too small only like 2-3 floors. They gave way too much homework. I barely slept since freshman year. They didn't let us go out for lunch during the first part of freshman year. The gym wasn't open during lunch. Security guards were bad. Mostly girls in my old high school. The gym teacher made us dance every year. Theres more but I'm forgetting about high school now.

I made a swastika in class once. It looked cool and I was going to use it as a ninja star. Then someone told me about hitler and then I threw away a perfectly cool symbol.

I think i should start a ping pong club or team, but I only have seen 3 good people play. I might join track or tennis if I get desperate for sports. I would have to get much better at sports because my school is number 1 in the city league.

The only way to gain motivation to do something is to look with in yourself. I've experienced this from high school, using caffiene to do the work. But I wasn't really motivated to do the work. The motivation is what you really need. If you really want to run, you'd do it.

I started on aug 31. I hate buying college textbooks, they cost too much, even though I got some for cheap. Some books I had to buy new because they were new editions. My favorite class is psychology, the teacher is pretty funny and it makes it interesting. Theres a few hundred in that class. The rest of my classes are small like 30 people. Except for my history class which is like 120. History class is my second favorite because it's a big class and also because he's a good professor. History class is about american civilization after the civil war. My political science teacher is sooo boring. I have yet to experience my math and writing teacher's teaching style. Theres not much to do during my free time. But I might start a ping pong club, but I lack the motivation. And I doubt theres enough space for it or dunno if they would give me money. Then maybe it could develope into a team that can compete versus columbia u and other colleges.

Back to school. Well, here goes nothing. I start today. Today was a kinda orientation thing. Noone read the summer book, which was nice. Classes I have are: AMER GOV PRAC+VALUES , MODERN AMER HISTORY , WRITING I , PRECAL & ELEM OF CAL, GENERAL PSYCHOLOGY . I think I'm in precalc because they didn't have enough people in the learning communities to have a calculus class.

So I got from the ninja set, a white samurai that is a 3/3 indestrucible with bushido +5/+5. It didn't help me at all. A blue myrodin(sp?) sac it's counter and draw cards equal to number of permaments. Two green cards that either gave every player double their mana for lands and three forest mana each turn. I didn't have any high damagers, my draft deck was horrible. But I could stall pretty long.
