Don't hunt greens, you should only go for crimsons as zaaps said. It's probably better to hunt for gold than greens. Just do slayer and you'll accumulate charms and build your stats up along the way.

It decreases so you cant summon a bunch of familiars without restoring your points. For example, if I summon a bunyip, I lose 7 points and if my summoning points stayed at 61 the entire time it was out, I could summon 8 more bunyips without ever having to recharge my summoning points.

What do you mean? Alch in a pvp hot spot to build potential, so when you're done alching you can either pk or do the 26k trick to get some decent drops. The longer you stay in a hot spot the more potential you build.

Sumona is probably faster exp, I prefer duradel though.

Crimson- Waterfiends, rock lobsters, dust devils, black demons, skeletal wyverns, nechryaels. Blue- Abberents, gargoyles, dark beasts, kalphites. I dont recommend hunting for these though. Green-Bloodveld.

As the above poster said, bring water tiara but also make sure you bring a weapon with stab, they're a pretty fast task if you ever decide to do them.
