I got 2 small Cash Bags and got about 12-14k each. 2222 Total Level.

Perhaps I missed something (which is VERY likely), but why will obtaining materials be much fast in a month?

Beat a whole storyline and you get a ton of trade goods and XP at the end. How much exactly is "a ton"? Does anyone have any idea?

I never thought I'd say this but...it seems most players are actually happy, or at least content, with this update. Repent Sinners, the end is near.

It's too bad I'm in the middle of the Fight Caves. Looks like I'll have to speed through it to go take a look at POPs. :D

Lucky you. I too used my Instakill Darts at Nex and didn't get anything worth mentioning. :P

Full Dharoks is definitely the way to go if you're going to Melee. I tried SEVERAL times using Ganodermic and Ice Barrage. Dharoks is much better in my opinion. I brought 3 (4) dose Prayer pots and the rest sharks. When the first ranger spawns (at the very beginning of the fight), kill it. If you do he'll spawn Meleers next, which you should be praying against. Then just watch your Prayer, if you let it run out you probably won't be able to drink a dose and re-pray fast enough to not get KOed. Good luck. :D

I think they were talking more about the monsters, and not the characters :P N.....no they weren't...... :( The NPCs that you escort have had their stuff upgraded too, thank goodness. I just did a trek and the person I was escorting gained 5 Combat levels in about 5 minutes, when before I was lucky for them to get one combat level every 10 or so Treks. :D

All of the NPCs in Temple Trekking are now as powerful as they should be post-Evolution of Combat. Good. It was such a pain trying to tank with them never hitting above a 30.

I don't know if this has been brought up on this topic but I'll be glad when people learn how to use the Action Bar properly. At the LRC today the chat box was almost constantly filled with "111111111111111" or the like from people presumably trying to drop their ores but didn't quite understand how to do it apparently. Minor annoyance, but still...

"I'm so sad/mad that Jagex banned me. I mean I sold some of my stuff for real cash but I only did it a FEW times, so that should make it ok. Stupid Jagex!, their game sucks anyway even though I played it for years and years, I just wanted to make sure it really was terrible..." I work in a prison and it's kind of funny how most of the rule breakers on this game are the same as the law breakers that I oversee. They didn't do anything wrong. It's everyone else's fault that they're in trouble, blah blah blah. The bottom line is you broke the rules so you should be punished. Period.

Back in RSC I traded my Dragon Med for a Red Partyhat. It was awesome, lol.

If this is going to be as good as I hope it will be all I have to say is it's about time.

The login server keeps timing out when I try to import my character. I mean I fully expected it, but it still sucks. :P

I read that too. I'm currently talking to Avalani now but not getting anything about the Cryptic Clue Fest. Perhaps I'm missing something? I have the Investigator's stuff from last year, if that matters?

I've never used Swiftkit. The official client and mIRC work fine for me, have for years. Sorry for anyone who still uses it but I'm sure it was bound to happen sooner or later with a 3rd party client...

Going to a concert tonight so QBD will have to wait until tomorrow. Perhaps by then there will be a guide out for at least preperation for going. I'm sure I could do it though with my stats...I hope.

After attempting it many years ago (picture below) with considerably lower stats I tried again. This was my 2nd attempt and I tanked Jad's mage hits with Ganodermic armor. :D :D Picture from my first attempt back in the day. :P

OT: I personally, in terms of voice acting, think that this quest was way better than One Piercing Note. Let's just hope this is a sign that the more voice acted quests they release the better the actual voice acting will be.

I really enjoyed the quest, the voice acting was great and the story line wasn't too bad. I really liked The Raptor's voice; I felt it added a lot to his character all that much more convincing as being "the bad guy". The extra 30k Constitution xp in the tunnel afterwards was a nice bonus, too. All in all a good update and I can't wait for the QBD next week. :)

I had a Gravedigger random a few weeks ago and it wasn't that small. :blink:

I did my 3 spins yesterday and got the Marauder Tattoo and a few other small things. Not too bad.
