New Member needs help.
The new members P2P guide was written to answer just such questions  (Follow the link that Master_Smither) posted. Also take a look at the getting around guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=getting_around.htm in the general guides section.

Airs or Fires?
way slower than airs16, and with airs16 you make profit (laws66 you have to give p ess back, which costs you more than it's worth, world99 you don't give back, but verry few runners) Oh I agree that there are fewer runners using world99, after all those runners want their laws and ess! Only problem I found with the airs company was trying to sell those airs - then again I did not spend ages posting on forums or standing in banks trying to sell airs. (Perhaps I was doing it wrong). Nats are always easy to sell - when selling in bulk usually for more than laws (or deaths).

Quick kingdom question
Adding my 2 cents worth... I have been using the kingdom for some time now and have various spreadsheets etc set up showing me the cost of resources and yeilds etc dependant on people and days (yes I am that sad  ) One of the things you need to take into account is how difficult it is to sell the resources you gather. With the increased autoers around it is more and more difficult to sell maple logs and flax. (I would rather be working on a skill than answering a number of PMs trying to get the price down based on a forum post or standing around in a bank trying to sell). Assuming you are at full favour and have maximised the amount of money your workers are drawing (and have done both quests) your herbs cost 826.4 gp each unidentified. So my 9 workers gathering herbs for 7 days will give me 381 herbs and 4 herb seeds. (I tend to collect every 2 weeks) Un-Identified herbs tend to sell pretty easily, or you can use them to make potions then sell. When flax was easy to sell, yes it was a real money earner (and I seemed to get better herb seeds). As far as the maples go - the trader ship all the way. Those maple log cost you 56.1 gp each. If you can find a buyer they are looking to pay in the 70 to 90 range. A little time spent by a 1 click bank can soon have a nice load of unstrung longs made. Then you can choose to sell them in 1 go to another player for around 80 to 90 each or spend some time at the trader ship (making sure you are wearing your gloves) 10 at a time. If you get the stack of noted unstrungs in the right place in your inventory, you can sell them pretty quick. So not only are you making a profit, you are reaping the exp from your resources too.

achievment diary question
You could try leaving the Gout Tuber till the last thing you do for the medium tasks. All the players I know spent a long time trying to get one were doing it as one of their first 'chores' those that got it fast seemed to be the people who left it till later. They also seem to turn up a lot more often once you have completed the task.
-
Airs or Fires?
You could also spend some time working for the fast free laws company (either world 99 or 66 - I forget - search the main RS forums) With them you get traded up to 28 pure ess and return the same number of laws - no gp and no noted ess.

Power Levling Herblore?
Well I would say hang on to those Harralanders - they are higher than Tarromins. Harralanders are possibly also the best herb for leveling Lvl 22 - Stat Restores - 62.5 exp (Tower of life for Red Spider Eggs) Lvl 26 - Energy pots - 67.5 exp (Gnome Stronghold to buy chocolate dust) Lvl 36 - Combat pots - 84 exp (Goat horns - so get some easy combat trainin too) Lvl 44 - Harralandar Tar - 72.5 exp (though you need to gather 15 swamp tar per herb - or buy from trader ships) The Serum 207s you can make at lvl 15 using Tarromin and ash are a cheaper way to gain 50 exp than using Limpwurt roots to make strength potions

abyss crafting
If you look at the skill guide on the main web site your questions will be answered. http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=runecrafting_guide.htm#abyss http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=runecrafting_guide.htm#tips It is a lot faster than banking at Shilo and running around, and possibly slightly faster than the fairy rings method.

The Complete Mithril Dragons Guide
Try using god spells. They seem to hit quite well and splash less often. If you are safe spotting the one at the top of the stairs, it will turn around and attack anyone who comes up the stairs. So you could get your dragon stolen...
-
So, you want to kill a Mith Dragon AND finish Otto's tasks?
Nice guide. Couple of notes... You dont need to make the pyre boat in order to hunt the Mith dragons. Using mangled bones in the pyre boat will cause the spirit to attack you, using chewed bones will give you a reward. Depending on the wood you use to make the boat the next X bones you bury will give you 300% experience. (Chewed bones are a rare drop). God spells hit the dragons rather hard - better if you can use the charge spell as well. Poison seems not to affect the green or mith dragons (nor the imps!) You can range them at a lower lvl. Having an accumulator to pick most of your stuff up helps. If you range outside a safe spot - step back a couple of steps after the initial attack. The dragon will not follow you. This means you are only being attacked by mage and breath, rather than melee, range and breath. As a rule Jagex are not keen on images from their site being posted on fan sites

Monkfish Question
Another reason is that monkfish give more fishing experience than shark. So if you are working on your fishing levels this is probably the best thing to catch - and fast too. Once you catch and cook them there is not much of a market to sell them. So they are a 'throwaway' food that you use when training combat skills.

word association adverts problem
Hmmmm for me those ads appear as a small pop up with a link to be clicked on to take me to the main ad. The pop up only appears if I hover my mouse over the underlined word - so as long as I keep my mouse on the scroll bar no problems  Not sure how the word underlined relates to the advert it leads you to though. Although I am glad to be seeing less adverts on the banner for RS gold, not sure if I really want to be directed to a web site where I can meet gay black men.

Skill Guide: Magic
You probably need to change the table of the god spells to show that the Claws of Guthix spell can be cast using the Void Knight mace [pokemama 26 June: hmmm, I had the vague idea that this went into the draft , as I distinctly recall researching this and writing it upper your previous submission ... it may have vanished into the ether because I was having some difficulties saving the guide draft. >.< Will be sure to add in next release. Thanks!]

10k lamp at Varrock museum ?
Having done all the quests I was able to complete the whole timeline. I got 3 lamps before I got to the bit about the book. Each of the lamps gave me 1k of Exp. I then got the book from the Library and handed it over, but no extra lamp. As yet I have not filled all the cases on the ground floor, by cleaning up digsite items, so it may be I need to do that before getting the extra lamp? Also - no idea yet about the ruby necklace... :-s (I have completed the task in the basement to get the 1k of Slayer and 1k of Hunter Exp.)

Guide to Spinning Bowstrings for Money
If you have completed the Fremennik Isles quest http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=155 you may want to consider spinning your flax into bowstrings in Neitiznot rather than Lumbridge. Advantages are a 1 click bank, no stairs and no doors. Distance between the bank and the spinning wheel seem to be slightly shorter too.

Treasure Trail Coordinates Pics - Jan 12 (HELP WANTED) (AOW)
This is a really good idea. I could have soooo done with it when I had 21.24 North 17.54 East. (Trying to use the sextant with the Lessors picking on you in the wilderness is no fun! :ohnoes: ) 20.05 North 21.52 East also caused me some stress. All these player kept on appearing as I was trying to use the sextant. (I had failed to realise that this was the point in the wilderness where the canoe deposited you! )

~Ultimate Runescape Travelling Guide~
Nice start to a guide. There are a fair few means of getting around that have yet to be included. Take a look at the guide on the main web site for ideas http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?page=getting_around.htm Also dont forget that some routes can be made shorter using a crossbow and a grapple http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?page=agility_guide.htm#grpshortcuts

If RuneScape was real life...
If Runescape were real life I could use the Home Teleport rather than sitting here watching the traffic cam, waiting for the accident to be cleared and traffic to improve so I can go home

Ask a stupid question, get a SMART answer!!
Aghhhhh - :wall: Took too long to reply. Some forums, such as this and market forums, do not affect your post count. Why why why Delila?
-
Ask a stupid question, get a SMART answer!!
You can! Assume the GP respawns every minute, it will take you 1,000,000 minutes to collect it. So that works out as about 16,667 hours or 694 days of solid gameplay. As you cant really be expected to spend that amount of time, let us assume you spend 14 hours per day at your computer collecting the GPs - so that takes it to 1,190.5 days - or 3 years 4 months. However - if you try to make allowances for randoms that may give you extra GPs, your brain would explode! Why on earth did I spend time coming up with that answer?
-
Ask a stupid question, get a SMART answer!!
Because you told your dad that there are Pharos at the bottom of your garden, so he decided to build a pyramid. How do you solve a problem like Maria?

Pass The Cheese (Now on TIF)
The shark gets caught by a player going for 99 fishing and sold to a player going for 99 cooking. Unfortunatly they fail to wear their cooking gauntlets and singe the shark, leaving the cheese untouched. I wander along and pick up the shark for my collection and the cheese pops out. With a flash of inspiration I conceal the cheese in a birds nest and place it in one of my magic trees̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ :-w

Pass The Cheese (Now on TIF)
The cheese goes rancid and liquid, runs out of your ears, gets mixed with some swamp paste by a passing goblin who sells it to the local shop as Cracker Barrel. This gets bought up by a gnome pilot and taken over to the oracle who is hosting a cheese rolling contest...
