  1. Read the other ones ;) You'll find that elements of all of them match your personality. If you had read all of them before you knew what animal you were supposed to be, you wouldn't be able to pick it.
  2. That's not weird, that's just techy :)
  3. The behind the scenes section for this month indicates that they are making a new game engine. I'd expect them to attempt wider compatibility.
  4. I arrived here from offtopic :) 0/10 Never seen you before fgfuyfyuiuy0
  5. You raise some good points Jeppe. I'd put the stuff under a seperate "forum" section in the drop down list "like.. Guides, tools, Forum, Other" so it was quite clear it was a forum ban appeal. Also you'd make the ban appeal/forum stuff go to the admins' and the crewbie stuff to the crewbies of course - I'm sure that would be easy as pie for someone of your ability Jeppe ;) You could always make the "do not use this for runescape questions, suggestions, ban appeals etc" in red, like is currently on the forum account problem thing.. or worse.. make it flash different colours with javascript or an animated GIF *shudder*
  6. Got an ad blocker? What firefox extensions do you have that might affect it (eg. Do you have Greasemonkey?)
  7. Another point about Alexa is that the way it tracks traffic is through users of their toolbar. The toolbar, by many definitions, is basically just spyware. If we had a campaign to get tip.it users to use the alexa toolbar, our rank would shoot sky high. With regard to the "total posts" stats you just posted Burta, it's important to note that some forums are "pruned" (some old posts are deleted) while others aren't. Eg. The latest Runevillage post is number 2,810,984. The latest tip.it post is 3,025,744. Also, I wish we could add 1,351,807 to tip.it's count. That's how many were at Scapeboard. Ps. Hai Chewy!
  8. I suggest amalgamating the ban appeal/account problem/report scam email contact form into the Tip.it/runescape contact us form. It'd be far more professional.
  9. Just reduce the height of your existing signature by 20 pixels.
  10. Great idea for an event! :) Sorry I won't be able to make it :(
  11. You've got the runescape realm link wrong ;)
  12. I'd suggest putting a bit of outer glow around the images in photoshop, but remember to save it as a photoshop document otherwise it'll be a pain removing the glow if you want to adjust or remove it. Example: Left half is regular, right half has dark grey outer glow.
  13. However much more bloated code, slower, with bad customer support and very limited modifications and hacks availableOh, and it costs money.
  14. Good to hear your problem is fixed :) I would, however, suggest that you don't browse with ad blocking on, as many sites (such as tip.it) depend on revenue from advertising to pay for their web hosting. Try going into the advanced ad blocking settings and seeing if there's something about large images (over a certain filesize?)
  15. Thankyou sooooooooooooooooooooo much! You don't know how annoying this has been for me over the last.. 3 and a half years. No cookie for grin! Albosky: Just a note, Darwin doesn't actually observe daylight savings time. We have multiple states in Australia and they each do things differently :) The description that merc had "Adelaide (South Australia DST)" is more accurate. I don't care though, it's just that it's there! Huzzah!! :D :D
  16. Reason why they shouldn't be taller: my scrolling finger will get tired. Reason why they shouldn't be wider: some people like to put runescape next to their browser window so they can surf the forums and play RS at the same time. I don't play RS any more so I don't really mind if they get wider :) But please, no taller.
  17. But you can see the images on other posts. Now that's really odd :-? And yeah I do have a sig. Try temporarily disabling zonealarm. If you can see the image in my above post, then the problem is with zonealarm. Re-enable it asap and then have a look at the ad blocking options. If disabling zomealarm doesn't work, try downloading Firefox (another web browser) and seeing if you can see the image in this post with that. If it works in Firefox, then we know that the problem is with Internet explorer.
  18. I believe you could telegrab flour in rsc... and didn't black knights drop i un-potted too? Something along those lines at least...
  19. I like em because they're funny :D I can read about "how to read your boyfriend's palm" or "predict your relationship from the colour of his socks
  20. What about if I embed it in this post? (sorry to everyone else, it's kind of large :-?) Maybe your browser/firewall/something is blocking pages with images over a certain size?
  21. Out of interest, why not use frames, and are there any situations, in your opinion, when frames can be used? What are the alternatives to frames? http://www.htmlhelp.com/design/frames/whatswrong.html http://www.useit.com/alertbox/9612.html http://www4.tripnet.se/~slarti/f_frames_uk.htm http://www.htmlhelp.org/design/frames/guidelines/ Alternitives: as I mentioned before; server side includes :)
