I did desert treasure yesterday with a lvl 90 friend. He died to all bosses except the one in the smokey well :shock: He didn't come very prepared I must add, he was going to melee all bosses in full rune with a dds and lobbies for food. Luckily I was there to pick up his stuff :P

Sometimes you get lucky and catch a blue stream that doesn't move for a long time. Also, when you have more qp you get more time in the cave. I think I average 80-90 tears with a max of 121 (no pic no proof, i know), but last week I lagged a bit and only got 57 tears :(

umm sure that would be good just 1 question which is the main reason my guide has no pictures, how do you actually add pictures??? If you have a picture you need to upload it somewhere (photobucket, imageshack). After uploading you get a link usually ending in ".png", copy this link into your post, put some img tags around it and you're done. I'm still working on the agility tickets, but I'll make the trading sticks and ecto-tokens pictures in a minute.

i have been there a couple times for clues, even after the update, always had sara mage Yea, clues in the elf lands allways gave the sara mage.

The sunday before the update I killed 134 Hellhounds for slayer: 4 clues Yesterday I killed 125 Blue Dragons for slayer: not a single clue :x :cry:

Archery tickets ARE tradeble if I'm not mistaking. I know I certainly never went out to get them myself, but had 190 something in my bank at one point. I probably got them from picking up stuff from a pile when someone was cleaning out his bank. After I figured out they are pretty much useless I redropped them, but didn't check if someone picked them back up.

I hardly ever agree with you because I think you have a way too pessimistic view on things but I couldn't agree more with you on (a couple of) the above points. a) this bug has been in existence for a long long time and the first thing I thought when they said the new monster would be in multi-way wilderniss was that they were going to fix that bug. When they didn't update last week I thought they fixed the bug quietly without admitting it ever to be in existence, but fixing it anyways. b, c and d) are actually points that can't be seen seperately. If the d2h were and awesomely powerfull weapon worth getting, the monster location and slow respawn times would have made sense. Since the monster is not that hard to kill (so I've heard :oops: ), the risks of pking clans is needed in order not to flood the world with d 2handers. Also the slow respawn time fits in here because teams coming there with the intent to kill the elemental might turn on each other during the waiting time. The reason for the d2h stats being so low is quite understandable: dragon weapons never need to be repaired. Why bother buying a greataxe that needs repairs every 15 hours when you could get a d2h with better stats that needs no repairs ever? Now if they had made the d2h slighty better or equal to the greataxe, but worse then full dharoks that would have been great. On your last comment about gameplay additions, they try some small ones allright (tool leprechauns, mobile spitroast) but a big skill update to let's say crafting would be more then welcome.

Ooh, very nice thought. But what about Seers then, or Yanille or Hemenster (only talking human settlements here)? Yanille could be represented by the wizard trimmed stuff, Hemenster by the range trimmed, but Seers?

Despite the numbers on the end this is my one and only account. I did start two others when I was f2p, one to be a str pure with 10 def :oops: the other to be def pure. Both got boring very soon and I don't think I logged onto them in about a year. A friend of mine creates accounts like there's no tomorrow. He has 7 or 8 accounts that I know of, the last of which I added last night :shock: He actively plays on all of them and I think he spends more time on his other accounts then on his main.

I use them on any slayer assignment in the slayer cave. The cave is so far away from a bank and the higher monsters (like turoth) can get good hits on you. Before I had the spell a 150+ turoth assignment took me at least 3 trips (check sig for stats). Now with the spell all you have to do is collect the bones during fighting and maybe pick some that other players drop. With 4 casts of bones to peaches I completed a 159 turoth assignment in a single trip :)

I usually go with the 50-50 split, if I catch their names that is. The point of dying is losing stuff, otherwise the game would be way to easy. You can see this by people training on white knights in Falador castle without any food. The moment they respawn they re-equip their 3 items and continue fighting. The point of being a nice person is giving back stuff that people have lost. I know what most items are worth and know what amount of time and effort it takes to make the money to get those items, so giving them back makes their day a lot better. So by giving back half their items I usually make them quite happy since they will only need to spend half the amount of time making money and by keeping half the items I make myself a little happier and the dead person knows he will have to be more carefull next time. And the choice of which items I return is of course completely mine :)

For the teleport crystals it is not necessary to bring all you have and drop them before the fight. It is considered a regular drop and through slayer assignments i have aquired 30+ telecrystals. Thoughts on ectovial and gauntlets: maybe you could use them with a table or something and pick it back up from there? Just thinking out loud and I'm not logging in for a couple days so I can't try it.

Ooh, not too crappy reward. Allways love free smithing xp and it also saves me a couple of laps going round an agility course :lol:
