  1. Hello, i've recently got 92 range and after 600k xp at the caged ogres in king lathas training ground i need a change of scenery. I've been to bandits before and fire giants in the waterfall and i'm wondering if anyone knows a decent spot to train range. I want a spot with a few spawns which isn't too crowded and i can farshoot easily enough. Any decent ideas are welcome! (Please dont say pest control).
  2. I hit this yesterday, i was quite impressed. Iron arrows btw. Shot
  3. Didn't you know, people who say this are the perfect level, anyone higher than them (by 1xp) are nerds with no life and anyone lower than them are noobs who deserve beatings.
  4. What the jesus hell would be the point of uncooking something apart from the random event. You need a better hobby if anyone thinks its a hint at a new skill.
  5. I think its unfair that general stores and shops don't play much of a part in runescape. I'd much prefer stores to keep a higher level stock of items so you can go to shops and buy items after a few weeks of rs. I also think this would stop merchanting a bit which is always a good thing.
  6. I've given back items to someone i spoke to before they died, but the last time i got stuff i just walked into guthans tomb and found someones death pile. I couldn't give it back.
  7. Mining, thieving, woodcutting, fishing, cooking, construction, farming, hunter.
  8. I've had most items from barrows, i think dharoks axe is the most expensive on its own. I may have had a dragon med helm as a drop but i can't remember  I've pked a whip so thats kinda a drop and loads of rune.
  9. Not at all, i enjoy myself on rs. If you dont enjoy yourself when playing rs you have some problems, pretty much anyone saying yes obviously got addicted in a bad way.. or they're trying to look cool by quitting rs, having said that after quitting a game spending time on a forum associated with it is just as "sad". Rs has not affected my school work, i have never not done work or anything in my life so i could play rs, if i have free time which would be spent watching tv/doing nothing interesting thats when i play rs. If everyone does this we have have no problem, i can't imagine someone not revising for an exam so they could play rs..
  10. Very well done, 99 magic in f2p! What did you train using? Don't tell me you cursed to 99 :P
  11. I like edgeville, mudskipper point, that little church near draynor and generally anywhere i can alch near a mate. Oh and you can't beat it when this place is like this.. Shot at 1969-12-31
  12. Good luck with mage. I recently got 94 mage after ages of alching and pc. It was better to do 2k alchs then 100 pest points to add a bit of change to keep me fresh. If you're the sort who gets bored doing one thing for a long time i recommend this strategy. If you enjoy pc then all power to you! Good luck!
  13. to be fair the maul wasn't fine, it was waaay too powerful, it would like auto kill people often. Jagex don't listen to people that much, rangers ranted for over 2 years till a worthwhile update came out. Jagex dont really listen to players apart from small things. They would only change something massive if loads of people quit.
  14. No game is "better" than another, its all about personal preference. I've never played adventure quest but theres probably pro's and con's of each game.
  15. What's wrong with that? Even the other rantings can be silly, but I can see why those might be annoying. But "Did I ask his level" is just rude. He wasn't bragging or anything since it was lower. I didnt want to start that generic conversation that irritates me considering it happens everytime anyone trains any skill in runescape. I didnt ask his level and to be honest i dont care his level, why should he even care about mine? it wasn't for conversation because thats not even implying a decent answer, he just wanted to be better than someone 20 levels higher.
  16. Lol? You think you can pc 126 combat in a month. Total bs. I'd take the party hats, sell them all apart from one, buy loads of alchs (for 99 mage) and generally have fun on rs.
  17. Surely more kids who have terrible lives and suffer with depression play games like runescape to get away from their lives thus being happy whilst playing.
  18. Well when i've had a mate at my house who plays rs i've let him have a go on select (like playing castle wars or doing something on select he can't do on his own char). Im not bothered about getting a high level to loan out select to someone.
  19. Not really, you expect a level 3 skiller to have a few 99's, so really a level 60 with a trimmed skill cape is more impressive than a level 3 with a trimmed skill cape (say cooking and fletching) because you know the level 3 has another account and has purposely made that account to get 99's at level 3.
  20. Nope, i could get 99 firemaking, or fletching or other skills than dont require a load of cash. I still think a cooking cape or fletching cape isn't much of an achievement. I have a fire cape and i dont wear it so other people can think i've achieved something, i wear it for its bonus' and i like the look.
  21. More point than a level 3 character, you can tele and its much more impressive level 59 or whatever with 99 mage over a level 3.
  22. Yep, i hardly ever see the rc "pkers" actually kill a rcer. They must sit there for 5 hours and maybe get 1 or 2 glory's. Talk about pathetic.
