If you like all skills i'd get 99 fishing. Its a pretty relaxing skill (not that i train it much) and it makes a fair few gp, the cape looks good too and it can be used to get 99 cooking as well. Its really what you enjoy the most thats important.

Well, i've never tracked how much xp i've gained a day but it usually fluctuates from 0 to 30k to 150k 8-) Its totally random if im in the mood for training on rs or if i dont play at all.

I consistently get 1k steel arrows or say 200 coal, i really like mazes and they're the only worthwhile random events. I've got 1k feathers before as well.

It seems "no life" is the new buzz word for someone who would have called you a "noob". Considering noob has lost all meaning people are insulting others more closer to home, people get a satisfaction of believing themselves that off the game they're better than you. Its pretty narcisistic but since theres no real ramifications of insulting someone on the game (other than being banned, which lets be honest doesn't happen often) people will continue insulting your life to make themselves feel better. I usually get into arguments with people because thats how i am, if someone does something scummy i'll point it out, they'll call me a noob or no lifer if im better than them and my response will usually be "well done on knowing someones entire background after 2 minutes on an internet game". i've never been responded with a decent comeback, people just seem to put on their blinkers and mindlessly insult other people. I'd recommend putting public chat off, it makes them look really stupid trying to insult someone who obviously can't see it, they usually stop and if they dont they need something better to do. :lol:

Usually when i put chat "on" i get some random idiot i've spoken to once saying "hey select!!1111" and then starting some ridiculous conversation. It doesn't bother me too badly because i just put my chat to friends. I can see why it must annoy you because you feel people look at your level and try to take advantage of that, luckily for me i'm not actually very good at rs :D

I've thought this before, a maximum of 4 hours a day is acceptable, it might not lower the amount of people who play cos they level slower and thus play more. Its an idea.

Good luck! I dont know anything about smithing (52 at 103 cb ftw), if you buy steel bars and make them into cannonballs do you make cash? or is it you make cash but slow xp?

I wouldn't say its the person behind the pixels ONLY, because most of these people are friendly enough on their mains that aren't great at killing other people, when they make a pure and beat a few people the sudden power goes to their head and they become really arrogant. Im of course not saying this for all pures but for some.

Right, im not being overcritical when i say a good 75% of pures are jackasses, they think because they have no defence and risk 50k in the wild that this makes them somewhow better than everyone, almost all of them have a 3 word vocabulary which stems from "noob" variations to others such as "safer" because their specs didnt auto kill you. Its very easy to have a bad attitude and a big ego when you're in total junk, bring a glory for heavens sake and risk something. Pures take very little skill, i've used one before and i've watched people pking as a pure, if you can spec at full health and still get a ko it isn't pking, more "whos got the best specs". 99% of pures drop trade from their main which unbalances the idea of lower levels working for their cash. Pures use pest control alot and they crash in on pc clans (im in heart unit, i know) most of them (yeah i'd say 85% of them) dont attack the portal thus ruining pest control worlds pretty quickly. Pures also have annoying names that are so unbelievably unoriginal, they either have "i" surrounding their name or something referring to "spec k0 j00 p00nzors" which irritates me no end. I like originality and i believe runescapes most prized asset is that you can be original, the whole point of pures is to have similar stats to other pures which totally ruins the point of making one. Its so ridiculous to see 2 pures who have spent over a year training just so they can pk 50k dds's off other pures who have exactly the same stats. A lot of pures (ok mains too) lure, i dont like the idea of literally stealing the pixels off someone who isn't there to fight and when i see a pure proud of luring a rare a part of gods spirit dies. Pures are generally bad losers, they've spent a long time (well not really, they pced their stats) getting their stats and when they lose they usually flame anyone in the vicinity, i've seen this as i alched from 85-94 mage over the space of a month or so and its sickening. Pures have ruined pking from level 3-95 combat, to an extent when a pure gets defence (say to 45) this can go up to 101 cb (or near) and this has made pking in edge impossible if you haven't made an account specifically for pking. I would like for lower levels to walk into the wild and not get ambushed by these 2 iteming cowards, it would bring back a great pastime in runescape which was pking and not running into someone who can spec you dead straight away in a fight. Oh btw im not talking about EVERY pure, just a lot of them, and its fair to say and if anyone says "OH YOU DONT HAVE PROOF" you can shh.

If you want to make friends you can sure as hell as me! I personally have to have someone on rs at the time if im going to play, i can't just work on my own without a conversation going at the same time. Friends for me make runescape fun, for example when a few of my friends (who are usually on rs) went on holiday i hardly played because i didnt have them to talk to ingame.

So you dont use "i"..i hate to break it to you but I is a word. So i'd say "i am going to buy a lobster" and what would you say? Oh and spelling can have a correlation with your maturity, some people spell words wrong on purpose just so they could look "cool" or whatever. Its people who spell things incorrectly when it doesn't even save them any time at all. "u" takes about 0.02 seconds less than "you", and surely people must be used to spelling things properly because thats how they learn it in school, it must be second nature to say "you" because you'd never put "u" on homework..

If they gave me one i'd wear it for ages, but if i needed cash for something i may sell it, dunno, probably end up waiting for it to go up and buying a cheaper one and using the cash left over to spend on something fun. They would have given me the hat so i could sell it im pretty sure, no one buys it cos it looks good because 420m for a hat that "looks cool" is a waste.

I have no problem with the fast xp. (i pc because if i didnt i'd still be 90 cb or something :P) but i dont like the idea that i could get 99 range without using a bow. Oh another one (i love to hate them) pures using pest control further muck up combat by being 99 strength at an even lower level, the influx of pced pures also has an effect on people pking at lower levels (literally no one pks unless they've made an account for pking 3-90 cb). What the hell with thieving, i hardly see anyone with 99 thieving, its much more clicky clicky and difficult to level over fletching/cooking. Oh and by the way not all of us have the spare time you obviously do considering you have 99 in about 15 skills, 99 even in fletching is a big achievement for some people.
