I don't really have any objection with the price in regards to the stats on the shield itself - if you take out the fact that left halves are so rare, 900-1m is an appropriate, if not expensive, price for a d sq. However, I concede that the rarity level is ridiculous. I'm relatively sure that it's rarer than a visage, but look at the price between the two. I suppose there isn't much that can be done on Jagex's end, as the drop rate has been the same for what, 4 years? And since a d sq is still the best shield on classic, to change the drop rate on RS2 would be to completely isolate it from its origin.

To be fair, Diddy watches + responds to pretty much every video posted on the Graveyard forums, so I'd say he knows a thing or two about pking. There's no need to yell at him for a misunderstanding. Plus, his response is understandable; greens pking can be pretty ridiculous, lol. Massive teams with 12 brews and 5 teletabs (each) hunting down single people isn't exactly my idea of entertaining. For some reason the movie is .mov and 71 MB, so I'm uncomfortable watching it. I know it isn't keylogged, but I try and maintain a standard of only watching .wmv so that I don't have to worry at all.

P2P. I don't get a rush from f2p, however exciting using lobs and hitting a max of 21 with scim may be. I don't see how f2p is more challenging. Getting a kill may be difficult, but so is dying.

Iodio has a new staker, I believe, and's pretty loaded. Besides that, there are quite a few stakers with multiple hat sets or 5B+ nowadays - it's hard to confirm who's the absolute richest.

I've heard that you can mine in port khazard somewhere and bank using the Trawler deposit box - if that doesn't work, then yeah, Yanille is the fastest way to do it. The only real way to figure out how long it would take would be to time on trip (28 ores) and calculate how long 35,714 trips would take.

If you decide to get it back, a decent way to prevent getting blitzed/barraged for it is to bring telegrabs with you - might be able to prevent this happening in the future. It's ridiculous how people can justify to themselves barraging a cape/torso. >_> It's completely low, and shouldn't be done anyway.

Really there's no easy way to contact Jagex; their office phone number used to be posted, but I believe it's been taken down (or they've moved). I recall someone phoning the Jagex offices a year or so ago to recover their banned account, but I'm relatively sure that that wouldn't work nowadays. Really, the only way to get in direct contact with them (without having a 95% probability of receiving an automated message) would be to talk to a mod face to face. How that'll get accomplished, I haven't a clue. I hear that they often leave their private chat on, if it's any help.

I'd have to say that Gin has a point here; that scroll bar is ridiculously high, there's no way to disagree with that. In addition, the reason you provided for it being high were simply inadequate. It's more than possible that you could have ran to the bank, grabbed a mask, and ran back. I'm not saying it is fake, but when you pk a rare, you should really try to get a pile pic, or some sort of definitive proof. Of course people are going to say that it's fake, so having proof is always nice. If it's real, grats on the pk. :)

That's actually not a bug - it's simply a tactic that obs stakers use to win. It's true, though - never stake obs on unless you're completely aware of all the 'bugged' spots. Most huge mage stakers who use obs know all of the spots where you can freeze your opponent and they can't attack you back. Really stinks that you lost. :(

Rest assured, my Nintendo fanboy chums and I will rejoice in our victory. I'm only surprised that it's outsold the 360; what with the year-long headstart Microsoft got, I'd assumed that it would take longer. It's possible that may just be my warped sense of time, though.
