  1. Don't forget I live in Cincy also, I know how hot it's been :D . 43 days of 90+ weather. I will admit I love warm weather, I don't even have a fan in my room.
  2. Don't use it anymore :P . So far my mom only turned on the AC in the house once this summer. Didn't matter for me because I closed all the vents in my room and opened the windows anyhow. Real air> recycled air.
  3. this is a classic one :D Yeah, I did enjoy that scene also.
  4. You can still find the links of Digg. I can't believe you couldn't find them on Google. I would try searching on Google but I don't want the party van showing up in case they are actually underaged pics.
  5. I didn't think Cannibal Holocaust was scary. Gruesome at times, not scary.
  6. That was annoying to me also. I don't think I ever finished a game that had random attacks in it.
  7. Exact opposite happened around here. Gas went from 2 something to 5 something just like that. I didn't buy into the craze though. Actually a lot of people around here didn't. When I got home my mom asked me if I saw the news, and I said yep, and then we didn't talk about it anymore. It happened in New York, we are rural Indiana. Just didn't scare us all that much.
  8. On /s/ last night it seemed like it was every other topic. There's only 5 pictures, and only 1 of those is nude. Crazy how much people were posting it.
  9. Then you aren't looking hard enough. Anyways it might be being deleted from some sites because it is possible she wasn't 18 when she took the pic, making it child pornography.
  10. I completely missed Call of Duty 3 apparently. I don't keep up with them at all, I played 1 and noticed when 2 came out. Didn't think I would completely miss 3 though.
  11. It's in her bedroom. A bed and two dressers. Don't know where you got the bathroom idea from.
  12. "South Park" - Been watching random episodes in season 10 and 11 plus a few random ones from before. Just something short to watch while I am eating dinner or something. Oh, they are amazing and genius at times. "Heroes" season 1 - Also checked out the unaired pilot episode. I watched the regular pilot right afterwards, and much of it was the same. A lot of minor differences though, and one or two big differences. Some of the minor differences would be the way the main characters act, very subtle things that decrease your like of them. Probably wouldn't even notice unless you watch one right after the other like I did. Big differences are obvious once you watch it, won't say anything here because of spoilers. Anyways, the entire season on the whole was great the second time through also. The great ending of episode 17 was lessened a little bit, as well as a lot of the revelations later in the series. The final episode was also not as disappointing, since I knew what to expect going into it. Both normal things that happen the second time you view something.
  13. I never heard the name until today. Or if I did it didn't register. The nude pic was OK. Generic 18 year old girl + camera with timer pic.
  14. Yeah, I know I was a Catholic and had to learn that one. I was going to make a post about it when I first saw it, but I couldn't remember for sure. Pretty sure universal church is talking about the Catholic church.
  15. I don't remember doing anything for it in school the years afterwards, and I live in the US. It definitely isn't all that big of a day now, just another day of work.
  16. Maybe they get the ads from a server and the server went down. I really want to play some Far Cry, I just don't have enough space for it right now. Do you have to download a file, and then install it? I haven't been able to do it yet so I don't know how it works.
  17. It's just to draw you in. Also it confirms your email address is used, which is worth more to spammers.
  18. Nothing for me as well. My computer got a much needed restart after about 7 days of constantly running/downloading.
  19. All the movies I download are Divx or Xvid encoded, and they are either 700 megs or 1400megs. Length doesn't make that big of a difference, if they are longer the quality just drops a little. They keep it at those sizes so they can fit on a CD. I don't know if the iPods play those or not. I'm pretty sure they play mp4 files, and I only have one movie like that. It's only 320 megs but it looks comparable to the others. I don't download more like that because my player doesn't like seeking or pausing them. Have to watch it straight through pretty much for some reason.
  20. I've only gone back and looked at mine when I am looking for something that I remembered a while ago, so I don't see too many. I try to limit it to as few as possible, they were very hard to read. No capitalization, even worse spelling than I do now, no proof reading for punctuation. I think I do much better now, except I still use a lot of commas and run on sentences.
  21. When mp3 players first came out, I am talking pre-iPod here, 32 or 64 megabytes was common. Then the Creative Nomad came out and it was 2 or 4 gigs, and everyone thought that was crazy. Who would need that much? Now there is complaints about a 16 gig version not having enough space.
  22. It's kind of sad. First they were posting too many, now not enough. I knew there were a lot of idiots here given the target demographic and everything but still. What's even worse is it isn't really a big deal. I have no idea why it's bothering so much, it's just a topic in a forum.
  23. You'd be amazed at some of the crazy pointless stuff that keeps me up at night :D
