You can do it (there's 2 ways I know of), but its not really worth it. One method is using the cannon on some of the brothers The other using diamond bolts with the best range bonus possible, safing or praying the brothers. I'm sure I've seen a guide somewhere give me a sec I'll see if I can find it. EDIT Where the hell is the guide... it must have been lost in the roll back. In pretty sure the main one was to use diamond and void set, praying eagle eye and protect.

I was wondering which is the best/fastest way to kill them (magic, range or melee) and a few weapon questions. Does black salamander count? How about Darklight? I take it as you can use black bolts right right How about black crossbow and normal ammo? Any other input is welcome. ps. whats the drop rate of spirit shield and holy exilir?

Its better then dragon square and rune kite. Its also got no offensive negatives which makes it a viable shield for magic and range tanking.

Personally I wouldn't get any of the ones you posted. Stick with Antec (lovely cases and psu's), Corsair, Power and Cooling, Seasonic, Enermax and Be Quiet! (there might be one or to brands I missed off). With the above you get a good warranty, a psu which isn't overrated (cheaper ones will state outputs much higher then they achieve), good value for money, quiet and good customer service. O and Micro ATX (or uATX) are a nightmare to upgrade if you get a bad case.

Can't you use assist for them?

I had a few accounts a while ago one the original JoeDaStudd I forgot the password since I used MiniCale a lot. Then after about 1 year or so of playing on that account (over 50+ on all stats, 90% of the quests complete and 100+ combat [pre summoning]) my brother thought it would be smart if he reset my password (using the security questions which he knew all the answers for since he knows me well) the log on at his friends house. Which of course ended up with me losing my account and unable to recover the account. Then about 6 months ago I decided to get back in the game and create a new account (Joe Da Studd). And like others have noted its a lot easy to start with, quests are easier and you know all the little tips and tricks you learnt.

There's too many updates which seem to be lost or forgotten. There was a thread about it somewhere.... The desert to me is one of those places you visit every now and then, but don't really have much use for it. Q150 is going to be a different one, maybe a new guild? Since wasn't 050 Legends or Heroes. Although I'd love to see a DT spell book upgrade (I know I keep saying this, but I really would).

Get 48 construction (or 43 if you haven't done DT), build the canifis portal and a altar. As they save so much time its silly. Then use the guthan method for barrows since you like barrows.

In quite a few, but "Hello World" is the most simple bit and the first bit of code you learn in most languages. I can code "Hello world" in 10 languages (could be more, but I've just counted 10 off the top of my head). But out of those I would only be able to make a half way decent program (or page in the case of html, php and asp) in about 6 of them and of those I only like coding in 4 of those.

Theres always Daganoths in the CT. There one of the most underrated crimson charm droppers of them all. Take a few prayer pots, your best offensive prayer gear (a super attack and strength potion also helps a lot) and a decent combat familiar. You get about 30 (with about 20 golds, 10 greens and 1 or 2 blues) every 35 to 40 minutes as well as about 30k to 50k in profit (after the cost of the pots and pouch). The exp isn't bad; magic from the alchs, melee from the combat and another skill too since your combat familiar will dish out a far bit of damage as well.

If you where to post your stats it would be helpful as there might be better non-slayer monsters (ie avainses or waterfiends). Anyway slayer is a nice way of training combat (as you can see by my stats, I like slayer a lot), but if you have 400k in your bank I would advice you buy a black mask ASAP.

Ok which would you rather lose 3m or 1m? Now if you had lost your fury then you'd be on here complaining you lost your fury and you should have lost your whip. If you'd have read guides, watched videos and asked here everyone on this board, you would have got the simply answer mage damis. The guides/video/replies would have also told you that you should expect to die there since its rare you will kill him on your first go. If you were training in there you would have been advised to change your teleport to camelot, get the 5 minute grave along with another ring of visablity in case of this kind of even. O and if you were training there why the hell did you take a fury instead of a Salve amulet?

Its worth noting that water and fire talismans sell for 3-4k each.

That seems really pointless as you get a lot of experience for doing quests. This saves a lot of training in turn saving a lot of money.

Ancients can hit up to 30, have 2 spells combo at once, and each spell in itself causes a special effect. The best a pulse spell could do is hit 22 - or 33 if awareness was cast, but even then your defense would be severely lowered, and your accuracy would be trashed. With Hurricane / Tempest, the effect only lasts for 20 or 30 casts, and I suppose I could make it lower the max hit, and accuracy. I suppose I could also slow up the speeds a bit, make tempest -25%, and hurricane -40%. I figured this might have made it about the same as ancients. Imp boxes deposit a single item from your inventory and pack yak scrolls do the same, both of which require a high level in the relevant skill to use. But they are normally only used for single expensive drops so I suppose it could work if it only works with those items. The firemaking gloves and ring give a bonus 5% experience. Never noticed those 2 spells to tell you the truth they look very interesting, you should add the clause that you most have already been or unlocked the area since a lot of P2P areas have to be unlocked. The teleports, maybe move the edgeville one to the monastery this way its a quick prayer restore location (better then all the current P2P locations, excluding your house of course) and its still pretty close to Edgeville for F2P'ers. Rimington is a funny location as the explore ring 3 teleports you nearby, theres a house house portal there too and a a fairy ring to the south. I'll post again when I think of some good locations. Karils set effect does stack and can take you down to next to nothing, but its a rare hit and only takes you down by 20% each random hit. If you wear to set the praise to those figures it would be just in between a zammy brew and a prayer potion which is ideal. As for speed of the cast its very dependant on the user, but 4 spells in the time you can normally cast 1. The 2 spell combo is a delayed cast of one spell which leads directly into another, which has a max of around 50-60 this would have a max of 132 within a single cast time span. I love the way your taking everyones opinions and comments on board which should lead to a very well rounded book. Keep up the good work.

Interesting. I think this would go better with a mini-game as opposed to PvP as it could cause serious rape issues. For example if a clan was to setup camp around each teleport location as well as the only escape routes (take canfis for example). It would lead to whole places becoming no go zones or instant kill zones. I I'd like the idea that if you had high enough firemaking you could set the place alight killing or seriously damaging/effecting the occupier. As it would give people a reason to train firemaking. PS this reminds me of the towers of LoTR.

Have you tried Avainsies? There not too boring in bursts, couple it with MTK and Farming and you'll get a big chunk of cash every day.

Bounty Hunter should have been re-done after the PvP update. The whole purpose of Bounty Hunter and Clan Wars was to re-create the whole Pk'ing feeling. Admittedly Clan Wars is now in a league of its own due to the Clan updates.

I'm not too keen on some of them. The sharpen axe would be too over powered in P2P as you could combine it with beaver/hydra, stealing creation axe, lumberjack outfit and Evil Tree boost for a hell of a lot of exp. Deposit spells kill Imp boxes and pack yaks (the scroll at least). Blaze added to sharpen axes issues also adds the question does it work with FM rings/gloves? The teleport spells are next to useless for a P2P player. Rattle and Wilt are merely the current magic book spells (again useless for a P2P'er) and no spell book copies another spells in the exact same way like these too. Debase this is to over powered (compare it to Karil's Set effect) Praise would be the death of prayer potions (5 laws at 250 each is 1250 for more prayer points then a super restore or prayer potion which cost 2k + a dose) as well as making the fally shield a laugh. The decrease in spell cast time would cause a lot of issues as it would make this set stronger then the DT book. My 2 cents.

A few things just popped into my head. Have you restarted your router (leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes to ensure you get a new ip address)? I'm guessing yes, but I thought I'd best check. Download and run the TCP IP Optimiser from here. Download and run CCleaner (untick the unused file extensions option on the registry side). Ensure you IP address is set to auto (Start -> Control Panel -> Network connections -> [the one your using to connect] Properties -> Internet Protocol [Properties] and make sure its on auto).

Yes. It won't be amazing money, buts its do-able (due to your prayer, magic and range levels being low).

Pot lids give 40 exp in total. Dragon hide (green) is 62 exp per hide. So yes green draon hides would be much better exp per hour. You could also make battle staffs (I think its 400 max per day on the GE + 64 from zack as well as infinite from players).

Cooking, fishing or fletching. Cooking and fishing as you said can go hand in hand, but its a lot more time effective to fly fish and buy raw higher leveled fish. Its an extra 5% not 50%.

There very random (well excluding when they get into a loop). I've yet to have a Black Demon, Dust Devil, Terror Dog, Red Dragon or Warped Tortoises. (From Summona) in 50 tasks despite having the levels to kill them and having unlocked the areas, but the first task after I hit 70 slayer I got a Kurask task :? .
