  1. Since that is what number came up, 100%.
  2. If you look at my posts you'll notice I do a lot of TV shows, they are just fine for this topic :D . Blades of Glory - It was OK. I don't like sports movies as I have mentioned before. Comedy sports movies are included in that. This one I think what saved it were the actors/actresses. Not the main two, Will Ferrell or Jon Heder. They are OK I guess but not my favourites. Will Arnett, Jenna Fischer, and Nick Swardson I all really like. Jenna especially so because she is very hot. Seeing Luciana Carro was also pretty cool. She played Kat on Battlestar Galactica. She was only in there for a scene. First thing I thought was "that girl is hot" then 2 seconds later I thought I recognized her, then I checked IMDb and the scene was pretty much over by the time I realized who it was. Yeah, she is pretty hot. Spider-Man 3 - It gets a lot of [cabbage] from people. I didn't think it was bad, I actually kind of enjoyed it. It could have been better of course.
  3. No, first because he said he would quit making solo music but not any other kind. Secondly because he took the whole thing back and decided not to compete.
  4. Russia shares a border with China. China has a big military. Russia is just showing they have big bombs as a deterrent. China hasn't shown any interest in invading, but they just want to be sure.
  5. That was hard at Indy. Not for me, but for all the completely wasted people. At least they were in the bathroom I guess, better than the ones that were just going in the mud. Still they would sometimes have trouble standing up if they were waiting in line behind you and it could get kind of embarrassing.
  6. They're on 11 now!? I've got some catching up to do... Nope they are on 12. The first one (the only real one in my opinion) and then the 11 impostor ones.
  7. @death33: Can you not read? Quit double/triple posting. You can do it all in one. Also you don't need to quote the whole pyramid. One level, possibly two is quite enough.
  8. I remember pogs. I was out in California on vacation when the craze hit there, so I picked up a lot of good ones cheap. Came back from vacation and no one knew what they were. Three weeks later they started coming into stores, a lot of cheap generic ones. That may have been the only fad that I ever took part in, mostly because I was the first one to have them by weeks.
  9. I remember the troughs at the Indy 500 back in the day. They were up kind of high and I was short then (when I was 8-9) so I almost didn't reach. They were nasty too, just generic water troughs you would use in a barn for horses or cows or something. That might have been the moment when I decided I didn't like public bathrooms.
  10. Interesting, we just had a topic about peeing in public restrooms. Mods didn't like it too much. This is much more broad, probably will be OK. Yeah, I don't care for doing anything like that in public. I know it's a natural part of human nature that everyone does, still it's weird.
  11. A T1 line should be much faster than that. Are you sharing a connection between a lot of computers?
  12. Kids don't have free speech on school grounds. They give up some of their rights as soon as they get onto the property. Same thing goes for private property also, if the owner decides to do it. Movie theaters for example have the right to throw you out if you are talking during a movie. You have free speech outside the theater but not on the theaters property.
  13. Do baseball/football/basketball cards count? I have a decent amount of those. No trading cards that are games though. When the pokemon ones were really big I didn't have the money. I was old enough not to care anymore when the others seemed to get big.
  14. I have my fair share. Mostly videos though, which take up a ton of space. So I haven't had enough space to get any new stuff for a while.
  15. I try to avoid public bathrooms if at all possible. But when worse comes to worse, I also try to avoid the water.
  16. Lol. No I don't believe in faith healing because it is a bunch of [cabbage]. Your example is a case of mind over body, you think you are getting better so it is getting better. Or it isn't any better and your mind is just ignoring it. Either way that's how the faith healer scam works. 1. Get people to believe in it. 2. Act like you are doing something so the person thinks something is happening. 3. Person's mind takes care of the rest, either by fixing it or ignoring. 4. Profit.
  17. Just finished Deus EX (awesome). A friend and I went halfsies on Marvel: Ultimate Alliance for the Wii, and we started playing through that. It's cool I'm actually getting some use out of my Wii which hasn't seen playtime in months. We got around 5-6 hours on it so far, but can only get together about once every two weeks to play it. So I started another game solo. Computer controlled characters absolutely suck in this game, the AI is horrible. It's actually got worse since X-Men Legends II.
  18. Kids get iPods for their birthday? No wonder the next generation is so spoiled and bratty.
  19. I [bleep]ing hated the paper clip, the first thing I did when setting up someones new computer was uninstall the whole helper pack.
  20. All I could think of were generic ones (Star Wars- Luke, I am your father type) that almost everyone would know. I did however just think of one that only a few people on this board probably would know. Fanny och Alexander - the "God" puppet scene, freaked me the hell out because it was done so well.
  21. The first pic I ever saw of her was this nude one, so I missed that situation. That does seem to happen a lot.
  22. Exactly my thoughts. The only reason why 9/11 is so big it's because it happened recently. If I happened 60 years ago like Peral Harbour, we wouldn't even be having this topic nor any moments of silence (maybe once in a while). They still do it every year. As often as we do for September 11. Your point destroyed.
  23. Buy porn? Why do that when you can get it free off the Internet?
  24. A quick google search had this as the top result: http://www.air-conditioning-and-refrige ... ezing.html It might be helpful, looked like it took you through a variety of reasons to check out.
