Well, you went wrong when you told a girl that you play RS in you're spare time. If that's the only thing you do then you might want to overlook how you spend time. I'll say I am sucessful in having a "decent" charector while maintaing the other aspects of my life. It's all in time management. Play Runescape to relax afterschool, then do homework later, and play some if you have time. You have to manage you're time percisly or else you could run into trouble. The girlfriend thing is the same reason. Since I'm not addicted (I classify addiction, as having a nonstop, no control over wanting to play runescape) it's easy for me to say "Yepp, i'll put runescape away and go see the girlfriend". Maybe I'm romantic and that's a part of it, or maybe I'm just dedicated to my relationship. I usaully devote weekends to spending time with her, and the weekdays with things I want to. It's a nice trade off. Most problems that kids have is that they don't know how to manage their time. They get too involved in what their doing and before you know their times slips right by them. You have to know how to say "Yes, I'm going to stop and go do [insert activity here]". You can't get so absorbed into runescape that you can't pry yourself away from it. I've been playing for 6 years now and maybe I've outgrown the addiction, learned how to control it, or never had one. I'll say I know this works because I have a healthy social life, healthy lifestyle (Pursue in sports), a stable relationship with a girl (been dating for 2 years now), and maintain an all Honors course load (B average. A+ Classwork, essays, projects ect. But I've never beleived in studying so I tend to not do so well on tests).

Sorry it was worthy of quoting :) I chuckled. Oh and that one too :lol: If Jagex took notice to some of the problems earlier then this issue wouldnt be so widespread, it's kinda late to stop it now. It's sad that people look at the general F2p community, and don't investigate places like oh say.. tip.it

I don't think it would be complex.. insted of having the "black fog" just put in place a nice horizon. I take that back, that would cause lots of problems..

Theres a video on YouTube about that. said something like 120k xp an hour. Not to bad I'd say, Especially for range.

3.20.07 Been awhile aye? Well awhile ago ( a week? eh? ) my dreams and pride collapsed when I fell just out of reach of my long desired 68 fishing goal. I decided to quit. The power of tip.it prevail however, and I didn't quit afterall. I spent the rest of the week screwing around. Having fun with my friends ect. ect. Well Now I'm back on task. I realised I had enough runes for 65 magic and with that I can pot my way through swan song! "HUZZAH!" I spent the last half and hour getting 65 magic. Now to pursue my dream and finish my goal of 68 fishing then slave my way to glory. Now I'll go collect supplies for my next challange. Swan Song and Monk Fish! Wish me luck

Are you sure? I think it comes out to about the same amount of fish per person... I cant even catch Manta Rays so... this doesn't appeal to me as much Maybe it would if I was an uber fisher :)

Actually it didn't make any sense because at the end I got 15 manta rays, 3 sea turtles and a shark and a pot... that's 19 fish or 20 items by my counting but it only said 17 or 18 when i finished. But it's definitely more BETTER fish, because I used to be lucky to get 3-4 mantas + turtles combined per trip... I still don;t think it's worth playing. You can get the same amount of fish, in a less amount of time, with less the hassle, fishing the old fashioned way
