Yep GIMP is great all round and the frame animation option helps a bunch. If you do download GIMP and have a decent connection, I recommend downloading GAP and GIMP help files too (GAP is a animation add on for gimp)

have you recently cleared your broswer cache and removed your cookies? (This may have been dont using CCleaner or other app). If so its nothing to worry about, your browser saves bits and pieces of websites so when you next go on them it can load the site faster. Some sites use this data to allow the site to "remember" what you have and havent done, eg viewed a post. By deleting these your browser has to collect this information agian.

FireFox, is a great browser, if prefer it over IE mainly because of Add-Ons and the look. With a few tweaks FireFox is an amazing browser, and the comment about FF using lots of memory can be fixed by changing one setting. You should try it its free. Also try Opera. Then just pick the one you like best.

You dont have 3 anti-viruses you have 1 anti-virus and 2 anti-spy/adware scanners. Using more then 1 antivirus isnt recommend, well with them both activated. As they will both use resourses like mad, as they both try to scan every file executed. If I remember correctly Norton has options on the main peference page which allows you to turn off the antivirus and if you go into msconfig you can stop it loading on boot up. I recommend just getting rid of Norton if you are planing on not using it agian, as completely deactiving Norton is tricky.

have you tried start -> control panel -> add/remove programs if not heres javas instructions on how to remove the runtime engine.

Thats wrong every applications uses the graphics card, runescape just doesnt require a very powerful one. The problem seems to be connection related. Although it maybe taht there is a program in the background slowing your pc down.

Overclocking is changing the setting and times of parts to make then perform better. It you havent heard of it then dont even think about trying it as it can break said parts.

Your best choice Mouse, keyboard, headset and case are all what you are going to be using and are completely your choice. Ram seems a overkill usless your planning on overclocking. MoBo is a good one, which has 6 USB ports which is enough, so you can take the USB hub out unless you are planning on using 10 USB sockets CPU is great, if you are planning on overclocking the the E6400 or even the E4300 would be cheaper and give a simular performance. GPU great for the money although you may what to wait for the cheaper 8xxx card to come out with their DX10 support as you want vista. HDD looks fine both WD and Seagate are great brands. Modem, if your using dial up then fair enough otherwise I wouldnt bother as you wont use it. PSU is fine, 650W is a nice amount, and allow enough room for upgrades. Soundcard, personally im fine with onboard, but if your spend ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã95 on a headset then I suppose its worth it. USB port, only if you plan on using then all otherwise it seems a waste. CD, just get another DVD drive they cost about the same. DVD, seems a bit pricey you can easily find a good one for ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã20. Headphone switch, if you want/need it then fine. All in all its a good set up.

There are lots of quest which give you a good amount of prayer exp. Also try a spot of shade burning its good exp and you can get some good rewards.

I got AVG Free on my PC and MacAfee on the family PC (its came really cheap through AOL). At my work we have Panda Client Shield so if you want you can put me down for all three or just AVG Free.

Slayer, Defense and Ranged all could do with some lvling. Slayer will save you a lot of cash in the long run Defence helps a bunch with the crypt monsters, torag and guthan. Ranged, without this higher ahrims will be struggle, although I supposed you could try DDS specialing him.

With your stats I would say Yews, all the way with the the odd fletching of some willows.

Sounds like its already turned on, lol. Norton is big resource hog and will slow pcs down.
