Lower weight means you can run for longer. You get the same exp from fletching a yew log into a yew long (u) as it is to string the yew long(u). Although you can only string 14 per inventory when you can fletch 27 per inventory. Which is why a long of people just sell the yew long (u)'s. They (Yew long strung) high alch for a nice price and are one of the favoured items to high alch.

Are you talking about lag or low fps? I've noticed since the last TF2 update that my FPS drops faster and harsher then before (due to the extra effects added). If you go with chaos druids use range as they can get busy and range almost guarantees you get them before others. Plus you should be wearing leather/d'hide anyway. If you get your summoning up mascaws help even more and remember fally tele runes as it saves a lot of time.

You need to install the latest drivers for that card. I would advice you buy a more powerful psu as your running a risk. I would also be very wary of the temperatures. P4's get very hot and the new gpu will just add to this.

Drop all the upgrades apart from the keyboard and mouse. Then buy them else where. You should be able to get a better graphics card for the same price (installation is as easy installing some ram). USB adapters are worse the PCI (again easy to install) and you can buy PCI wifi adapters for a lot less then £17. Speakers buy a decent pair of head phones in stead, for your budget they are much better. My biggest concern about that setup is its MATX which makes it much hard to upgrade and maintain.

Theres a difference between fastest and most effective. Fastest doesn't take into account saving for the higher levels, effective does. This is what I would do. 26 to 28 granite crabs (easy and cheap second). 28 to 32 compost mounds 32 to 40 honey badgers. Of course from 33 onwards you you should make beavers not compost mounds.
