your favorite kind of sport?
Couch sitting.. what that's not a sport? Never have been a big sports person, more interested in dancing, drama, public speaking etc Spose I don't mind watching gymnastics and my team on AFL footy. Playing? I don't mind a bit of indoor cricket and swimming but that's about it really.

I'm confused, twice it has sent me to pages with no quote text, only a picture and a solution. The first one was a white wall with switches and a tv with coloured static buzzing. Then I put another answer in and I got the winged angel, then it sent me to a picture with no text quote again with some kind of demon child face with red eyes and funky writing when you hover over it. Wtf are these and am I on the right track or not?

Medication
Make sure you go to the doctor before you stop, you can't suddenly stop with Effexor because it gives your body extreme withdrawals. You need to gradually come off the drug, while coming down from it you will experience headaches, dry reaching, thought complications, moods swinging from depression to mania and quite possiblily crying for no reason to a mild break down. The symptoms will last approx 2-3 weeks and the first week will range from moderately difficult to extremely difficult for you. A lot of people I have found are able to live without medication after a course of 1-3 years on Effexor-Xr but that totally depends on how bad your depression is too. What it DOES do though once you have stopped the course of the drug for 1-3 years is matures your mind. You will start to analyse things in your past where you could have made better decisions, find things enjoyable again and find it easier to talk to people. A set back however will be that the anxiety might come back but you've already mentioned you take another prescribed medication for that so you should be fine. Hopefully you won't have to switch to any new meds and live a close to happy life without them, I wish you luck. If you need some support while coming off them just give me a buzz.

The second one doesn't have a quote for me :? It's just a picture of a bare old white wall, a couple of switches and a television with coloured static buzzing?

Well so far from what I've gathered it has nothing to do with Frederich Nietzsche and everytime I click to go back that face appears in the photo so it might be a subtle hint...I've also tried the lettering that is visable in the photograph etc It also has nothing to do with John Milton... -- Edit Hahahah are you f*cking kidding me... I just got it. WTF That makes so much sense now....... LOL Here's a hint for you all, stop trying to answer it, the more you try the more you won't get anywhere... That's hope for ya :P Just under an hour... Wow I feel smart now.

Am I stupid or something, I don't get it. Also, I hate the quote, so negative. Also, with my answer it didn't send me to an error page, it sent me to another page with only the picture and no words. Does that mean I got it, or does it want to annoy me even more? Wait.. I guess that was my wild guess that sent me to the dead end. Solution to what exactly? .... I'm annoyed now lol

Do you have any timewasters for when your bored?
Buy books on your specific area of interest/s and do a bit of reading/learning. Go dream building, go inside the auction houses you want to live in, test drive the car you want to be driving, try on the clothes you want to be buying. Volunteer work with the less fortunate, it will teach you to be grateful for what you have, kindness, make you feel good that you're making a difference, meet new people. If you're feeling creative write a song, a poem, a story, make a website. Research next semesters university units. Join groups such as toast masters to gain extra practise in public speaking, confidence building, different techniques of speaking to different people of all ages, religions, backgrounds, gender preferences. Go around to TAFE, college, universities, organisations, hospitals to get seminar work and inspire those who suffer from depression and such. Invest in my business, time, money, effort, making it grow etc

Medication
Damn Effexor Xr would be the last med I'd prescribe for depression, it works for some but the side effects outweigh the positive. I've had someone go crazy from using them, every time someone raised their voice at them; they'd go absolutely crazy and can't think straight. This was from a 75mg dosage, yet alone what they can come in. Not saying this happens to you of course but I'm very against Effexor Xr. Whatever you do, don't ever miss a capsule or take yourself off them, you will have withdrawal symptoms ranging from crying for no reason, aggressiveness, unable to concentrate, unable to function properly, thought processing slowed, dry reaching and vomiting. A lot of the people I've worked with, with mental health have reported screaming matches with those they care about the most on the medication. It often drives them out of home as the parents or loved one can no longer live with them. If it works for you, great. I'm just venting a personal opinion here and personally would never prescribe it to my patients in the future. Quite frequent side effects that aren't that dramatic include nausea, sleeping problems, significantly increased weight loss or gain and paranoia. However, within saying that... Effexor Xr has a high success rate ONCE the course of treatment (say 1, 2 years) has been completed in curing depression and limiting symptoms in bipolar disorder, personality disorder, and social anxiety. (So once you've stopped taking them) Please make sure you always have it straight after a big meal to reduce symptoms... Or it can have many negative effects on you. I'm not a doctor but I do work with, research and study mental health sufferers and know how to diagnose with the same DSM-IV-TR they use with their patients. I hope you aren't having any difficulties on it, if you aren't, then fantastic. I'm just concerned because I have never heard of a successful case ON the medication, only after it had stopped.

Medication
I think that is a personal question and if people are game enough to answer it, especially if it's something serious, it could be used against them later. I don't know why mods have left it running but that's my opinion. If it's not natural, I don't touch it.
