Shouldn't this be in the rant section? Yes programming is an absolute pain in the [wagon] crack, with working on a project the size of RS near impossible to compare. But do you really need to call everyone a moron as well as insult us all? Its one thing to say yea guys it harder then you think its completely another to call everyone a moron and say no-one on these forums has any idea what its like. For all you know there could be Jagex Dev's with accounts here, programmers for large companies and so on all on these forums. Of the the half of the post about your job taking over your life, thats your problem don't take it out on us. Your job will only take over your life if you let it. Well defense depends on attack, strength, prayer and summoning and fishing is affected by summoning. So its hard to say. Personally I'd do neither of those as the moment the game gets repetitive I switch activities or play a different game. Speed wise defense is quicker to train given a decent att, str, prayer and summoning level.

Its getting massively complex since my post. tbh completely honest this is too big of an update, no single update which I can remember has given so many items in one go excluding skills of course. Looks interesting, but like I said I think its too big to be considerable.

In regards to the Bork section it seems a bit.... under done. Personally I use void melee (high magic defense and 10% bonus) and BGS (I've only ever seen the special miss once on Bork). You should mention the Ork minions are 100% charm droppers (in my experience at least) with golds and greens being there main drop. I manage to use no p pots most of the time at 72 (was the same at 70) using god cloak, bgs and fury as the prayer items. Once the mini's spawn turn piety off and kill them, then once there dead switch piety back on and finish him.

If your talking about Defender of Varrock you only need the pre-quests to start it and the hunting requirement to unlock AZ's.

As long as you stand near italy or the other side with numerous safe spots you won't lose much health at all. I got to Jad in full void with 1 and half brews left. The only time you should take damage are the 90 and 360 rounds.

Make and model of the computer would help a great deal. First of all I would upgrade the ram to 2gb as vista will easily use the 1gb in background applications and RS HD is pretty ram/cpu heavy.

You can try to use a BoB and food, but you'll lose exp eating as well as it costing much more.

Speed of whip, best stab+crush attack (when you take into account speed) of a non-degrading item, have 4 knock back specials and has a prayer bonus. Only SS comes into the same league for crush and no other non-degrading item can beat the stab.

I've been posting this a bit as I've recently grown a massive love of it (4 full trips = 3 d axes, 1 zerker and 1 warrior and from lvl 78 to nearly 81 magic). Maging at DK's. The exp is good 40k+ per hour, its campable (guthan+unicorns with enough casts would last ages) and its good money. Per ~1.2k CoG casts I've so far averaged a d axe or berserker ring. Its better exp and money then barrows and if you get a nice population world it should be better exp the maging steels. It does require attention, but d axe, berserker and warrior ring drops all add up pretty fast so if you wanted to you could use that profit to burst rock lobsters, string jewellery or so on.

Thats a slayer dart myth it is affected by magic bonus, but most people only use it on low magic defense monsters like barrows, Rex and so on.

Depends what you do. I spend just short of 1.5m getting from 70 to 72 and it will be worth it in the long run. Per every prayer/super restore pot I use I get 4 extra points back. At todays prices its about 3k prayer pots or 2.5k super restores used until I regain the amount. But I can easily get through 100 of either in a week so within 25 to 30 weeks I'll have recouped all the money. Thats without taking into account the 2 extra base prayer potions. Taking those into account I save ~300gp per time I use a full prayer bar (think AZ's where you easily get through a bar every 3 minutes) which happens all the time.

Definitely worth taking Giant Ent on bush, fruit tree and cacti runs. You get ~1.5x more fruit. For me if adds a nice chunk of gp to a run. 5 x 3 extra coconuts (~19k), 4 x 2 extra poison ivy berries (~9k) and 1 extra spine (~4k) totals at ~32k extra per standard run. Which isn't bad at all considering the pouch is only 2k.

You'll get owned by any GWD with 71 defense. The minions and specials will rip you apart. Given bandos is the easiest to solo with your stats you need to remember he can hit 30's with the special and the minis can hit 20's. Your magic level will be fine for the magic mini's but the range spec and the ranging mini will rape your hp. You could try the running and ranging method, but with 80 range it will be much slower. Having said all that you should be able to get 1 or 2 kills per trip with a war t full of sharks.

I agree with your post, just not the examples you gave. Vegetarianism comes down to your opinion which can always change. True I've heard of a lot of stories of vegies switching randomly and the same with computers, in fact the computer bit shouldn't really be in there #-o . But I am almost religiously vegetarian (I've been told it by numerous people) so for me atleast not killing an animal for food is a firm mindset/belief. I was just trying to get through its your personal feelings not what you look or do which makes you who you are and you've just got to come to terms with it.

I don't know how to put this without getting massive amounts of flaming posts but.... You need to except how you are, if you don't feel happy with who you are its going to be extremely hard for anyone else to. Which I find is the reason a lot of people turn to "God" for an easy fix. Pick a religion which doesn't have such an anti you tone. I'm not saying don't be religious just try to look at it this way, 'It' is out there and as long as you believe in 'it' in it doesn't matter who you repress your feelings about 'it'. Religions are simply different ways of worshiping the same being(s) they just look at it from different angles, so find one which suits you and your life choices. You are who you are and there not much you can do about it. I'm a short (5' 5" ish), (semi now) redheaded, I look about 14 (I'm in fact 20), vegetarian who works and plays with computers most of the time. Sure I could go through height increasing surgery, dye my hair, get plastic surgery, eat meat and stop going near computers. But in the end I'm still going to be the same person, I'm still going to love computers, I'm still going to think killing animals for food is wrong and basically still be me inside. My advise is take sometime out and learn to except who you are. Once your happy within yourself then start to let other people know. FYI to the other posters I'm not gay, I just have the live long feeling of "each to there own" as long as people don't try to force things onto me.
