Yep, that is the reason I didn't like it. This "ultimate final battle" that was supposed to be epic really sucked. Slyar chokes Peter, Peter does nothing back (he has regen so didn't need to worry about if he "died" or not, just has to kill Sylar before that) Parkman: "Someone can remotely manipulate objects. A bullet obviously isn't an object and should easily kill him" then "crap I am dead" Nikki: I'll hit him with a parking meter, but only once and not hard enough to break any bones, then leave again. Peter: Yay I am free and can breathe again, and Sylar is on the ground. What should I do? Stop time and break his neck? Freeze him to death? Phase through his brain? Grab him and fly up really high, then drop him? Use telekinesis to choke him like he just did to me? Ahh, I got it. I'll punch him in the face but not hard enough to do any damage. Powers are overrated anyways. Sylar: *in disbelief that everyone is too stupid to kill him laughs to himself* then sees Hiro and still thinks Hiro is too stupid to kill him (and he is right apparently) Hiro: Rather than teleport to right next to you and stop time and kill you easily, I am going to start 15 feet away, not stop time, and just hope you won't do anything to stop me. Sylar *still in disbelief at the idiocy of everyone* haha, you probably can't do it. Hiro: Stabs Sylar, but does it in a non-lethal spot rather than cutting off his head or stabbing his heart. Now Sylar is in the sewer still laughing at how incompetent everyone was.

I agree, this last episode was disappointing. Season Finales are usually the best episodes of the season, but there were a few others I liked more. But to answer you questions: 1.Peter was about to go nuclear and kill millions of people and couldn't stop it. He probably wasn't thinking straight. Also his flying power isn't one he has used all that often. There is a number of other things he could have done also, teleport, stop time, maybe a few others. Another theory I think is the stance the creators are taking, which is Peter (or Sylar, or anyone else like them) can't use more than one power at a time. In the entire series neither Sylar nor Peter used two different powers at the same time, but there are still some plot holes. One is it wouldn't matter where Claire shot him, because if he is using the nuke power he couldn't use the regeneration power. 2. Who said he died? At the end we don't know what happened to him. 3. Who knows what next season will be like, but the live blog with the creator last night mentioned that season 2 would be the start of chapter 2, but chapter 2 won't last all season. That means whatever the next season is like it will only be half as long as this season to tell the story, and then chapter 3 will be the second half of season 2. Obviously Sylar will be a part of the next chapter at least, some are speculating they will pull an X-Men and make Sylar like Magneto, switch sides to work with the good guys to take on this new threat.

Why do we need another Lost thread every week? Put a little effort into searching for topics (I know sometimes it doesn't work well), and at least read the How2OpenaThreadintheMusicandMoviesForum sticky.

A cat thread usually always brings me up when I am down, find one on caturday (which seems to be around everyday now). The quality of them is decreasing on whole because of the amount being made, but there is still plenty of lulz to be had.

Red Dawn - Great movie, or greatest movie? Haha, actually it was a pretty crappy movie. It was highly entertaining though.

What a well thought out and original joke. Since it was bumped up anyways, might as well talk about it. Who is excited about the 2 hour season finale? Some a-hole on another forum spoiled the ending for me, which really, really pisses me off, but it's nice to know the ending is pretty awesome :P .

The longest shot is actually only 6:03, which is part of that part. The blood slowly fades as he walks into the building that the woman and baby are in, and I think that is when they stitched together the shot digitally to make it appear as one long shot. It's still pretty impressive, with the amount of stuff going on. It did kind of disappoint me though that it wasn't actually all one shot. 28 Days Later... - I always enjoyed the music in this movie, but for some reason this time I really, really liked it. Maybe I was focusing on other aspects of the movie this time through since I have watched it fairly recently and pretty often, so I knew what was happening the entire time without really paying attention. Raving - I really don't watch enough film shorts. In fact, this may be only one I really watched. It was good, my opinion will be greatly skewed though because I love Zooey Deschanel. Julia Stiles wrote and directed it, which is pretty cool. We need more hot young female writers/directors :P . Oh and this is free on iTunes, or search on google and it should be the first result. 11:14 - Five interwoven events that connect via a car wreck at 11:14. It's pretty cool how interconnected every part of the story is. Pretty good movie, but not really much to talk about. Get Over It - A crappy high school movie that for some reason I really enjoy. The Fountain - Second time through, so I knew what to expect. I caught a lot more of the connections between the three stories, and understood the endings better this time through. I just bought the graphic novel, which is supposed to explain things even more. Even if this movie didn't have any plot whatsoever, it would still be decent just because of how it looks. It is really, very beautiful.

I don't know what kind of magical money you guys are talking about, but in real money mine cost $20 a piece.

I play it just fine on my PC. Buy a cheap $400 eMachines computer and throw a video card in it and you have a computer similar to mine, you don't need a super computer to play it. I am just about to start modding Oblivion Lionheart, so I don't know what mods are good and bad. If I remember correctly tessource.com was a good place to get Morrowind mods. But this might help you: 7-Zip.

Yep, they announced they will be doing two more seasons. They said Day 7 would be completely different than the first 6, and they weren't going to renew it again if it doesn't live up to that.

That's definitely true, which is why it probably won't change too much. Season 1 was great, but everyone should have pretty much stopped watching by season 4 with how crappy it was getting. I guess it's OK they didn't stop because season 5 was OK, and the start/middle of this season was OK, just nothing new.
