Not just graphics... but the ability to render large environments and handle AI Wii lol >.< Of course not for FFXIII or versus, that would be insane. But what they should of done at least is spread the games over three consoles. Versus for the ps3, XIII for the 360, and that other one for the Wii instead of a stupid mobile phone.

Yup, a bunch of people on the forums have it. I saw a video of the introduction movie, it is so freaking sweet! :( I wonder if they are finished sending out the emails though, I hope not.

Exclusives are bogus and serve no purpose but for fan boys of respective consoles to scream "OMG, we got this and you don't!" What should be happening is as many games should be coming out for all consoles, but with different aspect for each. For example: PS3 get's increased graphics and maybe something else taking advantage of its system, XBox gets it's live feature and something else, and Wii gets its innovative control feature plus maybe something else. All though Wii suffers from a decrease in graphics, it doesn't really matter. Just find a way to get users to buy games for their respective systems.

Of course none of the Sony fanboys cared when the franchise got stolen from Nintendo. :roll: Just saying, it's not always been a sony thing. all Nintendo took was spin offs like crystal chronicles, revenant wings, and ports on ds i would understand if sony wasn't doing well with the main games for them to be multi platform but all of them released on sony's gaming console have done exceptionally well can't blame them i guess, only costs like 10-20% more to port -.- lol wut? You must be new the the whole Final Fantasy scene. Final Fantasy STARTED on the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System). Although technically it was the 'famicon' in Japan. Final Fantasy I-VI, over half of the main games were created for the NES and SNES originally, with ports to the PS1 and hand holds. If anything, we need to be seeing more FF games on the wii...

:thumbsup: Anyone else loving the achievements? I know its an idea taken from other games, but personally it is something I like and with WoW (unlike say, TF2) that I can actually achieve.

JRPGs are more linear, with most of the game being about the storyline and characters. Standard RPGs are more customizable, allow you to do "anything" you want, and are less linear. The storyline isn't as important as it is in JRPG's. You usually play as some person trying to figure out what to do next. I thought that was called an adventure game?

Which are 2 completely different styles of game. FF Is a jrpg KH Is an rpg type game World Ends With You is made to fit the console. What's the difference between a JRPG and a RPG? lol. They are the same. The only difference between the two sets of games is one contains Disney characters :P.

Along with the one story line, there are a multitude of books containing the same characters in the same universe. There is the Halo wars game. The FFVII series only captures one story. As for the name, it falls under the 'if its not broken, don't fix it thing'. We clearly know they are separate games. They just keep calling it Final Fantasy cause it works so well with the fans, why fix it? With nintendo, every game called mario something, includes mario.

Halo milks the series cause it is creating games based on the same universe, composing of the same characters, with the same storylines. Final Fantasy does not do this. Each game is set in a different universe, with different characters, with different stories, different themes, with different game plays. The closest is FFVI. FFVII, FFVII:DC, FFVI:AC, FFVII:CC, FFVII:BC. Thats milking, but only of one Final Fantasy universe. BTW, FFXIII games are all set in the same universe, but all of them have different characters and different stories, along with different gameplay. None have to do with each other really.

I would like to congratulate everyone for their hard work thus far. Please do not loose your mind, and continue on, for I think that together we can keep the logo alive. Any way, I would just like to make some small recommendations about the way you guys conduct yourselves: 1. Vandals will be counted as trolls. Their sole purpose of joining TIF was to try and antagonize us. Thus, please try to not respond if any vandal replies. 2. ANY (including known none-real TIF members, and real members) user posting and saying they are purposely destructing the logo is considered a troll, thus will be prosecuted as such. Please try to report these people. 3. Although it is good to give visual updates of the logo so that people know what kinda vandalism they have to deal with, please try to not post any pictures of the draw ball with body parts, or words that would be normally covered up by the censor. 4. Drawball is not serious business. I was even the one to start this whole business, and I feel no anger, nor any superiority over vandals when vandalism happens. I simply ignore it, and go on. Now I am not saying don't have competitive fun, but please realize you can be passionate about such things without getting too caught up in it. I believe that is all. Lionheart_0

-.- I tried Ramps for the first time today. I think my group must of been [developmentally delayed]ed. I was set to be a tank, and we had another druid (lve 70) healing, with a shadow priest and two rogues. Usually I love having rogues on my team, but now I think that having two is just too many. We wiped once or twice because of me. They were fine with that, I was new. But we got to just before the flying guy, and we wiped twice. Not because of me, but because the rogues thought that they needed to start tanking, so they accidentally aggro about 10 at once, they die, the druid gets agro before I can even start, so he dies. At this point I didnt notice they were dead, so I use my challenging roar, which brings them all to me... I die in seconds. And the shadow priest somehow manages to live. After some bickering, he logs though, so we would have to run back. One thing, they kept using an acronym I had never heard before, LOS (Line of Sight). Can anyone tell me what that means?

I hope to hell versus XIII is on 360.. if it is, I'll go buy a 360 instead when I get a job (Then again, I need a release date first). None of the FF games are related unless they contain the same number in their title. XIII has nothing to do with I-XII. You are playing a whole new game.

Ah ok, I understood that it was gonna be a 'punishment' (Which is stupid), but I was just wondering if the technology brought on insomnia somewhat. In any case, when your father does bring up his plan, I would just tell him about your love for technology and that by taking you away from computers (which is a reasonable excuse, not the TV or gaming system) that you are being potentially hurt. I would also show him that you are perhaps researching and testing your skills with the computer, so its a tool that you need.
