General Khazard was NOT a Mahjarrat. Hazeel, along with Lucien, Zamorak, the Oracle, Azzenadra, Dessous, Kamil, Fareed, Malak, and Drakan however, WERE Mahjarrat. Most of these betrayed Zaros during Zamorak's powergrab, except for Dessous and Azzenadra (that I know of).

Doesnt anyone realise that Barrows might become a HELLUVALOT easier? Temple Trekking gets a new update, and I pretty much used it with the best warrior on the easiest route to get from Burgh de Rott to Canifis fast (without walking to the boat, and through Mort Myre). Basicly when you've done your barrows run; - Teleport to your house - Recharge Prayer at altar - Use Canifis Portal - Bank everything, take no food that can rot - Use the route (probably ferrying Mercenaries or Militia from Varrock as the king of Varrock said he'd allow this) thats easiest, with the strongest lad available - Claim your reward at Burg bank - Get your stuff from the bank, and do another Barrows run

The desert will most definitly be put to more use. Menaphos, the city we cant access yet, is a port. I asume it will be included in the charter system. There is already a teleport to Sophanem, using the Pharaoh's Sceptre, teleport to Jalsavrah. Talk to some of the villagers, they all speak pretty highly of Menaphos commerce wise.

Ive completed Rogue Trader recently (I never got around to it), and realised that there are now 4 new Ali's in Al Kharid... Ali the Farmer Ali the Tailor Ali the Guard and Ali the Smith All say the same thing, they're trying to start up a business, but they havent got the right materials, supplies, tools, or whatever yet. They all com from Pollinivneach, and when examining them you learn that they are all associates of Ali Morrisane (of Ali M. Corporate Enterprises - or AMCE). Now I've also completed Contact! quest recently, but when I was in Sophanem, there are several new shops as well, mostly from people returning home from Menaphos, who've been stuck there since the plague broke out (its just non-contagious spots). Such shops include a dagger store, selling all up to rune, as well as buying your Dragon Daggers, it also sells low level artefacts form the Plunder Pyramid, and some more junk. Another shop there was a food store, selling cares, slices of chocolate cake, and bread. This all in addition to to the recently added bank, altar, as well as the store that sells Gnome Spice and buys Curry Leaves, and a Crafting Stall selling all the stuff also found in Al Kharid. And still these new shop-owners tell you that better times are coming, so to sell you better and cheaper stuff. Could this be linked to the ones waiting for better trades in Al Kharid? Did you also notice that the 3 camels Al, Elly and Olly are all some twisted version of "Ali"? It gets worse... Now I may go a bit overboard but it kept stuck in my mind that we've never actually seen the Emir of Al Kharid, nor know his name. Only the name of his son. Would it surprise you that the name of the Emir of Al Kharid's son is named: [hide]Prince Ali?[/hide] So how long do YOU think it takes before we see (after Musa Point), another town renamed? Ali Kharid!! PS: I just checked the old Runescape News sections, and found that there are supposed to be 7 routes where the Carpets will take you. Currently there are only 6 routes. Oh yeah, I got to use the hide feature :D

And oak roots in brewing to make Axemans Folly (or mature), which increase your wc level with 2 and 3 respectivly...

if you see me ingame, i got some... mature ones as well :)

The clan market would be used a lot... IF we had some clans here... So far ive coutned 3 clans :|

They should have Osman pour the Squirk juice for you into 1-dose flasks/bottles/whatever, which are then tradable, but no longer exchangable for Thieving XP

This quest makes it sound as if Zaros was an evil god... If anything he was just oblivious and powerfull, much liek Guthix, who would wake up and make the world anew if the powers shift this drastically. Was it not he who commanded each god to no longer interfere on the world?

The best way to get this clan section going (including the clan market) is to have clans come here mainly instead of the other sites... I started a topic recently asking which clans those were... Only a handfull came out of that... You can say a lot of clans use tipit, but believe me when I say that most of them just come here to post a recruitment message... Set up something of a United Nations, with a charter or set of directives which all clans recognised should abide by. This in turn gives rise to something of a 2-sided conflict... Those willing to abide by the charter, and those that dont. Tipit staff would not enforce this, but the people of the clans would. 2-(or more)-sided conflicts give reasons to argue. Reasons to argue is reasons to post. Reasons to post is an active forum. I'm willing to host or help draft such a thing, but I cannot do this alone. So IF you and your clan is able and willing to help with this, Have some clanleaders meet in a certain spot, or irc channel, and lets see what we can brainstorm...

Well said. If u want to see a big clan war, just keep watching videos. No smart clan out there will tell someone their war details. I can think of a few situations where it would be smart :)

Well as far as I'm concerned, these items are a novelty. They can't be rare enough as far as I'm concerned, as long as there is still a chance to get one from a drop. It's rarity should have warranted rivalling prices to phats (and the 3rd Age Kiteshield nearly does), so that in the end, some people got what they wanted: A chance, however small, to get an insanely rare item. This in turn would make Barrows still more popular, and still letting drops of water fall on the hot plate that is the overheating economy...

I think he meant that they arent coming into the economy by large enough numbers...

I cant decide between Guthix and Zaros. people should read the Accurate 3rd age History thread made by myself before deciding what god to worship... If you HAVE to count my vote, put it on Guthix...

Latest prices are in, and only a few surprises there. Platebody went down a lot, where the Platelegs went up (set completion?). And the 3rd age Kite has risen again. At 100m-150m its not quite equal to the Purple Phat just yet. The robe set is coming down somewhat, probably to blame that it is not much better then infinity. I can hardly believe that the 3rd age Amulet has not risen in price AT ALL, even when it was updated to have a magic boost that would make any F2P-er turn green. Does this suggest that stats have no meaning at all when these marketprices are determined by trading for them? Please discuss...

Yeah thats too bad though... I was hoping for a slower rise over a much longer period of time... Then again, if they only actually start to come down after 2-ish months...

Level 4 clues? Nah, these items are rare enough as it is (as well as the rarity of a lvl 3 clue)... so what if a handfull of insanely lucky low lvls manage to get an item... would they realise its value?

The 3rd Age Platebody has lowered somewhat in value again. This could be blamed on the fact that barrows armor is still cheaper and better, as well as somewhat increased supply. The other prices have roughly stayed the same all this time, and still no increase on the 3rd age amulet, which i suspected would happen after its mahoosive statboost.
