Should women be obligated to join the draft?
Males at age 18 are required to sign up for selective service in the US. Probably not required in many countries though.

Should women be obligated to join the draft?
No, they shouldn't be obligated. Neither should men.

South Park - Season 13 discussion
I've heard the name The Jonas Brothers before but that was about it. So I didn't really find any of the first half funny. When Mickey showed up though it got pretty good.

What movie(s) did you last see?
It was my favourite movie for a long time. It is great the first few times, but after all the confusion is cleared and you watch it knowing everything that is going on then you catch all the stuff that isn't so great.

Resident Evil 5
Possibly it's not my type of game, usually not all that much of a fan of the 3rd person shooters. I just had a hell of a time with the controls since you can't move while you are shooting. I was constantly trying to move, but the control stick turned into moving your view when you aimed, so right as soon as I wanted to shoot someone my view was either of the sky or my feet.

Resident Evil 5
stevepole, RE4 was an awesome game with a great storyline, man! You gotta atleast rent this game. I'm buying it the day it hits the shelves, RE4 was great and it looks like they tweaked some things to make the gameplay a little smoother such as changing your weapon. RE4 was great? That's what I keep on hearing, that the Wii version is one of the best games for the console. So having never played a RE game before (but knowing what they were about) I decided to buy it. Worst game purchase I ever made, the controls for the game make it unplayable. Apparently everyone thinks the Wii controls are great though. I've tried to play it three times now, I can't go more than about half an hour before throwing my controllers in frustration. The third time I decided I just must not understand the Wii controls, so I tried a GC controller, and I didn't think it was possible but the controls were worse. Why does everyone think it is so great? Someone please tell me, it's been bugging me for a while now.

Kim wins re-election with 99.9% of the vote
Many people in North Korea think he is a god, the propaganda is so crazy like that. For example the newspaper reported something about the first time he went golfing a few years back, said he got a few hole-in-ones and ended up getting 30 below par or something. And people believe it.

HEROES SPOILER!!
Elle is dead. Can't remember exactly how, maybe Sylar?

HEROES SPOILER!!
I can't even remember what Ando and Hiro were doing before this episode, so I am not sure what to think about baby Matt. Claire's comic book store thing was a little lame. Sylar not killing his dad was lame, but understandable, he wants him to suffer. Nathan's storyline is fairly interesting, looks like he is going to be hunted now too.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine
Maybe it's because I visit a few comic sites, but I have seen this advertised everywhere over the past few months. Glad they are showing Wolverine pre-Weapon X with bone claws. Also I think they cast Deadpool pretty well, but don't know if I like him not being disfigured. His whole character is based around him getting cancer, going to Weapon X, getting shot up with some Wolverine healing factor and his body and mind going crazy with it. I'm guessing what they are showing is before he got the treatment, but that would mean no healing factor, no craziness and shouldn't have any weapons skills.

Watchmen
Someone said it best earlier: [bleep]ING AWESOME! Although if you haven't read the graphic novel before going in you could get a little confused about things. The ending was a little long, but otherwise I liked pretty much all of it. The love scene did kind of seem a little long but Malin Akerman is pretty hot so that was fine by me. A friend told me that there was going to be a live action movie about the Minutemen released with that, it was the first I heard of it though so who knows.

A new name
Well don't worry about what people will be thinking if you keep on changing your name around. It won't bother them at all, and if it does, screw them. More likely they will just continue calling you whatever they used to call you. Just don't be an [wagon] about it if they don't call you your new name, and everyone will be happy. You will be the one that has the biggest problem with a new name. You will have to get used to being called by it for one. Plus you will have to remember to sign it instead of your old name to everything. Probably a decent amount of paperwork to fill out, you will have to get a new Social Security Card (whatever the Australian equivalent is), new drivers license, new check book, new credit card, change your savings account and other miscellaneous items. Plus when you are applying to colleges there is going to be a problem when your application name and school records have different names on them. None of those problems are insurmountable, just pointing out there is going to be a lot of work involved.

Somebody knows the name of this game?
It could be San Fransisco Rush 2049, it has all those aspects. More likely though you would remember the stunt or battle modes.

Zombie Plans-Revised
The were vampires in the book and the first movie, while they never called them that in the movie they had the characteristics of vampires.

Dexter
It's alright, thought season 1 was really good, season 2 was decent, but season 3 had its ups and downs. Kind of wondering how they will keep it fresh this next season, it's starting to get to be the same thing over and over.

Zombie Plans-Revised
Nope. Remember "I Am Legend"? The main character sets up a radio broadcasting on all open frequencies to survivors, and that's how the mother and her child find and rescue him. Those weren't zombies, they were supposed to be vampires. They were pretty lame vampires though.

Zombie Plans-Revised
I'm not positive, but I don't think helicopters use regular gasoline. They might need aviation fuel of some sort. So fuel could be even a bigger problem. While being in the air would be safer, I wouldn't plan for it. More than likely you'll be stuck on the ground.

Zombie Plans-Revised
Somebody kill this guy. Seriously, though. Someone create a new epic plan. I call shooting him just as soon as he's infected. That's nothing special though, in a zombie apocalypse the group that is most likely to survive is the one that takes the least amount of chances, and that includes shooting people once they become infected, lest they do anything stupid in their last 24 hours to live.

HEROES SPOILER!!
Hmm, I think he is still alive. He could be REBEL, not sure how old he is supposed to be now. Could get a different actor probably if they wanted to bring him back. Was miss Taskmaster his aunt? For some reason I was thinking she was his cousin. Aunt probably makes more sense though. EDIT: Do you have the link to where you read the summaries? I don't really feel like reading all 100+ comics again but would like the refresh my information about them.

HEROES SPOILER!!
:D . Have you been reading the comic weekly? I started the first week it came out, so the first one was over two years ago. Can hardly remember what it was about anymore. Didn't remember Hana dying either, I just remember her losing corporeal form and existing in the Internet.

LOST
I hope they are done with time travel, but I have a feeling they aren't. There are a still a number of Losties who are unaccounted for. Sawyer, Jin and them were at the Dharma Initiative for 3 years, where were the other Losties for that time? We have to assume they are in the same time also. I think Sawyer dropped "1974" the first night they got there, so we can assume it is 1977 at the "current" date. That means Ben should be showing up soon as a kid. The Losties should be gone by then. Just looked it up on Lostpedia, Ben was born in the early 60s. He looked about 10 when he came to the Island, and the Losties should be gone by then.

What movie(s) did you last see?
Only B+? I should slap you. Don't watch the sequels, though. All just bug killing or pure idioticity. None of the actually vietnam-inspired warfare from the book. I think we'll be watching this in film analysis, underneath the boobs and guns it's a deep movie. Heh, I just watched the trilogy again the other day. While the first one is great, you are right the second two are nowhere near it. I think the third one is ok though.

Watchmen
Going to a midnight showing either Thursday or Friday. Really excited, have been hearing mixed reviews about it but I am sure I'll like it.
