  1. only noobs have blogs I have more chomby hats than you :P Good luck etc
  2. It's fun, because...? Just because you don't get caught doing it, doesn't mean it's right to do it, does it? And how does trolling not cause damage? it wastes people's time and nerves. What I'm aiming at here is, that morals really are made by humans. We can't prove it from history, but now we have a grand view on how universal internet morals are formed, if they are. Because the internet is totally man-made, God can't put his fingers in it and place his all-perfect morals in this anonymous soapbox. We can prove, that people really don't care about others, if they can get away with it 100% guaranteed.
  3. can't watch any of them music videos @Youtube due to copyright issues in my country. :wall:  going to look for alternative sources
  4. I thought they were designed for low lvl players (50-70 maybe). I've used them a bit and it wasn't too great, especially now that there are broad bolts. Don't try to get the bolts yourself, it's slow & pointless. Buy a few hundred off the ge and try them for yourself, shouldn't take long before you know if they work for you or not.
  5. You wouldn't steal a car, you wouldn't steal a tv, you wouldn't steal a movie! But you would still be a proud 21st century pirate! You wouldn't be disrespectful to your neighbour, but everyone has the potential to become a great anonymous net troll! Peeking to see what your neigbour is doing is considered to be morally suspicious (and weird), but doing a google search on them is ok. Why don't we support our high moral standards in the internet? Can you sin in a human-made, in some extent "unreal", social environment? hi.
  6. I'm looking forward to seeing a high quality hollywood action drama/ court thriller about this, preferably with vin diesel and/or sean connery in it.
  7. RuneScape High Detail requires 256Mb RAM, a 1.5Ghz processor and a graphics card at least equivalent to Nvidia GeForce 3 Do you think mechscape will have these same requirements? Is mechscape going to have low detail, or just high detail and the even higher detail?
  8. I put together a collection of my runescape pictures, check it out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mG6KiQEsaJM If it arouses any questions, please do ask them. (I didn't know about WMG's youtube copyright policy, so I kinda failed with the songs. Listen to your own or enjoy the audioswapped one.)
  9. Seeing tip.it doesn't have funorb guides or forums around, I'd guess mechscape wouldn't be any different.
  10. Conscription ftw I go to the army in January 2010 and it will last 6 or 12 months, depending how "good" I do.
  11. Your vote counts just as much as everyone else's, which is only fair. But for each person who doesn't use their vote, my vote becomes relatively more significant, meaning I and my fellow voters have more power compared to those who do not vote. Or atleast I have the illusion of having power. \
  12. Less than a month till the elections, woot : (can't wait)

  14. Don Johnson Big Band: L.L.H. new single and it's epic
  15. SHUT UP. Hey, you're signature is oversized. I'm stating that people pointing out the obvious, or even worse, the ironic part of the joke, is what annoys the hell out of me. Oh, and people who type in size 1 font. People who misspell [you're <-> your] on purpose. I never knew size 1 font was that small.
  16. Watership down. (as whole)
  17. intelligence does not equal survivability, humans are the most intelligent species, and we are also one the youngest Let me rephrase it: I believe ants are fairly intelligent and they have been around for ~150 million years. Ants use other species for their own advantage, for example they collect honeydew from aphids. Leafcutters use the leaves for farming edible fungus. Individual ants specialize in differents jobs in the nest and as a whole they are very effective in whatever they do. To some extent they have some problemsolving abilities and they are even intelligent enough to have wars between colonies. Just because they don't use screwdrivers doesn't mean they aren't intelligent.

After school ended for me a few weeks ago I've read quite a bunch of classics (Lord of the flies, Clockwork orange, Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde, Nausea) and a book about nanotechnology (Soft machines) and one about the history of America's christian right. I've just started with Crime and Punishment. It's something I do to pass time.
  21. Excuse me, but care to elaborate? Go read some IPCC reports.
  22. "- ... a nation should be defined as ["a multitude of rational beings in common agreement as to the objects of their love."] What we value most highly - what we collectively love most - is thus the central test of the social contract." [City of God, Augustine], Jon Meacham, Newsweek, April 20th 2009 It was so well put I had to write it down when I read it yesterday. Is there any reason to believe that causality doesn't work everywhere?
  23. Aren't we travelling through time already? :geek: Moving on second after second, nonstop.
  24. If there is something after death, it will either have an end or it will be eternal. If it does have an end, people will still want something after this second ending. If it is eternal... :wall: Have fun! People should learn to respect their life, and especially their death. Death is the most important thing in living, it gives everything else it's true value. Everyone must find their own meaning for living, if someone wants to "get" this purpose from a supernatural being, it's ok. They have to believe in God to get the purpose, we others just define the purpose on our own, and then believe in it. I don't agree, but neither of us can prove anything, because we will never have any experience from a completely non-religious society.
