03-May-2011 Capes of Distinction
veteran cape may seem kind of ugly on it's own, but makes a really nice cape to go with the dark blue outfit from m.a.

Full Completionist Cape Requirement List (Including Trim. Reqs)
Probably because it would require way too many extra rooms for no purpose except to mount the extra heads.

Full Completionist Cape Requirement List (Including Trim. Reqs)
except for the fact that all 99's are not created equal. Theoretically you'd only need a cooking cape to trim an rc cape which takes a lot less time. In this case it's more like 2 separate completionist tasks, one requiring maxing all skills and the other requiring maxing all minigames(except you know...they failed to include them all.)

April 11th, 2011
remember them saying a while back that they had specific people that updated the home page, possible those people aren't there at the moment, and posting it on their forums would be worthless since they're down.

Tip.It Times - 10th April 2011
So far 'm just short of 500k produce points, and I kind of like the update. I'd rather read one of these types of articles than the few in a row whining about the free trade update/vote.

While I wouldn't say Wildy and Free Trade are completely interdependent, the old wildy is completely dependant on there being free trade. A major part of the old wilderness was that when you killed someone, you got what they had on them not counting the safed items not this random item drop cabbage and maybe an item of theirs. If theirs no free trade then you can't really give all items dropped on death or it kind of defeats the purpose. As far as free trade without the wilderness, it's possible but why bother keeping the wilderness out if free trade comes back, they only removed it in the first place so that there wasn't an easy end run around new trade limits.

07-Sep-10 Elite Diaries!
Diaries finally gave me a push to get 95 prayer, kinda broke from it now though. The lamps from other diaries put me over the exp mark for 91 rc. Fishing seemed easy to me in hindsight, but might have been more annoying than I remember, my memory seems to gloss over annoying things. As for new diaries, I'd say biggest chances are troll/gwd,wilderness,desert,gnome, or morytania.

04-Aug-10 Elite Treasure Trails!
That's what the faq currently says, they avoid actually saying that td's don't drop them. They just say they're considering other droppers.

Post and discuss all Jagex Twitter updates here!
So, they had 'technical difficulties' but don't want to say that, as their twitter update does say it was going to be this week... It's on the 6th page of the post. So not technical difficulties as much as more time to see if there would be technical difficulties.

Tip.It Times - 11th July 2010
In reference to the 2nd article: I find that Penguins,Stars,Evil Trees and Fish Flingers are the most interesting D&D's. The thing that I find so important about those ones is the group mentality of everyone working together for a common goal. Penguins have penguin cc's and many people form penguin trains with friends to go to the different pengs and spot them. Stars are much easier to find with 3-4 friends where one can stay at their scope and call when it's down and the others have 2-3 spots to stake out and figure out where it landed. Trees are much quicker and more fun to kill in a group of friends. Flingers is good in a group because it's quicker to find all 6 fish combos and biggest fish for medals if everyone is working together and calling. I also enjoy Shattered hearts, but to me the reward isn't the exp, it's a statue for my house that requires 30 weeks of rocks to complete so I disagree with you that the exp should always be the reward, in the case it's just a bonus that I do't really care about.

As far as I can tell the players in first picture are stupid. No mellee'r is attacking and no one is blocking the food. Also, is there only one carcass in that picture?

Mobilising Armies: 300 Rank and Lord Marshal
If I remember correctly, full lord marshall costs about 1 mill reward credits, invest max until you have that many then stop.

15 June 2010 - Ancient effigies
No, unfortunately once you hit 30k you can't assist anymore until your limit resets.
-
15 June 2010 - Ancient effigies
Another solution would be to keep the exp cap at 30k but allow you to assist others after the cap for no exp.
